If you are not familiar with crossfit and are interested to try out, this is the place go! The coaches are very fun and extremely informative. This gym is wide open and has tons of new equipment like slam balls, barbells, jump ropes, box jumps – you name it, they have it! And this box has the widest hours open for working out– 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, and 11am, then open gym from 12 – 3, then 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8pm! There are men’s and women’s showers, free towel and air conditioning!

This gym is amazing. It stems from the top of the staff down. They really do care about getting everyone to there peak performance goals! The staff is well versed in proper form and technique. The workouts are constantly varied and demanding. The facility is clean and well maintained.

A.M.A.Z.I.N.G! LOVE this Cross-fit! The group workouts are so challenging, and as a new member, they are so attentive and patient with you. It felt very intimidating and confusing at first walking in, but you seem to get the idea pretty quickly. The«WOD»(workout of the day) is posted on the board for your daily activity. The workouts are hard, and even if modified for your performance level, you’ll be breaking a sweat immediately. You start with a warm-up(that really boosts your heart rate & warms up your muscles) and it ends with a high intensity workout. The workout flies by, and the group/team effort is so motivational. Not a mirror in the entire gym, great music to boost your motivation, and a young demographic.

I’ve never been happier with my fitness experience than at Real Fitness. Real Fitness is a CrossFit gym(aka«box»). Unlike most CrossFit boxes, which are open limited hours throughout the day(i.e. 5−9am, 12−1pm, 5−7pm), Real Fitness has incredible hours and a great staff of coaches to help with your form. TJ, Joey, Katie, Andy, and Mike all push and encourage you to be better than you are. They take notice when you haven’t been coming regularly, work closely with you to use proper form so you don’t hurt yourself lifting, and take a real interest in you as a person, not just a gym member. The coaches will also help you scale the workout to start from any fitness level and progress as you become stronger and more capable. I built CrossFit into my law school schedule to give myself a healthy break between class and studying, but it improves every aspect of my health. It gets to the point where I hunger to get back through the doors if I take 2 – 3 days off. Go in and try it for 7 days(for free). It will absolutely challenge you physically and mentally, which will only grow your self-confidence and ability to perform under pressure in life. If you’re serious about substantially improving your health and your physical and mental fitness, then you should get yourself through the door today.
