I love waba grill, but this location sucks. Half of my chicken was so burned I couldn’t even eat it. The avocado I got was all brown. And I asked for brown rice and they still gave me white rice. No waba sauce to go. Oh I’m too through with this location. I stopped here because I wanted to eat on my way to work, but I’ll just have to go to the one by my job. It’s way better than this and you can actually eat what you pay for.

This Review is for Waba Grill in general not much the location, Ive been to many different ones and I really enjoy there food, I probably eat it once a week if I dont pack my own lunch, reason why I enjoy eating here is its much healthier and good for you! Its Cooked Fresh on the spot, has Low Fat, Low Calories, Low Carb Options, High Protein, and Fresh Vegetables super delicious! You can choose Rice Bowls or Plates they serve chicken, steak, salmon, shrimp, or even half and half if you want to mix it up, you also have the option of white or brown rice! Cant get better than that!

The service is good however the quality of chicken they serve has gotten terrible. I have been coming here since they first opened and it was much better. They raised their prices since they first opened too, which is fine, but when the quality gets worse, then I have something to say. The chicken is really stringy, tough, almost like they’re giving you the scraps. If it was not for the good quick service I would give it one star. Overall, I’m not coming back again.

Horrible service. They burned part of my food and I asked them to fix it. They refused so I asked for my money back. The cook Jose has a horrible attitude. Apparently he has never learned about customer service. I come here a lot and this was my first bad experience. Based in my experience today I won’t be back. Plus the restroom is gross.

Walked into this place and one of the subordinate workers gave me the worse attitude ever, didn’t catch her name but she was pretty hefty and had grotesque bottle bleached blonde hair. Never coming back to this place.

I’m reviewing this place solely on the food and our service which was pretty straightforward and quick. Keep in mind though, I came in here on a Thursday night, an hour before closing. The place was clean and there were still a fairly good amount of people still inside, but there’s really nothing to complain about which I found interesting considering I had read reviews prior to coming here & almost all of them had a lot to say about how dirty it was. This was my first time trying Waba grill & Reminds me a lot of flame broiler. Similar menus & even similar pricing . Not top notch, especially because it’s not considered«cheap» since it’s a healthier choice to fast food. I got the half & half veggie bowl(chicken & steak) with brown rice. I must say, that for the price, around $ 7.75 you’re getting a bit more bang for your buck than you would at flame broiler. I feel like they do give you a bit more. But i could be wrong. I also tried their rib plate which goes around $ 10 and ribs were pretty juice and tender. But lack size. What is good, is that it comes with a salad and your choice of rice & some fruit so it’s definitely filling. They also have miso soup which was 1.25 for a small portion which is nice but flavor wise, obviously won’t be as good as ones you try at high end restaurants, but for a place like this, it wasn’t so bad. Just wish it had more tofu. Overall, good, fast service. Food was fresh & wouldn’t mind coming back.

This location really needs a good cleaning, staff overhaul & customer service training. I ordered a half & half bowl which was cooked okay but the beef wasn’t cut enough. Large pieces made it a little difficult to eat. The cashier here today didn’t greet me as I walked up and just stood there waiting for me to start ordering. The whole crew just didn’t want to be there. I understand that it’s Jan 1st but damn at least pretend to be cool when customers are there. I don’t think I’ll be visiting this location again.

Really bad customer service the cashier taking orders was not well-disposed. She held an attitude when taking my order I ordered a salmon bowl and she charged me a salmon plate. I’ve came here a few times and all experiences have been alike. Customer service should be a priority and this is one Waba grill that does not comply with that. I wasn’t able to get the cashier name but she had a tattoo along the side of her forearm.

Waite a min. Waba!!! they are making you look really bad at this location. We walk in, im super excited since I have been telling my friends this was a yummy place to eat and healthy choice. But I figured«healthy» consists of a clean place to eat as well. Well well well people!!! I was disappointed. Its dirty! From the condiments and beverage area to the tables, everything was dirty. :(yeah. I won’t be back here. Friend got the food. And it doesn’t even look the same.

I guess there is a reason my mother refuses to eat here. I got the chx bowl. It’s like I reheated a frozen bowl. Actually I think the frozen bowl may have had crispier vegetables. The chx did not have flavor. there were no sear marks or grill marks. My father’s salmon was burned. The soy had been charred. It was gross. The piece of salmon was so thin and small that if we were to try and return it it’d look like he ate it all after one bite. Any who I think this is the last time my dad will crave Waba. at least from this location.

Everything look nice but the only thing you guys need to force on cleaning. Need to have the restroom clean and it was my first time. Good customer service. But cleaning is the most important thing when u go visit.

First time here, and I can say I will certainly be returning. Ordered the Half & Half bowl w/Veggies and brown rice, and it left me satisfied. Very filling portions, the meat is juicy, and the veggies are cooked just right.

I’m a fan of waba grill and glad this place is in here. Lunch time is crowded, and parking is shared with other strip mall patrons. I do like their combo plate, which is the steak and chicken, with a small side of salad and fruit. It is pretty large, so maybe for lunch, a chicken or steak bowl will do. Service is fast, but the place gets packed.

Tastes good going down, but if you eat a whole bowl for lunch on a workday you’ll be sorry. I’d love it if they offered a «mini» size so I wouldn’t have to either throw away half away or be miserable for the rest of the afternoon.
