This subway is by far the worst I have been to. They are severely understaffed as they only have two workers during the lunch time rush hour and don’t listen to what you order.

Haven’t been a subway for a cool minute. Ordered a tuna sandwich. Was asked as a sign was pointed to by a lady would I like to double my foot long tuna meat for a dollar. I shook my head no. She proceeded to scoop tuna meat for my sandwich and it was only 4 small scoops. Looking puzzled after she spreaded the meat thin like mayonnaise, I asked iF that’s all the meat I get(scoops) because it so thin. Remind you, hadn’t been in a subway for awhile but I sure remember how I get my tuna sandwiches. So she said huh then I looked at the male coworker so now I’m asking him since she was stuck on stupid for a second and he said it’s always been these scoops. Still feeling like I’m being cheated a scoop I’m looking at the price menu and at $ 7 and some change w/o tax, I’m feeling that subway is cheating people or the lady missed the 5th scoop. So I’m like wow ok I’m just gonna get my overpriced sandwich and go home and eat because this princess was hungry. The end.

The parking at this location is so messed up I can’t believe they don’t invest money to fix it. Employees here seem like they don’t wanna be there they all give you their attitude and treat you bad. If they don’t wanna be there they need to quit their job and be somewhere else their is a ton of people out there that need a job. Won’t be coming back to this location at all and you should avoid this location at all cost. When people go out to eat they don’t wanna be treated badly they want to be treated nicely. I’ve been coming here since it open, first, I’ve always hated the parking. It’s terribly set up. This place was ok, I’ve been to friendly-er subways. Whatever, I don’t mind a little numbness from employees every now and then. As long as there is no attitude. About a month ago, I went to this subway, and there was a new employee. As I was giving him my order he seem to be distracted and in a hurry to finish. He was ready to set me up to pay, and I hadn’t even asked for my second sandwich. I was only buying two. It seem like it’s no big deal, but it is for me, I’m very picky, and the reason I like subway is because I can pick whatever I want! You know but if your not paying attention you assume I want tomatoes and mayo like the majority of people, and that’s exactly what he did! Anyways the thought of seeing that employee again made me not want to return, BUT I thought well maybe he is new and needed peactice, and I made the mistake of going there again today. Today I went in and same guy was there. I thought let’s give it a try. He takes my first order… then some little guy walks in, directly to him and orders a sandwhich, «give me this this and that, you know how I Like it.» Completely disregards he is still taking my order, and presumes to attend him first. I was in disbelief. So I let him know, hello I was here first and you were taking my order. Everyone, from the other staff to him pretend that I’m not talking. Now, I was not making a scene, and I didn’t scream or anything, but I did speak up nothing outrageous. I should’ve left, but unfortunately I was with my 4 yr old son and he didn’t understand what was going on. He gives the order to someone else, and could no longer look at me. You know, you wait in line like everybody else, and when it’s your turn you expect their attention. Anyway, I do rate one star because before this guy I never had problems. But I’m not going back here, I don’t appreciate the service, and without good service you don’t have much. Every subway is the same, but if the people working there are a little considerate it just makes it a little better.

It’s just another subway in the neighborhood, but everything you expect to find and see abut a subway is here. Good customer service, clean and food is good, affordable and helthy.

I love their sandwiches, but my last visit was horrible. The girl that attended me was very rude and seemed to be ignoring me and my spouse. The food is not the issue. The employees don’t have any public relations and very poor customer service. There are a lot of people who would want that job.

I love it… I love the food provided but the person who served my sandwich does not know how to fold a sandwich when finished putting the ingredients.. I got home and everything was out of place. I still ate it. and it was fine… but it was just out of place… GETANEMPLOYERTHATKNOWSHOWTOCLOSE A FREAKENSANDWICH!!!
