I’m so close about to help these guys in the kitchen, I’ve been waiting for 30 min all I ordered was 10 wings and all you have to do is fry and dip in sauce, I’m sick starving and there not even that full, sign says open till 12 I guess I’ll be here till 12 waiting on my dam 10 wings

I order online ahead of time. So I just pick up when I get there. I’ve never has to wait at this location, unlike the location on Slauson and Western. The good also tastes better at this location.
My only complaint is the fry seasoning. It’s never consistent. One fry is over-​seasoned and another is perfect and another is under-​seasoned. But it’s still good.
Parking is easy in a big lot. It can get busy but there’s always someone leaving.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE I ordered my fav now mango habanero recommended by a really nice chick with checkered black glasses and black hair which made my ordering extremely easy and didn’t complicate it! I feel that’s its key to make a customer happy! Haven’t enjoyed wings like this in a long time! Totally recommend

Tried to give this place no stars!!! But Unilocal doesn’t allow that. Don’t spend your hard earned money here. They’re not prepared for big crowds. Three flavors in the soda machine, everything else was empty. The wait was 25+ minutes and they told me this after I had sat down. They also have a bad attitude cuz they can’t handle big crowds.

Wait time is too long 30 – 45 mins. the sign says open from 10:30am I got here at 10:35 and it wasn’t open. Other customers were complaining about wait time as well. Cashiers look like they don’t even want to be here, upset face like really? It’s her job to greet customers nicely but she acts like if she is doing a favor by taking customers orders. Horrible service.

Worse service ever here. Came in for a simple 20 piece with fries. Cashier zayra said my order will be ready within 16 – 20 min. At minute 25 I went up to the counter to see what was going on with our order. Zayra stated they were saucing them. So I waited another 10 minutes and nothing. I asked to speak to a manager and I clearly showed her that I placed my order at 6:45 pm. She gave me an attitude saying our orders usually take 16 – 20 min. Apparently this manager can’t do math, I had to count like a 5th grader in front of her to clearly see that it’s been over 30 minutes and I still haven’t got my order. 35 minutes later I received my wings. No apology, no discount, no extra wings or fries. This place sucks in customer service! Never again will I come here for some bs wings.

Man this wing stop is the best in town. Our company goes there 3 to 4 times a week. The food is always hot and fresh and the sevice is great. Not all wing stops are good but I recommend this location to every one

This place is great I had some last night. What I like about it that it doesn’t matter how busy this place is if u make an order by phone it will always be ready in 15 mins. So unless u like to eaten in there make the order by phone so that u don’t have to wait for it.

Ordered online came 5 min after promised time and it wasn’t ready! 20 more min go by and finally got it! The whole point of online ordering is so you don’t have to wait! Why offer it if you can’t handle it? Can they get it together?!

Their food is pretty good although they can be stingy with their seasoning sometimes. The most I’ve waiting was like 15 minutes but because I placed a pretty big order. Their service is okay, but yes some of the workers have attitude and can be really rude sometimes.

Poor customer service. The cashier I believe her name is Kimberly, has a horrible attitude, rude.. Did not make eye contact with us when placing our order. She asked what kind of sauce I wanted, I asked her what they had and she just pointed at the menu without even saying anything. HORRIBLE. I WILL NEVER BE BACK.

Employees here are horrible! First they get our order wrong and when I finally get the order they call me back in to tell me they got it wrong again! Lastly the cashier tells me she didn’t hear me say hawaiin. How does hawaiin sound like mango?! You’re 2 feet away from us and you can’t get it right? Not the first time this has happened here…

This wing stop has such poor attitude! I called my ordered in so that way when I got there I can just pick it up. I spoke to a person on the phone! I get there to pick my wings up and Kimberly tells my my order was never received and rolls her eyes at me. Worst service ever.

This place is a must go to spot for anyone in the Long Beach area! The lemon pepper wings are RIDICULOUSLY GOOD! They have about 11different flavors to choose from. I chose the boneless hickory BBQ and the lemon pepper. They came in a 6 piece combo with fries and a drink for $ 9.58. They also sell them in 10 pieces and more. Boneless or traditional. The combo was perfect, they also allow you to choose two different flavors for your combo. Next time I only want lemon pepper though. You know its good when you eat in tiny bites just to eat it slow and savor the taste of it!
This place was consistently busy the entire time I was there. There arent alot of tables, but it is well worth the wait.

I’ve rated Wingstop on Central with three stars because I’ve had my equal share of bad and good experiences. Always the food is good, although last time it seemed that my fries were done with little to no effort. Seasoning was in certain spots only… yuck!
Another time, I ordered online only to get to the store (at the time they said the order would be ready) and pay and still have to wait their «14 minutes» to get my order? TF? Isn’t the whole point of ordering online to have your food ready for pickup when you are told to pick it up?
Other than that, really close to my area, so I can say that’s something good.

The wing experts are back, and this time… it’s personal.
No longer do you need to settle for the McDonald’s across the street for there is a new plaza for the vibrant community to enjoy.
Considering the fact that Wingstop is a franchise, I strongly recommend you try as many as you can before establishing a favorite because the fries always seem to be made differently. Whether they are too salty or undercooked, you can always bet that no two Wingstops are alike.
Also, you can always phone ahead or order online. This is once again recommended during nights and weekends when the business tends to be at its busiest.
All in all, I have high hopes for this location and its plaza. Let us not forget that this is a privilege and not a right.
