White Castle

This place never disappoints. I might be lucky but every time I go the workers are very nice! I always make sure to check my bag before leaving but if it is wrong they are always very nice and apologetic and usually if it’s wrong they fix it and let you keep the food they accidentally gave you! So hey, that’s a win win. It’s hard to come by good customer service in fast food, especially when it comes to them messing up orders, but this place rocks at it. They take fault for messing it up and fix it in no time! Very happy I live close to it because it’s the best in the business :)

Being from California I have always wanted to try the Oh so famous East Coast White Castle Burger. I must say the mini burgers were very greasy, leaving the bun soggy with grease. The taste of the meat almost resembled liver and I really just disliked everything about this burger. I tried it with onions, also tried them with the brown and yellow mustard, even ketchup. Nothing cut the greasy liver taste. It was my first, and sad to say, the last time I willingly will eat these burgers again. THAT’S NOT WHAT A HAMBURGERS ALL ABOUT wink wink =)

I have never tried White Castle and felt that I had to try it… So I dragged my husband over and ordered two sliders… I don’t get it, why was there so much hype? It was tasteless and barely resembled meat…

Slowest fast food of my life. Going on 20 minutes for my crave case. All the while a nutty wackadoo is yelling at drive through customers and asking for money. Won’t be coming back here again.

Visiting family everytime I come down south I have to stop here some locations are better then others but this location was good my food was hot and fresh after a night of drinking these hit the spot ymmm better then Krystal’s same concept different taste

First trip– If you have never been to white castle it’s a cool first trip. The burgers while poor quality still seemed to hit the spot.
Second trip– I should have listened to my friend when he said their sliders are nicknamed rectum rockets. Been miserable all the following day.
While it was nice to try something different we will not eat at a white castle again.

MY FIRST WHITE CASTLE! BUCKET LIST AND SHIT! Okay I didn’t order nearly enough but it was pretty damned decent (no I wasn’t even high) and the place was clean and the service was friendly. Oh yeah the food was served PIPING hot. Kinda great, even though the digs were aging and whatnot, they do a good job here and serve it up right.

While visiting Nashville we needed a bit to eat before heading towards New Orleans, so we decided to try out this White Castle. We have had their burgers in the past, only the frozen ones though, because there are no restaurants in our state.
When we showed up the restaurant was slow but people seemed to be waiting for a while. The staff here was polite, but very slow. We ordered some burgers, fries and cheese sticks, and it took about 20 minutes to get them.
When we did finally get our food, there were items missing, so we had to go back to get the rest of the food. Overall, the good was amazing but the speed of the service here was lackluster. The staff had great personalities but waiting so long was a huge pain when trying to get on the road.

This is for the Church’s chicken side. This was the second worst I have ever had. The chicken was over cooked and hard crust. It did not have any flavor. I got the spicy pieces and all had little flavor. I will not come back here.

The only problem with White Castle is there is not enough of them. This location provides good service in a clean environment.
