Excellent customer service from my fave fashionista Soraya! She is always attentive to customer needs and goes out of her way to text me pics of clothes she thinks I would like and puts them on hold /​ships directly. Also offers me mini cupcakes when I go in the store. She is the only reason I shop at RT! :)

Today was the second time I have come into the store and I love the cloths and the customer service. All the sale women greet you and ask if you need help. They ask if we are shopping for a special occasion and when my daughter told them what she was looking for. They went and brought her lots of stuff she could try on and she found what she needed. I also found lots of stuff the first time I went into the store. Will differently be coming back to this store.

I love this store. Simple, yet effortlessly chic. I come in here often enough that they all know me by name. All of the ladies that work here are friendly, attentive, and not pushy. I always find something I like here. From simple tops, to amazing jeans, and cute cocktail dresses, this place rocks! Two thumbs up.

Honestly, i wanna give them 0! Whenever I walked into the store, they literally ignore Me. Not even care if you are coming in or out. They just look at you and ignore. Whats wrong with their customer service? I really love the brand but I jus dont wanna go into that store.
