C WONDER IS CLOSEDDDD! Which makes me really sad because I love this store. I have a feeling that the entire company is going out of business, because I’ve been to another location that I sadly discovered was ALSO closed for good!
C Wonder is a brand founded by Tory Burch’s ex-​husband. The styles between Tory Burch’s products and C Wonder’s are definitely very similar. I also think C Wonder is similar to Kate Spade. It is, however, MUCH more affordable compared to both Tory Burch and Kate Spade.
I’m not sure what’s going on, but they’re definitely going out of business because this location and another one I have visited have both closed down for good :(I’m pretty bummed because I’ve only been able to purchase one thing from this brand and was planning on buying more things in the future! SAD DAY.

Great place to get gifts for those hard to shop people

Amazing. I was in the store when Linda R., the person who wrote the review below, berated the manager of the store, and then threatened to Unilocal about her. The manager was polite and respectful when Linda R attempted to return damaged glasses. Bitter, dishonest customers should not Unilocal.It ruins it for the rest.

Huge fan of the New York location… SO EXCITED to hear they were opening in Sunny SoCal. BUT boy was I disappointed with my experience at the Newport Location. I shopped till I dropped, bought lots of home décor items and a faux fur bag. When I got home I realized the bag had a stain on the outside and two holes in the lining (which is funny because I asked for a new bag which they brought out from the back all wrapped in the plastic). Normally this would not have been an issue but I live in LA so I decided I would give them a call to see what my options were. This is when JENNA (the stores manager) came into the picture and poured salt on my wounds. I explained my situation and not only did Jenna show no sympathy but was snarky and RUDE. I do not want to go into details but Jenna exhibited hands down the absolute WORST customer service I have experienced. I will never again shop C Wonder Newport because of this retched woman.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEIR ONLINE STORE!!!
I purchased 2 tables online from C. Wonder and when they arrived, I realized they were not nice. I called C. Wonder and they facilitated Fedex picking up the package from my house. The items were picked up on November 1^st, and it is now December 6^th and I STILL have not been issued a refund!
I’ve tried calling and e-​mailing C. Wonder and I have been hung up on and told that they will not issue my refund until the warehouse confirms that the items have been returned. However, C. Wonder will not call the warehouse (they claim there is no phone number, which I’m sure is not true). They e-​mailed the warehouse, but the warehouse will not respond, because they are busy! I’ve been told I will just have to wait until the warehouse has time to deal with this!
This is crazy, C. Wonder is literally holding my money hostage!

Since I’m a dude and am currently not in a relationship, I don’t shop here. Having said that…
The one time I did stop by to check it out, I was help by a girl by the name of Kaitlyn. Even though I explained to her that I didn’t have any interest in shopping, Kaitlyn was very kind and was very helpful in case I ever did shop there. Darnit, she almost convinced me to buy something when I think about it.
If I ever do need to shop here, I know who I’m gonna get to help me!

Love this store. Much like a slightly younger and cooler Tory Burch (her ex husband is the creator). Cute and very colorful women’s clothing, accessories, and housewares. I loved the blouses and iPhone case/​batteries. Affordable.

This is the most cheerful and colorful store at Fashion Island. It’s got really great gift items no matter what you’re looking for and the staff is amazingly helpful and friendly. It’s not the best quality stuff, but it’s not the sort of stuff that’ll fall apart, either. I’ve gotten a few things here to give away and the gifts have always been very well received. The whole vibe of C. Wonder is very upbeat and friendly, so it’s easy to stay and look at everything they have. I would highly recommend some of the fashion jewelry pieces as well as any of the home goods, but I’d steer clear of wallets and some of the bags that are made of a cheaper leather — they don’t look like they’ll take a beating like designer items that they’ve pulled inspiration from. Always a great stop if you’re at Fashion Island!
