Nice interior, however, God forbid any individual walk into the store wearing blue jeans and a regular shirt. The older woman with the short hair immediately snubbed her nose as she pointed me to the «CEO» of the establishment for a quote on a ring I was wanting to sell. The price which was given to me was unfair and I honestly felt as though I were being insulted for not only my attire, but my age as well.
I will never return and I will make it a point to share my experience with anyone looking to sell their jewelry.

I dropped my wedding band off for repair. It has a ton of baguettes and round stones. I had lost one round stone. I asked if they could get a identical stone and repair. Sure they said. I got the ring back and they did a shoddy job. I am so disappointed and angry all at once. It would be one thing if the ring did not carry a ton of sentimental value and feelings. I took the ring back and got a song and dance. I got irritated and took my ring and left. Now I’m left to find someone to fix their mess. Super super sad.
