Why the fuck would you open a franchise if you can’t properly run it?! First time I went there on my 30 minute lunch, it took about 10 minutes to walk there about about 15 minutes to order the employees were beyond rude and very stingy with ingredients. I figured maybe it was a bad day. So the next time I went there I decided to save myself the time and order though the Subway app. I ordered a 6“veggie delite with everything on it and avocado added. Not that hard right? Costs about $ 6 plus the chips. When i arrived the employee claimed i hadn’t paid for it and insisted on charging me. So there i go paying because i didn’t wanna deal with it and they were too busy. They didn’t even give me my chips along with the sandwich. So i get home and sure enough, I paid almost $ 12 for a 6″ sandwich with almost nothing on it and no chips! I called the next couple of days to speak with a manager but I never found out if he actually exists.
I waited a couple of weeks, and with it being the nearest place to my work, I decided well, here goes another shot.
I placed an order through the app once again… when i arrived, they had not received my order, they were apologetic and made my sandwich, though it did not help with wasting my time. I thought hey, maybe they’re trying. After all, maybe its not their fault they didn’t receive my order.
So whatever.
So this time, my co-​worker and I ordered two footlongs through the app. Both veggie delites with avocado. When i arrived at the store, there was a line so i was not acknowledged and had to wait in line. When i mentioned that i had placed an order I was pleasantly surprised to see they had it ready! So i left the store happy! When i arrived back at work… there was no avocado in my sandwich, or my co-​workers! So i paid $ 3 extra for nothing! They also did not put dressing on mine nor did they give me a receipt! So I couldnt even go back and demand my avocado even if i had the time. I’m beyond furious… this subway is legitimately stealing money from me! Fuck you hope st subway and your incompetent employees! Send those morons back to highschool, or teach them how to read a fucking order! Close your doors, you are a waste of space, and you owe me about $ 9 and a bag of chips! Dont eat here! If they cant make a sandwich, they are probably breaking hella health code violations too. Employees are supposed to wear hats or hair nets, and chanve their gloves between touching equipment and food! Don’t make me call the health department…

K I ordered over the phone because I have a short lunch break. It took me about 8 mins to get there from the time I placed my order. Beyond incompetent. I just left because God forbid someone know how to make a sandwich. I’m also very hangry

The men who works here today around 3:15pm, he is so rude to previous customer who was front of me, she almost had argument with him because of his rude attitude. I talked nicely but he cut my bread very roughly which almost freaked me out, and almost throwing veggies and toppings on my bread and rushing me out even though there was no customer behind me.
What a rude moment I had in this restaurant, won’t go back here again.

Worst Subway ever, the employe named Juanito gave attitude because my boyfriend ask for jalapeños, lettuce was old, served old mayo, stingy with amount, NEVER coming Back !!!

The food is prepared in a timely manner, the employees are always welcoming and the food is always great. Unfortunately this location has a new policy in which they charge $ 10 just to cater, and I don’t mean $ 10 minimum purchase I mean, sandwich plus an additional ten!!! WTF?

Not sure if this Subway location just opened but it looked new to me. There were balloons hung everywhere and this location seemed much cleaner than the one on 8^th St.
There were 4 sandwich makers when I went (around 2 PM on a Friday). Made my visit VERY quick and easy. Getting in and out FAST is most important to me when going to Subway. I think I found my new local Subway location! (Only downside is they close at 10 PM as opposed to the 24 hour 8^th & Flower location.)
