voila!

I hosed a holiday party for three hundred people here. I have to say, I could not have imagined it going better. The venue is absolutely stunning, but beyond that, Katrine and here team were nothing short of amazing. Through no fault of Voila!, there were some hiccups, but because of Katrine’s work and super laid back attitude, they were solved in no time. I could not recommend Voila! more.

This unique and magical gallery is enchanting, thought-​provoking, and full of the most delightful, inventive, creative, mind-​filling, and even shocking surprises on the LA art scene! Artist/​proprietor Katrien van der Scheuren guides her space into something unlike any other. She is brilliant, and wow, it shows in her creations — my favorite is her Hand-​alier — a lighting fixture comprised of a series of hands, at the end of each of which shines a light! I mean, come ON! You should treat yourself to a visit. Came here with friends on an art walk and we stayed and stayed and our leader also bought a BUNCH of one-​of-​a-​kinds. Also been back
to events, wonderfully staged.

Beautiful venue and there’s always something to look at around the walls. Came here for Norman Reedus’ show which was packed but it wasn’t overbearing. Since he didn’t have a ton of work to display, I wondered how much space is provided for other artists to showcase. There’s a good section to display the work but the rest of the space was mostly furniture.
Anyway, there’s no need to get anal and very critical because I enjoyed the gallery a lot. Thanks for hospitality, voila!

They framed a painting for me and did a beautiful job. I’d use them again in a heartbeat.

Love this place! I’ve been here for private events and used the space for fashion editorial photo shoots. Such a well produced place and everything is so beautifully placed. The staff is amazingly sweet. Great to get some home and creative inspiration as well.

Amazing and beautiful space! The art is amazing. I can’t wait to come back! The space has some amazing clock pieces right now. It’s also great as an event space!

I discovered this place after coming here for an event. It is by far the most unique gallery in LA. It is such an amazing place with very creative art pieces. Their custom furniture is absolutely divine and I recently started getting my framing done here as well. Their work is of the utmost quality!

Almost too cool to be on Unilocal.Wait did I say that? Amazing furniture and lighting. It’s all custom and has sprung from the creative well of belgian designer Katrien. Well priced one off items and some production lines as feel. Don’t miss this place as a stop on your tour of one of a kind, quirky design inspired stores in LA.

I’ve been a huge fan of Voila Gallery for a few years now! It’s hands down my favorite furniture/​art gallery in Los Angeles.

I had my wedding here this past weekend and it was great. All my guests were blown away by the amazing art and setting. I heard multiple times how there were photo ops from every angle.
Emily and her staff were super nice and I truly appreciate them making my day so special!

Went to see the legend AllenTouissant on Monday night at LyricTheatre next door and stopped here pre/​post show for delicious wine+look around. Loved the design/​layout of the space plus love the eclectic collection as well. The photo exh currently on is fantastic too! Found out that the gallery is instrumental in the redesigning of Lyric which looks fabulous so well done indeed!

Just had to stop by when I saw a wing backed chair clad in a British flag! Fabulous! The sales girl was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. I’m going back tomorrow to purchase what I wanted… I mean «needed»… Never know if my husband reads this…;) hehe

That place is incredible!
Part art gallery, part museum, part vintage furniture store–
they always have new things on display and the owner’s personal creations are always breathtakingly beautiful.

What?! How has this place not been Unilocaled yet!!!
I popped in here yesterday while making the gallery rounds promoting Unilocal Restaurant Week and wow, what a cool place! The guy working here was stuck on a call for about 5 minutes and it was a delightful wait as I cruised through the room and looked at all of the fantastic artistic creations.
They have these amazing wire pieces with random elements in the shape of planes, blimps, what have you. There are staircases that lead to nowhere, old books fill the room, chandeliers that make you want to live in a castle. Just awesome! I’ve driven by this place a hundred times and never even knew it was here, so let this be your artsy invitation to stroll through here and soak it all up.
