I come here once a week late at night after work. «Gerson» is always pleasant and very clear in the speaker. I love me some Taco Bell and this location is my favorite! My only complaint would be they never have Pizza(Pizza Hut/Taco Bell)

Came to taco bell because I hadn’t had it in over a year. I wasn’t so impressed by the food or service. Not sure why it felt like the employees simply didn’t want to be here. I was very thrown off by all the signs stating that they didn’t have public restrooms if you’re not buying there. The signs came off pretty tough. I also wanted to point out that it must have been bring your child to work day because a young lady with the drive thru headset had her two little girls dropped off. She seemed so out of focus at work since she had to watch her kids. Not a good image

By far the worse experience I have encountered. The drive through girl DIANA is very rude. I ordered a meal, as I am in line my wife decided she would like something from there as well via text, so as I come up to the window I ask for an additional meal and her remark was and I quote«oh no! That is too much to order through the window!» And closes the window, I can hear her talking her stuff in Spanish to the workers. My beard makes me look middle eastern(so I’ve been told) but I knew exactly what she said. At this point I’m mad but keep my cool, I pay for both meals and she hands me my drink spilling it all over my hand and closes the window again to get the food. Every cell in my body wanted to just throw that cup of soda right into her face . TACOBELLPLEASEPUTTHISHEATHENINTHEBACKAWAYFROMCUSTOMERS! For now on im saving my appetite for Chatos Tacos just down the street

Best drive thru in LA. The lady who took my order was bubbly and has a nice clear spoken voice. Food is fresh and not as greasy as most taco bells. Love that they carry pizza! Waiting 10 minutes for a fresh pie is worth it.

Rude to their customer and rude to each other. The manager or supervisor was being a total dick to the girl at the front register. When I was about to tell her not to stand there and take that, she turned to me and did the same damn thing. I love Taco Bell. Use to actually work for the company. Let me say, my regional manager would have never let crap like this happen. Don’t believe me about this? Visit the place yourself.

My brother loves Taco Bell so when the taco truck lines are long, he usually opts to get something through the drive thru at this location. There have been times where we waited a long time to even get to the window to pay and get our food. I understand that the previous car may have a big order but they should have them wait in the parking lot while they keep the other cars moving. It is not in the best area of town to make sure you keep those windows closed when you are waiting! They also have a private lot so parking shouldn’t be an issue.

Not that I was expecting much from T Bell to begin with, but man was I let down. I couldn’t decide what to order(let’s be real, ots different combinations of the same ingredients). I finally decided Burrito Supreme and Taco Supreme combo. My heart wanted more, but I THOUGHT the burrito would fill me. SMALLESTBURRITOEVER! It was literally smaller than a loaded griller. i know you think Im exaggerating but my hard shell taco was biiger/more filling. there was the tiniest scoop of beef in my burriti, maybe a cube of tomato. I did NOT get my $ 6 worth of food. plus they were outta ice tea. LAME! it’s not like it was busy either. employees just seemed to not care. The woman calling the order #s could barely talk(was she sick, does she just not have a voice? get someone else on that) and the guy in front of me had asked her for a bag and she must not have heard him because he waited and had to ask someone else. I have worked fast food. I know what its like when it’s slammed, but when it’s slos, get your act together and earn that crappy paycheck! maybe if you put a little hustle in, you will get a raise or promotion. I will not be returning due to lack of customer service of walk ins and due to lack of ingredients in my burrito and being completely out of tea. Damn.

It’d be great if they cared as much about their walk in customers as the drive through. Such a shame to have to hail a cab to order food even though we have been paying customers. If you are there and working, learn to provide customer service. Disappointed Taco Bell…

Just wanted to write a quick shout out to a lovely woman named Ivone who was good natured, efficient, laughed at my terrible jokes, and may have hooked me up with a free soda. Give this woman a raise and make her a manager! Side note– hanging out there to eat will reward you with some intriguing eavesdropping. Heard two guys who looked homeless speak eloquently on having a woman president. Later turned out they’re were vets who are probably not getting the help they need and deserve. There was also a hipster-looking white couple trying to understand their white privilege and a Hispanic mom and four kids who gave their leftovers to a man outside.

Beware. They call themselves a Pizza Hut Express, yet at the date of this posting, it’s as an employee put it, ‘a rule’ they don’t serve pizzas past 11pm on a school night. I don’t have a problem waiting 7 minutes for them to cook me a pizza, but if the Toxic Hell/Greasa Hut Express on Vine in Hollywhere doesn’t have issues serving what they offer after 11pm on a school night, why should this location? So, instead of moving on like I should have, I ordered two steak soft tacos with no tomatoes. They put 5 wretched-looking scraps of steak in each taco and for the cherry on top, eighteen pieces of diced tomatoes in both tacos. Do you know how long it took to individually remove 36 pieces of tomato, and how many thin strands of cheese were sacrificed in the process? Now if I manage to not hit the lavatory in the next two hours, that means praise the heavens the salmonella lovers thankfully cooked and stored everything correctly. From now on it’s 7 – 11 after 11pm, because they’re not afraid to sell pizza to anyone 24⁄7 and theirs is cheaper anyway.

