No doubt that this Starbucks deserves five stars! This particular location has great service, great coffee, and a great environment for getting work done. They have a ‘mí casa es sú casa’ attitude and treat you like family. Don’t be afraid to kick up your feet and allow this place to be your second home

This is a pretty good location as far as Starbucks coffeeshops go. It is located in a mundane-​looking building in an older part of town, but the interior has been renovated in traditional Starbucks fashion. The music was on the loud side for my tastes, but the baristas were polite and cheerful. The patrons were loud and obnoxious, but such is life.

No one ever talk crap about my Starbucks. Service here is really good and the location is an excellent place to kick back and relax, just don’t take my table or my killer shorkie will attack.

Nice location to get some work done. It does get a bit crowded on weekdays in the late afternoon, probably due to nearby schools getting out, parents grabbing a quick cup of coffee before picking up their kids, etc.
Staff is friendly, the music isn’t obnoxiously loud, like some Starbucks locations I’ve been to.

I’m not a coffee drinker but from time to time I enter this location to sit down and read. They have a friendly atmosphere and staff. As far as I’m concerned their feta spinach wrap is to die for. Hoorah.

Hands down the slowest, most disorganized and inefficient service I have ever received at a Starbucks in my life and I’m at a Starbucks 5 times a week. 15 minutes for 3 drinks, one guy making drinks, everyone else is having cleaning day. Horribly managed, not up to par at all. Crazy annoying for a regular neighborhood customer.

I like the location of this Starbucks. I especially like that there is no drive thru making you have to go inside and then bump into people you know from the community. Friendly baristas that have always correctly crafted my drinks. I especially love that this location has the Clover machine! If you haven’t tried the Reserve coffees made in the Clover I highly recommend them. The space is a bit cramped especially during busy hours. If you come during the day and don’t want to pay for parking, there is a lot in the back.

The space is a bit cramped (even after the remodel that they recently completed.) and the entry to the ordering line isn’t clear, so it’s a bit awkward that way.
However, it’s my neighborhood Starbucks, so if I’m in a rush (and can’t stop at Alterra) I will pop in and grab a latte to go.
The lattes are ok — not great, but ok. As with all coffee-​shops, it depends on the barista. I would say that I get a burned latte as often as I don’t at this location (over-​heated milk = bitter latte).
Staff is very nice and also efficient, so it’s always a pleasant experience.
I will say that they last several times I’ve popped in (since the remodel) my coffees have been good, so perhaps they changed equipment or re-​trained. if I continue to have good lattes from this location, I will adjust my rating.

I like this Starbucks location, it’s perfect. I’ve walked here in the summer for breakfast and strolled by the Whitefish Bay mini farmer’s market on the way home.
I have only ever had one interaction that has left a bad taste in my mouth. They are usually very nice.
My gripe is that they are usually, by my definition, slow. In the morning, I am in a hurry, as are most people. I don’t want to wait for regulars to catch up the staff on their previous weekend and talk about their upcoming plans. My slow order has also been wrong a number of times because they were too busy chatting.
If you’re in a hurry, check Caribou Coffee down the street.
Suggestion to this Starbucks, please speed it up, a sense of urgency and accuracy is badly needed.

I really like this particular Starbucks. It is in a great neighborhood. I think that the temperature in their is not to cold, not to hot. I feel very comfortable. It is also right by bay shore mall so its great to go and do work their and do some shopping as well when your done.
This particular Starbucks has a sky lodge feel to it. That is what I like the most. I definitely recommend stopping in.

I really like this Starbucks in the summer when you can sit on the patio on people/​dog watch. Today I went around 10am and it was so crazy-​busy– there was not any place to stand while waiting for your coffee! One of those situations that no matter where you stood, you were in someone’s way. I hate that. Every table was fun.
However, when I have gone really early, like 6am, I always get great service and it is quick and easy in and out.
I’m pretty into their new roast, «Blonde» as it is much lighter than the other blends and does not taste burnt.
