Came here to catch an employees attitude(neirmeen) she made mine and my boyfriends sub the way she wanted to basically. We both clearly said light mayo and she put about half the bottle, had to take a nasty bite of only mayo at a point. Subs were straight sloppy, if I was in her mood(bitchy) I would of had her done them over. Bad service from her.

Don’t let the sign fool you, I ordered a 6 foot sandwich that had two different types of meats on it and while the counter help was adding vegs to the sandwich I saw on the menu Double Meat for $ 1.50 so when I asked for the double meat I was told that for the $ 1.50 the double meat meant two slices of meat and that if I wanted the full spread that would cost me $ 3.00. But that was not what the menu said and when I raised that point I was just told to take it or leave it. So I guess this is a bait and switch issue where they say something and then when you request it then it will cost you more. I did received a call from someone who did say they were in charge of that store and that I must have been mistaken and did not read the menu correct. I somewhat like Subway but this location is a really bad Subway which needs to maybe change staff and someone from the main office needs to also train the so called person in charge. If you can PLEASESTAYAWAYFROMTHISSUBWAY try Jersey Mike’s on Pico Blvd for a better sandwich and great service. Thanks Subway

They take forever to finish your order!!! Halfway through getting my order taken the guy decided to walk away and answer the phone!!! He didn’t say anything just left us standing there for a good 5 minutes and then when he came back kept having us repeat our order 3 more times! The guys working at the time were more focused about the conversation that they were having with each other than listening to the customers!!!

Omg the customer service that experienced at this subway location was the worst I have ever had in my entire life! Terrible customer service from the entire staff. They should be ashamed of how they treat their customers.

Only 1 of the employees out of the 3 actually knows customer service. I am in the hospitality business and the service here is mediocre. The female employee arrived late to work and there was a small line. She asked if she could help the next customer, I asked for the $ 3 breakfast combo. She asked would I like ham or bacon, I stated ham and she put bacon so I politely reminded her«Ham». She then asked if I wanted yellow or white egg? Not the proper way to ask a customer. The 2nd employee a young latin kid was good, then came the register kid with glasse, he asked if that was it, I replied yes. He charged me 3.47, I then asked if he had the coffee cup that comes with the combo. He replied«you didn’t tell me that, I will have to charge ypu for the coffee». Why do you need to charge for the cofffee when you could just give me a cup since I already paid the combo price. I did not bother pushing since I could see these kids, at least 2 of the 3 did not have service training. This is management’s responsibility, then there was no coffee since my friend had a cup, they made more coffee, then no caps, no milk, my friend asked for caps and the girls response was«we dont have any», the register kid came outwith caps. I would recommend retraining the staff or term thebad apples. This is what drives a business to success, service driven employees.

As a member of the local community I’ve been a customer to this Subway pretty much since it first opened. As late, I usually order the $ 5 sub of the month, though if not I usually just go with a Turkey Sub on a flat bread.

What a dump. Terrible employees, bad attitude and stale food. Stay away from here. I am personally imposing a moratorium on subway for at least 2 months because this place sucks so badly. i am going to a competitor, where they are much nicer to their customers and pay attention to the food they make. The counter is dirty, floors are dirty, a real mess. No signs of management to speak of at night. The employees laugh at the customers at night if they complain.

Always quick and fast service so that I’m in and outta there. Wish they are a bit more generous with the veggies. I always have to ask for extra. Google maps actually has this located in the wrong spot on their map. The Subway is in the Ralph’s shopping plaza.