I’ve been coming here for years and the food is as to be expected but the employees have always been pretty chill. I was told I’d have to wait about 10 mins for my pizza but it didn’t come until almost 20 mins later. When the guy came out to my car to hand me my order, he’d given me cinnamon twists too to make up for the wait

Bad service, found a fly in my taco, the workers were lazy and kept telling me to repeat my order, the taco had a sticker that said a different order than what I asked for. Not a good place, or at least this one was bad.

I’ll usually go to the drive-thru, since I work late at night and the drive-thru is a bit slow at times but the food is good for Taco Bell. Plus most of the drive-thru employees I’ve had to deal with have been very friendly. Overall it’s your run of the mills Taco Bell, nothing special.

Good, clean location. People working the counter were friendly but unfortunately not the brightest. It was sad, but they literally couldn’t get the order right. We had to repeat it about 15 times to him before he entered it correctly in the computer. We got home and there was still one thing wrong, but at that point it didn’t matter because the rest of the order was right and the food hit the spot. with so many highly rated taco places in LA that are extremely disappointing in reality, sometimes it’s just nice to go to taco bell, where you know what you’re going to get.

Late night Taco Bell cravings? Drive Thru is open 24hrs! Service/food is quick. Definitely defines fast food. My Staples: Doritos Locos Taco Supreme. Chicken Quesadilla, Crunch Wrap Supreme, & a Taco Supreme. Ask for Hot Sauce! Mild or Hot. I like using both!

Looked so appealing as I was coming home from the gym one night, I know it sounds dumb considering I was exercising lol but the menu and pictures looked delicious. I decided to order a steak quesadilla and two tacos. I also ordered an apple empanada and a large sprite. The steak quesadilla was good but kind of cold and soggy and the two tacos were pretty good too. The best part of the meal was definitely the apple empenada because they warm it up for you and it makes the meal delicious. I did not get enough hot sauce even though I asked for as much as they could give me. I love their hot sauce its hella good. Anyways im sure if I got more hot sauce the food would be even better. I wish I had ordered some milk to go with the empanada that woulda made it perfect

Pretty sure this is one of the tiniest taco bell locations, but they say that the best gifts come in small packages… I take my brother here sometimes after school to pick up the 12 pack of tacos so he and his friends on the block can have some sort of a taco party i guess. Service is quick, staff is friendly, food is ALWAYS good. Certainly the spot for hangovers, drunchies, munchies, midnight snack, lunch, dinner, quick pick up, party food, etc.

Late night drive through times… Me: «Ohmahgod tacooooosssssssss.» Drive through guy: «How can I help you» Me: «Hey dude, like a hundred veggie tacos please, no cheese or sour cream.» Him: «One hundred tacos?» Me: «OK you’re right, just three.» Him: «What exactly do you want on them?» Me: «Beans, lettuce, onions and tomatoes. Oh, and a LOT of hot sauce. I’m talking mad fucking hot sauce dude. Insanity level hot sauceeeeee! Yesssss!» Him: «I’m sorry could you repeat that?» Me: «POUNDSOFITMAN, go fucking ape shit on that hot sauce. Do you hear me? HOT… SAUCE… Sauce that is hot, I WANTIT.» Him: «Please drive around.» Me: «Yeaaaahhhhhh… taaacccoooooossss…» *Friend drives car up to the window* Two bags: Bag number one, there are my tacos, exactly as I ordered. Bonus. Second bag… had to be about 75 packets of hot sauce, no exaggeration. You rock, drive through guy! I’m gonna put hot sauce on everything for the next month because of you. Sandwiches, tacos, cereal, salads, ice cream, toothbrush, spaghetti, donuts, I mean EVERYTHING. This review was brought to you by the letter A for«Alcohol». As in, I must have had a shit ton of alcohol for my ass to end up at Taco Bell in the first place.

This is not the fastest taco bell in LA, BUT i seriously think the food tastes better here. ITs always fresh when i’m here. the flour tortilllas are soft and warm every time i go here. so, i always go to this taco bell instead of the others that are close by(crenshaw, western, roberston, etc.) Its also nice that this has a pizza hut with it. pretty much everyone will be happy with either mexican or pizza. great place to take kids.
