Nice atmosphere and great coffee. I don’t come to this area but when I do I try to come here. Love their art work on the walls!

What a cool little Stone Creek location! Located at the corner of a strip mall, it’s easy to miss. Plus, it’s literally in the corner of the strip mall — the shop is tiny, but packed with flavorful options. Coffee with a little steamed soy — tasty. Add a flaky buttermilk biscuit with some whipped butter or jam — perfection! The staff is friendly, but unobtrusive. The shop is a good place to meet friends and also quiet enough to do work. The exterior of the strip mall is dated, but the treats inside make up for the 70s vibe. I like it!

I was in town for Germanfest this weekend and stopped by for a bit of rest and a jolt of caffiene. Ordered a cortadito. Wonderful, just as good as the ones at my favorite Cuban diner in Tampa. Did not get a chance to tell the Barista just how good it was.(Young lady with the cat tat) It even had the design in the Crema on top. Thanks so much! A nice place to sit and read and enjoy a coffee.

Just walked in with my dad, he got a mocha, I picked up a growler and just cracked it open, it just wonderful full of body and aroma, I’ll be back in two days for a refill The place is laid out beautifully with dark wood and the most common of brewers, including the Chemex n70 — I believe, staff extremely friendly. Prices are reasonable

Come for the wonderful coffee but not the wifi! Terrible wifi. Also come for the free cup off coffee with bean purchase. Score! The pound of bulk coffee I bought was extremely fresh and I can’t wait to drink it. I wish I could have given five starts, but the wifi… man, the wifi. I’m not one to bring my computer in and sit at a coffee shop, but this was going to be the day I did! It was a disappointment. Oh, well.

I live blocks from this place, but rarely go there. Today, I figured out why and thought I’d review accordingly. I generally meet people for coffee at a shop like this, but in the afternoon I want tea. The tea here? Super Rishi options! In the morning I drink coffee. The coffee here? Super. I like good service. The service here? Laid back, friendly, competent, and quick. I admit to liking good parking and they have that here. Why not 5 stars? The place is small, unattractive, and a bit dirty. There. I said it.

This certainly isn’t my favorite Stone Creek location, but it does the trick. It’s amazing how just a few miles makes for a completely different experience. While at the Radio MKE and Intermodal/factory locations, Stone Creek baristas are rocking the modbar, V60s, and general coffee nerd-ery supreme, at this location on Port Washington, a large chalkboard introduces folks to the concept of pour over coffee and encourages them to «try something new today.» Make sense. I have lots of theories on the invisible line in the metro sand that separates locavores’ mindsets, eating/drinking and spending habits. If you’re really that interested, talk to me about it sometime. I think it’s important to try new things, generally speaking, no matter where you reside.(Enough with my opinions. Wait. Isn’t that what this thing’s about?) Anywhoo… For those of you that live more North Shore(i.e., Whitefish Bay, Glendale, Fox Point, etc.) this would make a great go-to. Stone Creek’s coffee is pretty wicked good, and while this location is pretty compact, it’s got all the requisite SC goodies: homemade biscuits and jam, cider drinks, fancy coffee bevs, pour over goodness, etc. Knock the Starbucks habit and support local, you NorthernShorers!

I’m here a couple times a week and absolutely love it. Whether you need a quick cup to go or you want to stay and chat or work, it’s a great place. I love the brewed coffee – Best in Milwaukee IMO. I love that at least half the staff knows me by name, and that if Andrew of Natalie are behind the bar, I’m sure to get a warm welcome. Great coffee + consistently great experiences = best coffee shop in the North Shore area. ps. follow the manager @stonecreeknat on twitter for occasional deals :)

Stone Creek has been my favorite spot for coffee for 6 years now. Each of the Milwaukee area«chain» places have their star qualities(starbucks makes the best iced mocha, cedarburg coffee has the best staff, Alterra has the best food choices…) but Stone Creek, by far is the best tasting coffee for me. I love that you get a free latte with a bean purchase, and the free pound punch card. There is a closer Stone Creek than this one, to my house, but I drive here for the service and parking. In the summer, I take my laptop, sit outside for hours and work.

Huge fan. The place looks great, the baristas are actually friendly, and a free latte with every pound of beans is a nice touch.

FUN&FUNKY This isn’t a Starbucks or a Peets, but it’s a nice little coffee shop. I first misread the sign to say Strong Greek Coffee — wouldn’t that be fun! Both the coffee & the muffin were above average, and the atmosphere is a kind of comfy grunge. Service — 4STARS Atmosphere — 4STARS Food/Coffee — 3 ½ STARS Location — 5STARS

I need to explore their coffee drinks more because I do prefer their lattes to other stores in Milwaukee. But their scones are what keep me coming back, especially the raspberry. It’s not you typical dry, crumbly scone. It’s lighter and has a great texture. Staff is friendly and they do take a little longer to make your drink but it’s worth it. If a certain large coffee chain wasn’t directly next to my house, I would definitely come here more often.

Good coffee and a good reason for a morning walk from the nearby Raddison Hotel. A very friendly staff.

Really nice place for coffee. I’ve been coming here for years, whenever I visit friends in Wisconsin. I can’t speak to their other stores, but this one is clean, cozy, just a place you want to hang out in. Staff is really friendly and all their coffee drinks not only taste great, but are well made and very reasonably priced. Not sure why you’d want to visit a traditional chain when you could go to Stone Creek(or Alterra) when in the area. It still makes me laugh that Starbucks has ordered their stores to «slow down» the production of each person’s drink(no more multiple drinks made from their production line machinery) to have a more«coffee house feel». Which is exactly what you get in Stone Creek. A coffee house feel(but better product and price).

This Milwaukee chain coffee shop has great ambiance and like always, serves a great cup of Joe. This location has free wi-fi, comfortable seats, a few tables, and lots of outlets.

Every Stone Creek establishment I’ve been to has been great, but this one is even a notch better because of the comfy seating and corner stove which is wonderful in the winter. All the staff is top notch and the coffee is great. Wonderful place to sit with a friend or chill with your computer.(free wifi and plenty of outlets available near each seating area make this my favorite wifi hangout.)

Confession: I am compulsively early. I hate being late, so I usually overcompensate by leaving early — and frequently, arriving early. So when I hear«there’s a little construction along I-94» and«Summerfest is happening» I assume this will mean Chicago-level backups, and leave a full hour early to get to a friend’s engagement party. Which made me hilariously, ridiculously early, because traffic was not the least bit impeded. Enter Stone Creek Coffee. It was right where I needed it to be. The bathroom was clean and cozy. The barista was friendly and helpful. And the Thai Iced Coffee I settled on(plus chocolate chip cookie) was just the right thing to take the edge off after dealing with highway traffic. The atmosphere is great, too, with comfy leather chairs and couches to sink into, or the more traditional table & chairs. The coffee was excellent, and I read all about how they roast their own beans in the wholesale catalog I picked up. They have a full menu of iced and hot beverages, plus baked goods galore. Not sure about more lunchy or savory options. I’m not in the Milwaukee area super-often, but you better believe I’m going to figure out where the other Stone Creek stores are, so that the next time I’m ridiculously early on a trip up north, I can kill some more time at one of these fab little coffee shops.
