Awesome classes but way too expensive– Naples prices and only affordable to those retired or rich… wish they had affordable punch cards

Gym is sparkling clean. Sterile! With linoleum floors. I sadly did not join because I think $ 50/month is too much for a gym. There aren’t many classes available after work hours which is a bummer. That was the deal breaker for me. But steam room and sauna is very very nice. The general public consists of middle aged locals and seniors. It’s quiet. I like this gym.

Decent Zumba. On site massage is offered at the city’s prevailing rates. If you need a pool, there is none here but you can go to the sister facility at NCH downtown. Membership or day passes are honored at both facilities. The downtown facility has a roomier, more Club-like locker room than the spare ladies room in Briggs north.

There are certainly better gyms in the area. The only reason I chose this gym over the others at first was the steam room; however the facilities are frequently out of service. The classes are mediocre as well as the equipment.

There are 2 locations, one downtown(newer, nice pool but full of old people) and this one. Still old people but a better mix of ages, best thing is no meat locker here. You come, do what you need to do. I enjoy the classes like Yoga but the floor and reception staff is not all that friendly, that is if you could find them. Clean, decent club with the essentials, plenty of TVs, tread mills, etc. Not much floor space, you would have to sneak into a class room.
