Starbucks

A little below par for your typical Starbucks. There is always a line and it moves fast, but overall I didn’t like this location. They also overcharge you when they manually enter prices for the food items and they add extra items. This happened 3 times at this location in one week.

Have been there every single day for 10days and all I can say is the service is quick, if it’s crowded or not, and every employee is really nice !

This location is closest to my work.
They see my sorry ass more than enough during the week where they make my drink in advance, and are kind to let me know there isn’t soy milk (or another regular item I purchase) ahead of time so I don’t have to wait in line. I’ve never had an issue with any of the staff, and they’ve always treated myself and my colleagues just fine. Lucky for them to have really great hours (open until 3p) since they’re located within this business district.
Only issue is not of their fault; this is obviously a smaller location so there can be some serious lines, especially if there is some crazy convention in town, but from what I can tell, everyone is quick and efficient the best they can be. They also don’t carry some items such as the ginger ale, etc. but I always find an alternative.
True they may put up with douchebags from neighboring businesses (I don’t feel I need to name names) but they do it well.
Yes the prices are higher but what do you expect? It’s in a hotel, same as one being in an airport. If you don’t like it, go across the street on the mall side. Note they too have limited hours (later than this one, but not your typical free-​standing store hours).

I have been staying at this hotel for almost two months, only during the week. From what K B said, is true. Some workers gossip to each other about the customer, I know because this happened to me a couple of times. However, one worker is very nice, and talks to you genuinely. Not everyone is bad.
Aside from the conversation, the drinks are pretty good. My brother used to order the most ridiculous combination like a large macchiato with two shots of whey protein plus coconut milk! maybe he’ll ad in another shot of espresso just for the hell of it. They would do it for him! Not everything is bad, just parts of the business.

This is the worst Starbucks — slow, rude and clueless. They don’t know basic drinks, they have an attitude and are defensive about everything — they have a line out the door and are always inefficient. Skip them and go to coffee bean across the courtyard instead.
