This place is nothing but a SCAM! Signed up for the weightless program they advertise outside. I never should have done this. The initial person I was set up with did not even follow the actual weightless plan they advertise. He ended up even giving me his own personal fitness website because he did not believe in the product they were offering. You pay almost triple the cost of any normal gym membership and they make you sign a year contract. I did not lose a single pound on their shady system that was never put in place. The gym is nice and no one is hardly there. When I tried to cancel I was told to bring in the proper documents (which I did). after 6 months of no contact from the gym I got a call from a collections agency saying my membership fees were due. They do not hold up their end of the bargain. USE ANY OTHER GYM BUT THIS ONE!

This place makes me nervous to ever sign another gym contract.
The place is small, but well-​kept. Working out there is fine. The problem is they are VERY shady in their contracting policies. You can break the contract if you move over 10-​miles away – ok. You have to pay another month on top of that – ok, that’s standard bending your customers over.
To be expected. For this to make sense, know they contact you every couple of days to remind you to work out… Now, the problem with this place is they will not contact you to tell you that you owe money. Instead, they have a 3^rd-​party auditor come in on set schedule who turns ANY past due account over to a collections agency (and as everyone knows that is a whole other beast). So you may be thinking you exited the contract in good faith, when in fact they have sent your account to a collection agency and you now have it on your credit. NO ATTEMPTS TO CONTACT YOU – no mail, no email, no call. (Yet I still get «healthy living» and «look at our trainers» type emails from them.)
When called to confront, you get the run around. Voicemail, shes not there, she will call you back. Never heard back. The manager ANSWERED and literally said, «oh the manager isn’t here today.» When in fact IT WAS HER ON THE PHONE. «Really? Cause it sure sounds like you.» Then she panicked and claimed that telemarketers call for her so she has to pretend to be absent.
Wow. All I can say is I’ve never conducted business with anyone remotely like this. I was pretty astounded actually. If you join here, makes sure it is for the long haul because ANY ISSUE IS QUITE IMPOSSIBLE TO RESOLVE AMICABLY.

I tried Zumba at 360 Personal Fitness in New Braunfels last night. I have never done Zumba before and was pretty nervous, but I had a blast! The instructor was extremely friendly and very helpful. She was also very energetic, which helped to keep the group moving.
The facility is very clean and well-​maintained. The staff are super friendly. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is the class schedule does not have a ton of options. I would guess this is because of it being relatively new. I am a full time student and have a full time job, so my options are pretty slim as far as scheduling goes.
I will definitely be going again, and would recommend this facility to anybody.
