We get our sandwiches here for our office lunch. Antelmo is always very professional and makes sure everything is ready for us on time. Our order was always right, on time and with fresh ingredients. We will be back!

3 times I asked the gal for fresh lettuce on my chopped salad. She kept going making the salad with the old stuff. Giving me some excuse on how she had to use this first. The rule in food when in doubt throw it out ! They could use a lesson from Chipolte I paid for it & left hoping she eats it. See Dan S comment

Came here for breakfast on a Saturday morning. Clean, efficient service. Very friendly staff and everything seemed fresh and well prepared. Not sure all about the prior comments but I had a great experience.

Standard Subway restaurant. The staff seems to have the mission and goal of completely destroying the owner’s business and Subway’s reputation. Rude, incompetent, dirty(hand washing is apparently optional by my observation) Avoid at all costs.

This place’s only redeeming factor is that it’s open 24 hours. Service is always so-so but seeing as I’m generally one of those drunk LMU kids, I go here about twice a month. Random people wander in a lot of the time & have to be run off from the soda machine but that’s not necessarily this Subway’s fault. What they can fix is the freshness of their vegetable options & the cleanliness of their dining area.

This is a really bad Subway. Enough said. Only perk, open 24 hours. Other than that, it’s a bad Subway. Please swap out that red slop for fresh tomatoes once in a while.

It is a 24 hour subway so i love that. There is ample parking at night but during the day it is sometimes a bit crowded since it shares the parking lot with other stores and some people park in that parking lot when going to the restaurants across the street. but other than that it is like a regular subway order what ever you want. At night the service is sometimes really slow, but its kinda a given since it is a 24 hour subway and the employees are probably tired.

New sandwich artist alert! Ordered a black forest ham footlong, and the sandwich artist carefully placed 2 slices of ham on the bread. He then asked if I wanted some cheese. I looked at him in amazement, and informed him that there should be more slices of ham. He proceeded to increase the amount to 4 slices, and I told him it should be 8. Sandwich turned out just OK, even with the new DaVinci in the house. When I got home I realized Leonardo forgot to cut the sandwich in 2 portions. Ended up just picking up the whole thing to eat. I do give him kudos for admitting it was his 4th sandwich ever. Did the other people not say anything? Manager of the Subway was busy hanging outside of the Pizza Joint next door. Keep an eye on the newbies!

Not sure if the guy just hates his job or hates his life or whatever but the dude was being a jackass. Thanks Jose! Only perk of this place is being open 24 hours

i made an account just to talk about this subway. The food is okay n all but the service is horrible. I love subways but this is by far the worst one iv been to. i think its because its 24⁄7 but it sucks, they dont speak english well and iv never had a sandwich NOT be smushed. Il take a picture next time and post it. i only go here cause i love subway and its proximity to me.

The place was clean upon entering. While ordering I noticed that there was a real issue with my ability to communicate effectively with my sandwich maker. Did she understand English? Not sure. I had to ask her to place my mayo on the bread not in between the sandwich meat. When I took my first bite the bread was hard and flaky. I asked for another piece of bread and she just stared at me… what? No bathroom either so be careful bringing your kids, not good when they say, «I have to go to the bathroom!» and you have no where to take them.

I really love when people say things about you in a foreign languages thinking you don’t know what they are saying, word to the wise, we live in southern california, most people understand Spanish, do keep your rude comments to yourself. Other than that my sub was good.

Honestly, there’s not too much to say about this Subway — it’s a Subway. It does get particular recognition for being open 24⁄7 — always there to satisfy your hunger after a sleepless night of partying, studying, etc. I can’t really find it within me to give a Subway more than two stars, as the employees seem to genuinely hate their jobs(wonder why?) and quality of Subway’s bread is continuously suspect — and this Subway is no exception to the norm. Furthermore, this Subway also suffers from an utter lack of ventilation, making the place seem rather stuffy, smelly, and sauna-esque. Nevertheless, Subway is a welcome dining option at the odd hours of the day, and frankly, a meatball sub with some spinach, tomatoes, swiss cheese, and a side of chips does quite a beat to keep a grumbling stomach at bay… can’t really complain about that. On a side note, this Subway makes for some outstanding people-watching. Between seeing a gang of hipsters in their star-shaped Elton John shades & polka dots to casually observing a local hobo clock out face-first into his sandwich, Subway definitely can inject some light humor into your day.

so i am not sure if the lady who works there does not speak English or is just a b*tch but every time i go in there, she just looks at me like i am dumb or cant get anything right. they were running the $ 3 flatbread breakfast with coffee things for a while and so i would go in there omw to work and i got the same thing everytime. but seriously, could not understand the concept of cross contamination where meat and stuff would end up on my non meat sandwich or veggies would end up on one sandwich that were supposed to be on another. and then just ignorning me completely with stuff i wanted on the sandwich, and etc. if she doesnt speak english, i am not trying to be a douche, but she has to at least be able to get an order right. i feel back for thinking she sucks if she simply cant understand me, but if she does speak english and just choosing to hate her job, then quit! encase you want your sandwich done correctly, avoid the 40 – 50 something year old lady who looks to be under 5 feet tall and a bit round.

Wow some of you guys expect waaaaaaay too much from a SUBWAY! I have been going to this location for years. I go for lunch regularly and order catering platters from them as well. The staff has always been very helpful. The place is clean. And I always get what I expect… a pretty simple sandwich from Subway. Go down the street to Mondecito farms if you want to pay $ 11 dollars for a fancy lunch. The cases some people are describing are ridiculous. If mayo and mustard makes you throw up, I got news for you… life gets tougher than that. Maybe you should try working on the other side of the counter and have self-rightous people yell out commands at you all day. Relax.

This place would be a lot better if the employees cared about making sandwiches. I ordered a footlong cold cut combo with pretty much everything on it. When the guy finished making it, half of my sandwich had all the meat while the other half had all the veggies. The only good thing about this place is that it’s open 24 hours a day, which saves this place from getting 1 star.

****UPDATED**** Just rec’d my $ 10.00 Gift Card from this Subway for there horrible service. I will use it just not here. I wouldn’t eat at this location again if it was free. FYI Gift Card took a little over 2 months to get to me, guess the mail service they offer is just as bad as there customer service.

Located next to Bristol Farms, this Subway is about what you would expect. No better, no worse than any other Subway. I prefer their cold sandwiches over their hot sandwiches. If you need to get something quick(and want it relatively healthy), this Subway is not a bad option(2.5 stars).
