The people and staff are very friendly — however, making coffee and preparing orders are not their forte. I use an online order for my boss everyday, upon arrival it’s never ready. My coffee is almost always burnt, I’ve had sandwiches that are ice cold in the middle and completely disoriented. Granted it’s a high volume Starbucks being in the heart of corporate Los Angeles, but still — improvements need to be made.

Pretty standard starbucks. Entrance is tucked away off street but central between gym, offices and the mall. Amble outdoor seating. Quick and friendly service. One con, no bathroom due to smaller location.

This Starbucks is great because everyone comes and leaves quickly. It’s in a working district so lines go by fast, and ample seating for those that seek seating.

With a hectic day ahead of me I knew a cup of coffee was needed. I dreaded the typical long lines at Starbucks and bit the bullet to come to this location as it was easy. The line was short, it was clean and cashier was so friendly. It eased my day… and the coffee was made correctly, lucky me

Great, friendly service. SUPER fast and efficient. Delicious chai tea latte. Gave me a free croissant. Right next to work. I’ll be back. Often.

It’s made for grab-and-go with five or so tables up against the walls, two double doors to exit the crowd ASAP and quick baristas who are used to handling the high volume starting around 10AM and lasting until 1PM. It’s a small place that would feel cramped if I had to be there for any longer than 10 minutes but even during rush hour, the wait’s never too long which is a godsend when you do coffee runs for your boss!

The staff here are consistently friendly and always eager to make sure you get what you want. Hard to get a table during the afternoon, would shoot for another location if you need to plug in.

Located in 1999 corporate building corner of constellation and avenue of the stars. Open 5am-7pm Monday-Friday. Closed on weekends. Can get busy during lunch but staff is friendly and fast. Make really good drinks here. Parking at the mall.

Ridiculously overpriced. I was charged $ 3.45 for an iced matcha tea(no milk, just water, a ton of ice, and some matcha powder). The cost for this tea several weeks ago was $ 0.80, then it recently increased to $ 2.65(understandable for a «custom tea», I guess) and now $ 3.45, per the manager’s haphazard decision. In other words, customers are charged $ 2.65 for a venti iced water(the same price for a custom tea) AND an additional $ 0.80 for the matcha powder. Needless to say, my co-workers and I will NOT be back.

So I come to this starbucks like at least 4 times a week sometimes more! Its one of the best starbucks ive been to and Ive been to a lot! Its always the same crew which is awesome cuz they always know my drink so um yes please and aside from the manager I believe, its all guys working and everyone is nice especially the lady, shes always sweet and nice! I like that wifi is always working and that they have a nice outside patio thingy to sit and relax with a book and such but for some reason it gets too cold and I can only handle like a half hour out there chillaxing! The cons are that this place gets packed during the day with the suit and tie guys and office gals, what the hell do they do and how they all come out at the same time for coffee is a mind boggler and annoying, they come in packs and im like a lone rabbit bout to get eaten, they are annoyin and sometimes hold up lines– LAME! The also major con is they are closed weekends, well on Saturdays they are now open til 3 but cmon why not at least 5 or something but as it was explained to me they aren’t busy during the weekend so theres no reason to be open during it! So people if you want to go to starbucks during the weekend make your voice heard because the only other option is a lame version of coffee bean inside the mall! Aside from those cons, I really like this starbucks, its homey, cozy and kewl. I haven’t had a bad experience yet but im sure if I did and spoke to someone theyd rectify it, ps I know Starbucks is evil but I love it don’t judge me please so go have a coffee rawr!

Haven’t had a problem since our office moved in across the street until this morning. I ordered a coffee, bagel, and cheese & fruit plate, which apparently was soooo complicated and inconvenient for Yvette that it warranted a really miserable attitude? I asked for a small cup with a lid. She rolled her eyes and literally slammed it in front of me. What a little sh*t! I didn’t even DO anything! I’ve worked in the service industry and have friends who work in the service industry enough to know that even if I had been a problem customer and my three item, no special request ticket was too much for her, this kind of behavior is completely unacceptable! Perhaps Yvette should find a job in a basement somewhere where decent interaction on a basic human level isn’t required? File clerk at a psychiatric facility? Coroner? Cute lipstick and hair, though. I’ll give her that.

Servers are really nice. Good job! Location is great not busy, no line, and it’s clean. Free Wi-Fi. Next to Westfield mall.

The store was very small, although outside is ok to sit. We had one Latte order made really sweet. The barista was not professional, instead of him remaking it, he just added milk. Terrible, just threw it away.

Great service at this location. Because of the huge turnover, their drip coffee never tastes burned(unlike a lot of Starbucks locations)

I work around the corner, and come here for coffee frequently. They are always friendly, and often times remember my order(even if I have been gone for a month). Thumbs up.

This is my to go Starbucks when I have an itch for a latte. Efficient and never a line, but I usually go around 3pm after the probable rush?

I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for the past few days since a family member is staying at the Hyatt Century Plaza. It’s located across the street from the hotel on the ground level of the Sun America tower, on Constellation Ave. Even though the store is small, the service is friendly and the drinks are decently prepped. The outdoor seating is ample for such a small location, but it makes sense since it’s located in a corporate area. Note that they are closed on weekends, which sucks because Westfield Century City doesn’t have very good coffee places.
