Never crowded always did walk ins for my lab-​work and no complaints for me. The office looks okay and there seems to always be only 1 person working.

It was very easy to make an appointment online, which not only gave me priority when I arrived but also made the paperwork insanely simple.
The office is spotless and the signage is very clear. Only one poor overworked employee as is usual in these operations, which would be so much better with a receptionist. She was skillful and efficient. Puncture was painless. I don’t live here but if I did, I would use this lab. I also appreciate the fact that it is open Saturday morning. BTW my standards are high (I am a surgeon) and I recommend this office.

Horrible staff!!! The room is very small with an open front desk. All the staff yell out everyone’s business with no regard for privacy. They address each person as «You» rather than using your name. No one knows who they are speaking to until someone says «you mean me?». They take personal phone calls while at the front desk while people are waiting in front of them. Extremely unprofessional, unfriendly, unapologetic staff!

Place is staffed by one person, who has to handle the front desk as well as blood draws. Even with an appointment, things move incredibly slow. Waited for over 30 minutes to be seen.
