I drink fresh juices daily and was in the area. Stopped by their juice bar and A young lady advised me that there weren’t any fresh juices this morning because the machines were broken. I walked a few lanes but didn’t really desire anything other than my fresh juice. I asked once more but with another employee, I believe her name was Sonia; very genuine. I asked her for a fresh juice and she advised me that of the three machines, two were broken. Although she couldn’t prepare me what I usually order at other juice bars, she sold me on a fresh squeezed orange juice. This was great, it wasn’t exactly what I wanted, but it satisfied my craving. Thank you Sonia for the excellent service! You deserve 100 stars ! ****************************************************************************************************

Worse service ever!!! Employees everywhere blocking the way, cashier so disrespectful, she sounded like she didn’t want to be there. Worse market ever.

Ever since I walked in here I haven’t shopped at any other supermarkets. Their customer service is top notch! I have never encountered bad or rude service here. Their produce is always well stocked at any time, their meat department is always clean and the employees there are fast, aisles are always clutter free and neatly stocked, cashiers are fast and friendly, and their food is great! A great environment!

I came here yesterday after a meeting I had at work. I saw Northgate and thought about stopping by to take my mom a Chile Relleno since she loves Chile Rellenos. First the parking lot was totally packed it was hard to get a good parking space since the parking lot is shared with other businesses nearby. When I entered the front entrance I noticed a lot of people, at a stand it appears Northgate was selling pozole not a good place for the entrance because people are trying to come in then you have to wait for the people stopping right in front of you to buy pozole. So finally I get in and I go all the way to the other side to buy the chile relleno. I noticed they hired African American to work in the kitchen that’s great because it should be a diverse of people working at a place. Anyways I ordered my chile relleno plus a chicken soup. The young lady seemed nervous and SLOWLY served my food. She even put a Saran Wrap on my soup I questioned her because I was afraid it would spill over and she said there wasn’t any tops. We’ll I wished she would have told me this before I ordered soup. Anyways she puts my food in front of the cash register and then the white or light skinned Latina with lots of makeup walks out when she looks at me. Like why? What? She is now doing something else in the back. Like excuse me but can you ring me up first and then leave. I waited and even asked the other lady is she coming back? She said yes but she never came back. I waited for a good ten minutes I asked again can somebody please ring me up because I need to leave. Finally a African American woman ringed me up. Whats the point of having about 6 people in the kitchen if no one is even working sorta of just hanging out. Not sure if I’ll go back. I like the Northgate in Norwalk. They’re always working and are also very happy.

Great market from the bakery to the deli. As soon as you walk in, you can tell it’s clean and staff is friendly. Fresh produce and clean aisles. Every vegetables you can imagine for Mexican recipes is there! They even have warm hand made tortillas!
