Salsas Express

Salsas express is a relatively new food truck parked in front of county hospital, right underneath the pedestrian bridge.
The menu is mexican, with a fresh & healthy twist. Taste, quality of ingredients, menu options, price, service, they got it down. Most of the food i’ve ordered comes with rice, beans, chips & salsa, oh & a side of green salad w/​an amazing dressing. Once i’ve discovered the chicken flautas, that’s all i’ve been ordering. cream, green, or chipotle, i love them all. once, i brought home leftovers & now i got my husband hooked.
Everything is made to order, & quickly. But still can take 10 – 15 minutes, so call your order in. The chip & cold drink selection is pretty extensive. & they take credit card =)
Seriously, the food here is legit. Why else would i be posting their business info on Unilocal & uploading the menu?

This is by far the best Mexican Food I have had in this area. Horacio, the owner, was very attentive and polite, and cooked the best beef tacos. Make sure you request Horacio’s famous bean dip as it’s only served upon request.
