Starbucks

Staff is nice. Place is very busy but worth coming to. Next to a park area were you can chill for your lunch break!

Located below the towers. Very efficient and friendly service. Be prepared to wait during the morning rush and 2:30 — 3 pm times. They have a couple of small tables but it’s pretty cramped

Great Starbucks! The employees are a solid, efficient hard-​working crew. If I was their manager, I would be very proud of the work that they consistently do. If more stores or any customer service companies adopted their work ethic and efficiency, the world would be a better place. I have never moved through a line so fast. I am so happy they are in my building.

Bad customers service, never once have they got my order right. High employee turn over rate.

The workers at this Starbucks rock. They know the regulars by name and their usual drink. Makes my really early morning routine bearable.

I’m only taking the time to review this Starbucks because their service is ON. POINT.
Because this location is within the Century City towers the morning line can get really long, but these people keep it moving! I am not at all exaggerating when I say this is the fastest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. And on top of that, the workers are cheerful and smiley, and I’ve never known them to spell someone’s name wrong on the cup — hallelujah it’s a miracle!
Starbucks is the epitome of a corporate giant and honestly every location should run as smoothly as this one!

I go to Starbucks often. Alex Sebok treats always remembers my favorite drinks, makes me new things when I’m feeling spontaneous and I fall in love with another creative drink she has made! This place is where you want to be a regular. I never loved coffee until I had Alex has a barista. She’s a genius. I’ll go out of my way to go to this store. All the people are friendly and give an atmosphere of family.

Everyone is lovely. Except, Alex isn’t a happy worker. I come here everyday for over a year now and it seems like Alex is a new worker. She has been giving a vibe that she doesn’t want to be there, but a small progress of improvement has shown recently. I saw a little smile came out with this going lady! Please keep the good vibe positive like your fellow coworkers!

Never makes the drinks taste the same as other locations. Consistently gets order wrong. Horrible costumer service.

So I’m a fan of Starbucks but this location has some malfunctioning issues it needs to take care of.
1) They can’t seem to enter codes. By this I’m talking about deals that gold Starbucks members receive via email. For example, I received a code for a free breakfast sandwich and when I showed it to them they entered it and said I’d already used it or it expired… when I got the email just the night before. And they weren’t able to do anything about it.
2) Completely forgot about my drink. I arrived at 7:45, placed my order and waited a good 15 minutes before I realized they must’ve forgotten my order. In my defense I waited the full 15 minutes before asking about it because the store is packed in the mornings with people before work, so initially I thought it was just taking them some time. So when I asked, they apologized and it was obvious they just missed my drink order completely. They DID give me a free drink coupon to apologize, but their incompetence led me to being late for work.
Two big issues all in one day… I upped it from 2 stars to 3 because they did try to make up for it by giving me that drink coupon.

This is my office building Stabucks. I usually come at least once per day. They know my name and some know how I like my drinks. They always do a great job and they are faster than any other Starbucks I have been to.

This Starbucks never fails to accommodate my 11 – 15 drink orders when I get coffee for my office group. They are always courteous, and have never made me wait longer than 15 minutes between call in and pick up. I have never had a complaint about their drinks and have yet to catch a mistake. Way to go Starbucks team, you rock!

Hard Working Crew. No doubt about that. I liked the chance to try the new sodas by Starbucks. I’m happy to see newer things appear on the menu.
I sometimes cringe that the line seems a little snaky and long. My one real gripe is that the Hearty Blueberry Oatmeal isn’t more consistent. How much hot water should be added to the pre-​made cup of oats? I don’t know, but it’s frequently way too much. I recently went to this location and, having not tried it in months, ordered it. Aaaaaand, then I remembered why it’s been so long. It looked like too much water, but I thought I’d wait it out. After 5 minutes (longer than they even require), it was still soupy. So, sadly I had to return it and walk out hangry :(The other thing was that, rather than the Agave Syrup, I was given Brown Sugar. End of the world? Of course not. But Brown Sugar goes with the other, non-​Blueberry Oatmeal.

This Starbucks has the fastest service of any location I’ve ever been to! The staff here are very nice :) If only this Starbucks could show the Beverly Hills locations how its done…

I work in this building, it’s in the bottom level of the Century Park Towers. I have seriously had my last TERRIBLE latte there… yes…a latte. How hard is that to screw up? They are trying to go so fast that the quality is 100% lost in my opinion. I have yet to have a decently made drink there and so as of today I say… no more. I’ll be walking across the plaza to Coffee Bean, where they actually now how to make foam.

Coffee smells terrific, fast service, always occupied and the Baristas are always friendly and quick. It’s located inside the office building… don’t get lost.

This Starbucks has to have the hardest-​working bunch of baristas in Los Angeles. I work in the middle of a highly-​populated office park and nearly every morning I head over here for my morning coffee. Each time I am greeted by a throng of caffeine-​deprived hedgefund managers and PR reps and yet I leave with coffee in hand in no time flat. How is this possible?! They are just that good. The baristas seems to have worked out an efficient assembly-​line process and it is much appreciated. I swear I’ve been to way sleepier Starbucks and had to way 3x as long for my iced coffee. Good job, guys– keep it up!

Love this Starbucks since it’s across my gym. I can sneak amd grab a drink and my trainer won’t know… lol
I do like it though. Not busy and staff is eager to help.

Nope.
By far the best Starbucks experience I’ve had. Friendly staff. The drinks are the same as usual. The difference really is the service.
I was there for an interview and this put me in a good mood! Now that I got the interview, I can come here more often :)
