This drive thru is the worst in East Nashville. Already paid but two cars in front of me still for last 9 min from 11:33 — 11:41. I mean you know it’s bad when the Unilocal review is coming live on location. Get it together

I wish I could give a 0 star! I just spent 45 min to get a sausage egg and cheese biscuit with a frappé! I first attempted the drive-​through which has two lanes so I was in the second lane which they never came to take my order they took five people on the other lanes order before I went and parked to go in which was even a bigger mistake! I then waited 10 minutes for anybody to take my order, placed my order waited an additional 15 minutes to get my order. Then when I got home it was wrong! They charged me $.40 for cheese that I didn’t get! I will not be going back to that McDonald’s, possibly not to any McDonald’s ever again! That was simply ridiculous!

Worst McDonald’s EVER. I have NEVER received the correct drink order. I order an UNsweet tea and ALWAYS get sweet. This has happened 4 times. It’s disgusting. To make things worse I say extra ice and instead I’m convinced they give me no ice and EXTRA sweet!!! It’s now just more funny than anything. Bc I’ve accepted the fact they are incapable of doing the simple task of pouring a drink.

Awful food, horrible service, and slow lines. If it’s past 11pm… they won’t answer you when you drive up. I’ve had to literally start talking into the speaker and lie and say I’m diabetic so that they answer and take my order. Their friends pull up to the windows and just hang out and talk to them. It’s literally the worst service in Nashville. Their manager obviously doesn’t care.

Worst service ever. Worker never came to the speaker. 3 cars deep and everyone had to go to the window to order because there was no response at the speaker. I finally got to the window and after another 2−3minutes the worker says «yes». I’m like uh OK. Wtf. «I need to place an order». She says, «what is it». Smh. No ma’am, no way I’m I placing an order or ever going back to this location. Crazy part is it was only 7:30pm. Not like it was quitting time.

They consistently have the longest line and slowest service. And I’m told they don’t offer milk for coffee. Just half and half. In fact the mention of regular milk in an ice coffee sent everyone looking around and asking each other. It was like they are having a hard time even understanding the request. So weird since they serve lattes.
Oh well, it’s just McDonalds. But sometimes I need McDonalds!

Since the rehab some months ago, the huge glass windows give you a lovely vista of the Gallatin Road. There is free Wi-​Fi and in the early morning it can be quite soothing. The bright yellow chairs and vinyl booths are sunny and optimistic. Today we headed in to try the McFishbites that we had seen on the Telly the night before. Blimey what a winner. they really did taste like the fish sandwich but in a round bite size form. soft and fishy and lovely.
Service is A-​OK — not as efficient as the Mighty Fesslers Lane branch but we will be back for more mcbites soon
