I was going to order food to-go here but when I called to place my order I was greeted by an answering machine. I’m not a fan of that so instantly I decide to hang up & call BJ’s instead. Bye Pandera Bread. I will never eat from you.

I had breakfast last weekend 01⁄31) at this Panera and the staff were absolutely professional and courteous. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. I ordered from the tablet/self order area and it was set up perfectly. I was able to place my order, grab a cup, have a seat, and my food was brought to be quickly! Now, this location is a tad chillier than other Paneras I have visited so I always bring a sweater. All in all, this Panera definitely earns five stars.

Really upset I come to pick up my food which I ordered over the phone and turns out I never placed a Order and my card was charged when I spoke to the manager she said she couldn’t do anything and would have to make a new order and charge me again come on lady are you serious. Make sure you check your transactions thru your bank because they charge your card 4 times my co worker that went to pick up her food too was charged 4 transaction when she called to complain she was told he needed to wait 10 business days to get refunded her money how ridiculous is this how Panera makes their money by stealing? Never coming here again to top it off I have to give them a start or I can’t post my review I don’t even want to give them 1 star

We first ate here December 10th. We were pleased all the time. The ambiance, fast service and the food, Food is delicious. We used the fast lane where you order your food thru a touch screen and not wait in line for your turn. I think it’s better to use the fast lane especially for people like us who ate for the first time. I ordered flat bread and cheese pastry which is both amazing. I love flat breads because it makes me think I’m not eating a bunch and cheese pastry because cheese duh. The pastry tastes like cheese danish of Starbucks except for the cinnamon. Both good and my favorite snacks. Today, my mom and I decided to have a take out as our dinner. When we arrived line was long so we used the touch screen again. After we were done, the line was short which means service was fast. We didn’t get a receipt and our order will not be delivered since it waa check out. It’s going to be placed in a shelf if you ordered online or by phone but since we were there, name will be called. After waiting a reasonable amount of time, I stoop up and got our order. I didn’t bother to check because I trust them that much. I was wrong to do that. I thought since our first time was flawless, it’ll be the same. When we got home, my mom found out that my sandwich was not there. I tried calling the store at 1835, manager didn’t answer due to being busy. Thumbs uo to their automated machine for being quick and nice to listen to, not like a robot. It also says there that if you call from 1130 – 1300 and 1800 – 1900 thats the busiest time. And I figured ok I’ll just continue. Also, the spring water in the photo tastes nasty. I didn’t try it because I don’t want to, but my parents did. They didn’t even drink half of it. My mom took it home to wash her hands with it, not to drink. They keep laughing about thats a waste of money and the name ‘peligro’ that means dangerous is really is dangerous. Back to my story, I called 1920 and ‘Jordan’ answered saying they’ll list my name and number so I can pick my missing order at any day or with an equal value. Surprised at how easy that was, I gave her my name and number like no big deal and she said she’ll give it to the manager asap. Before our conversation was over she mentioned«We’ll also add a pastry for you» and I’m like Thank You! Because duh, I’d love that. The only thing I was worried is I don’t want my mom’s money to go to waste. I’m practical like that, or cheap. Whatever you call it, I don’t care. So as of now, we love Panera Bread for all criteria possible and I’ll update about my missing order ‘on the house’ when I get to go back to the store.

All Paneras are the same to me. What do you expect from a chain, right? I was here once with my family(5 people total) and came here relatively early(~9:30am), but not at the crack of dawn when they just opened. I recall trying to order a soup but they said they were still heating it up and would take ~30 minutes before it was ready … excellent choice of words, cashier, you could’ve used some words to make me feel like I wasn’t just eating canned soup. After being let down, I opted for a breakfast sandwich that came with spinach and egg. We waited for a very long time for basic sandwiches that my whole family got. When it came out, it was the size of my palm and the presentation was not pleasing at all. Of all the Panera locations I’ve been to, this has to be the most disappointing. Also Corporate? If you happen to stumble upon this honest review, your prices are way high for simple soups, salads, and sandwiches. Please stop.

I love eating at panera. We went in today(tuesday) around 9:30 am. It was empty, probably had around 3 customers. I ordered a ham and swiss soufflé and my dad ordered a pastry. My soufflé was alright, it had pieces of poorly chopped ham in it. Bummer. Other than that, it was good.

I really love Panera, and this location is excellent. The staff is very friendly, all the food is cooked fresh and tastes delicious. I noticed this location now has iPads for fast ordering, I didn’t use it this trip but might try them out next trip. I’ve done preordering from their website before and that’s super convenient. I think and hope this new ordering system will help relieve the extremely long lines. I’ve never been to a Panera that consistently has huge lines of 5 – 10 people or more waiting to order. But that being said, the food is well worth the wait. My go-to order for breakfast is one of the 4 soufflés they offer. Each one is excellent! I also really love their panini’s and muffins. I’m not a fan of their coffee, a little too bitter tasting for me. If you sign up for the rewards program you’ll earn for pastries and coffee, things like that. Almost every location has free wifi, win win!

