I want to start off by saying that I ended up writing a review for the wrong cleaner! Woopsy… Thank you, technology, for the luxury of copy and paste, and delete feature. :)
I’m a fan. I’ve been a customer here for almost a year and half now, and I think they do a great job with my shirts, suits, and pants. I have tried few other cleaners in between, but they will always be my first choice. They haven’t lost (or at least not that I know of) or damage any of my garments.
And not only that… they actually know my name!

They are located right around the corner from my house. I usually just use them for dry cleaning but have also had a few items patched up. Many of my coworkers also go here on a weekly basis and return with no disappointments only compliments. Very friendly staff.

I have taken jeans to be hemmed here twice. First time was a good experience. Does seem pricey though ($ 16 for basic hem). I am used to paying $ 10-​$ 12 in the South. I also was surprised she didn’t mark both legs. That’s been my experience with other alteration places. The second time was disappointing. My jeans were suppose to be done Monday night. I came on Tuesday afternoon to pick them up and they weren’t there. The women who works there is very nice but I thought they should have offered a discount to delivery (which they do) instead of making me make another trip to pick them up the next day. Probably will try somewhere new in the future.
