food was ok. the dining room was so noisy from the music that I had to leave within a few minutes because you couldn’t talk and it was giving everyone a headache.

I work in the Madison area and decided to drive thru and get some good chicken. Lets just start by saying that the ONLY thing about this place is the food. The service is terrible. I had to repeat my order to the lady via speaker box 3 times. When I got up to the window, it was like someone had let the pack of wolves loose. The service was terrible. I ordered a five piece tenders combo and was only given two (2) small packs of ranch. When I asked for an additional pack, I was told that I would be charged for any additional packs. As if 2 packs of ranch is going to work for 5 tenders. But what really topped it all off, there was an employee hanging out of the drive thru window while I was there trying to ask a question because she was being nosy about a few people in the parking lot. Like I said, worst service EVER. Everyone had attitude problems and very unprofessional.