20 Oct 2015 Review: it is always hit or miss with this location. It took 4 trips to the cash register to get my order right. Ugh. 6 Oct 2015 Review: This location continues to improve over its’ dark past. I have been here on several occasions and this location, though by no means perfect, is doing well. 5⁄5 stars on 6 Oct 2015! My 11 June 2015 Review: This Panera shop has improved greatly over the past year or so. The front staff are very polite and well meaning. The store was well-stocked with bagels and bread. The tables were clean and not sticky at all. The coffee station still needs more attention to keep it tidy but I think this time it has more to do with messy guests than an inattentive staff. The staff in the kitchen were busy and functioning well as a team. The kitchen was well-organized and looked efficiently run. I am a lot happier with this location than I was when I wrote my original review so it is only fair to update the review. I will come back again to see if the plugs are still plated over and if the WiFi is still spotty. For now, 4⁄5 stars on 11 June 2015. My original review is below and was 2⁄5 stars from 2013: Ok, first off, I want to say that I love Panera! Panera is a great place to have a coffee and a bagel, enjoy a great tasting and healthy lunch or dinner, or to pick up great breads and pastries. I like that it is a socially responsible corporation and that it is active in the communities that it resides. Having said that, the 12510 Day St location in Moreno Valley, CA is in desperate need of help. I have visited this location 4 to 6 times in the last few months and every experience is the same. The staff are friendly and professional but the location is very poorly managed. I can say that because it is painfully obvious that the«little things» have gotten away from them, and attention to detail — or the lack there of — is what a good manager brings to a location. So, while the staff is doing their best, their efforts are uncoordinated and lack a systematic approach, so the end results is the continual disappointment to customers. As this is a freeway location(next to the I-60 and I-215), there bottom line may not show that they are in desperate need of help. Specifically, here are the things that occur day in and day out and signal that this is poorly managed location: * The front area is not well stocked, even early in the morning. Whoever is in charge of the night crew — who should be stocking for the morning rush — needs to get re-trained. * The coffee area is always dirty and coffee supplies are always low or missing. This is an every day, throughout the day thing with this location. This is an indication that there most highly traffic area of the store gets no check up every 10 minutes or so. * The location is in deep need of a deep cleaning. It isn’t enough to wipe down tables with wet dirty towels. Break out the vacuum cleaner and windex! * The coffee is often extremely bitter. This is an indication that the coffee is not being properly brewed throughout the day. Changing the time on the coffee carafe, does NOT constitute changing the coffee. * The kitchen area — what is visible to the customer — is haphazardly arranged, dirty, and overflowing with stacks of bread(some covered, some not) that are not labeled. When was it baked? Is it 3 hours old or 3 days? * Though the font service people are very nice and helpful, the kitchen staff move without a purpose, seem to «endure» their work, and do not look happy at all. Since they are interacting with customers as well — handing out the food — it doesn’t instill me with a lot of confidence as to whether or not their even bother to wash their hands. * This location is not work friendly as they have placed covers over all of their customer use outlets but one. Don’t advertise that you are«work friendly» if you then go and make it difficult for people to work here. * The WiFi is very sporadic and kicks you off it every 20 – 30 minutes even during non-peak hours(mid-morning and mid-afternoon). As I said, I love Panera but it is just sad to see this location erode what Panera — as a corporation — has worked so hard to build over the years.:(

TERRIBLE! I have visited this location 3 times now. The first was great, we must have gotten lucky with a good crew. The second time I ordered a bowl of soup togo before work(I wrk across the st.) I was very ill & hoped to get some soup in me before work. Nope, I was almost late cuz the incompetent manager was just standing there, elbows on the counter with my soup in a bag for almost 10 min! Finally I asked ‘is that mine?’ & go figure it was. & it was cold by that time! Now I come in for breakfast this morning to order a bacon egg and cheese sandwich & this was the most pathetic thing I ever ate. I just got off working in a warehouse & was so hungry I just ate it but the cheese & eggs were runny & there was 2 tiny strips of bacon! I’m so irritated with this location right now. I am about to call corporate! So ridiculous! Avoid this Panera!

Ordered at the kiosk and sat down. Almost ONEHOURLATER we are STILL waiting for our food. The table next to us just left after waiting OVER an hour WITHOUT their food because they were so upset. This is my first negative review. I’ll save my Panera visits to the one by my work. Ridiculous!!! Negative stars. Food came… Order was wrong! WEWILLNOTBERETURNING.

Ordered our food at 2:56 finally received it 3:30. The manager never once left the counter at the food prep area where she stood with her elbows on the counter. The first clue that there was a problem was when the manager was giving a refund to a patron and apologizing to them for not liking the chili even after they repeatedly said the problem was not the chili but the wait. There were a lot of people waiting a long time. On a positive note Gio provided above and beyond customer service. He was our cashier, and server and we saw him bussing tables and helping in food prep. He even did what his manager should have done, greeting and apologizing to waiting, angry customers while she continued to stand in the food prep area on her elbows on the counter. The food when it finally arrived was good and honestly better than we expected. ‘Fast casual’ should not take over 30 minutes for 2 half sandwiches, one whole sandwich, and 3 soups.

I love Panera. My favorite breakfast is the Mediterranean Egg White sandwich with avocado. My favorite lunch is the Mediterranean Veggie Sandwich on Rye. Panera has the best Rye Bread. Favorite dessert: Shortbread Cookie. Too bad 1) that they don’t come in half sizes and 2) that none were available this morning. This Panera is off the 60 freeway at Day Street in Moreno Valley.

I have been enjoying this Panera for a couple of years. I have had a love affair with the broccoli cheddar soup since I first tried it at the Riverside Plaza location in the early 2000s. Anyway, this location is nice and a perfect place to meet with friends. I went in the morning, for a healthier option than Polly’s Pies. I planned on not ordering anything, but then decided to order a bagel and cream cheese. I ordered a Cinnamon Crunch bagel(because the sole Asiago bagel looked depressing), toasted with reduced fat cream cheese. My man ordered a Jalapeño Cheddar and the Steak, Egg, and Cheese on a Mullti-grain bagel thin. When the server brought the food, she mistakenly included the sad Asiago bagel, which she allowed us to keep(yay! love mess-ups like that). The Crunch, Asiago, and Jalapeño were all delicious – and we were able to use a single cream cheese for all 3. All in all, even though the prices are too expensive, Panera is a solid choice on occasion. The Tuesday Bagel(Baker’s Dozen) special is great as are the sandwiches and BC soup. Tip– do not Pick 2, just order a whole sandwich on whichever bread you like. I started ordering one of the cheapest option(Sierra Turkey) as a whole sandwich on Asiago focaccia, which makes up for the fact the sandwich does not include cheese! The bread bowls are also a decent deal when looking to get full without spending $ 20 and still leaving hungry.

Went here with my mother. We shared a bagel that had all the bagel qualities you need in a bagel. I had a chai latte that was actually pretty good. 4s. The spices were distinct and unlike starbucks’ chai latte’s you are not instantly aware that it’s from a pre-made mix.

1 star because they forgot about one of my orders today!!! And the crappy thing is I didn’t realize it was forgotten until hours later! I went in today right after work to get a baker’s dozen of bagels for my mom, which she LOVES(Bagel Tuesday @ Panera = Baker’s dozen for only $ 6.99), hazelnut cream cheese(mine & my mom’s personal favorite), honey walnut cream cheese(my 2nd favorite!), and an orange scone for myself. I got my food and went to hang out at my man’s house afterwards before bringing home the goods to my mom. *Fast forward 4 hours later* On my drive home, I just realized, «Oh man!!! I forgot about my orange scone! I hope it’s in the bag!» I get home and there’s NOORANGESCONE. $ 2.59 for a small pastry that I didn’t even get. I got jipped. ALSO, the lady in front of me in line ordered 1 of 2 cinnamon bagels, which was fine because I was hoping to snag the last bagel, but the employee dropped the bagel, so of course she had to give her the last one!!! That was the same employee who forgot my scone… whose name was Patricia btw. *cue HIMYM’s Robin’s infamous«PATRICIAAAA!!» outrage* I don’t think I’ll be back again due to the mediocre customer service. I’m going to continue going to the Panera by my house in Menifee — at least no mistakes are made there. No matter what place it is — always check your food!!! Apparently you have to closely double check your orders here at this location. At least my mom was really happy about her bagels and cream cheese. That’s the only positive from my experience here today.

We were greeted by both girls behind the counter upon opening the door. Odering was quick and convenient. Our food was prepared and delivered in a very timely manner. The guy arcing was super friendly. Both of us ordered the flatbread mozzarella tomato sandwich and turkey chili. We both felt there was not enough cheese and tomato on the sandwich. In fact, Starbucks makes the same sandwich, but does a better job. The turkey chili was okay, but it left a bad after taste that had us both running for gum!
