Decent phở. Nothing fancyl or great but what do you expect… it’s phở. Good place for lunch, clean, and reasonable prices.

Drove by to pick up some phở and this joint is no longer in business. The signage has been removed :-(

western blvd has really become a nice phở destination. i had a large, refreshing and inexpensive bowl of phở tai when i was nursing a pretty strong head cold. it came with all the sprouts, limes, chili’s, licorice leaves, and brown and red sauces i expect. i look forward to trying it again and the other phở destinations in the neighborhood.

NOMSG!!! It’s very rare to find a Phở joint that has«no msg», and for me that is a huge factor because I’m a health enthusiast. :D Usually, I don’t drink the soup unless they explicitly state«no msg», so I got to enjoy the sweet broth of rejuvenation today. And what better timing coming out of a 3 day flu! $ 4.99!!! I’m usually wary of a way low price like the above, but it turned out being really good! The soup, rare steak and noodles tasted great. The sprouts were also fresh. The onions were more ripe than I’m used to, but still tasted good. Summary: If you like cheap, good and no MSG, you should give this place a whirl. Namaste, DeyBwah

this place came up as a listing for delivery near my house. i felt sickly and needed phở. the customer service was fantastic. they had no idea how to get to my house, yet they made their way through the rain and through my shady hood to bring me TLC. the delivery girl was hilarious when she kept calling me to get directions. she was super young and wearing this awesome multi-colored hoodie and so i tipped her outrageous. the phở was good for so cheap, plenty of fresh ingredients and the spring rolls were good. it’s exactly the same as every phở place i’ve been to in koreatown, but they’ve got a good formula for cheap and yummy.

Korean owned phở restaurant. They have about 19 items; about 13 of those items are phở that are only $ 4.99. Who can complain about that? It’s probably why I thought my broth tasted so good. I ordered the Phở Tai and split a plate of spring rolls with my friend. An interesting thing my friend and I noticed; when the waitress brought out the food. Rather than piling the bean sprouts, basil, lime etc… on one plate as most phở joints, she had everything on separate dishes as if they were side dishes at a bbq place. Overall there wasn’t really anything special about this place, but I would come here again.

The place is clean, service is friendly. They have 19 phở and plates all for $ 4.99! Great price and the phở was decent. I got the chicken one and everything tasted fine and looked ok to me. It wasnt the best phở ever but it was good I can say that. It got the job done and I left full, satisfied, and still had $$ in my pocket. This place is in a strip mall with limited parking but we had no probs finding a spot. Oh and take cash!

At 8PM on a Tuesday night, the place was empty. The men’s room had no soap, and there was none available to replenish it, so we were offered the wash stand by the steam trays. The tables had no napkins. The health inspector’s report at the front door had a «B» instead of the«A» on most Los Angeles establishments, but I do not know what that indicates. Our«special» soups were in large bowls but had no melding of flavors; they seemed like broth with ingredients tossed in. The fish ball in my seafood soup had exceptional flavor, but the other ingredients were bland. Phở came with lime, chili pepper, raw onion rings and bean sprouts on the side, but no watercress. The spring rolls contained a substantial amount of Boston lettuce. If you are hungry, then at $ 4.95 each for a choice among 19 Phở and appetizers, the price is right.

I did have some reservation about checking out this place. But with a $ 4.99 menu, it was hard to resist. The #1 house combination phở surpassed my expectations. The #8 is the best, with both seafood and meats ! The meat, broth and noodles were all pretty tasty. Plus, they do open till 11pm, so this is also a good place for a late snack… Seriously, for the money, this place gets a five stars rating

This place is pretty tasty with excellent value! Everything is $ 5 and the portions are sizeable. AND…they have SRIRACHA and Sambal on all the tables! THEORDER: House Special Phở– 4 stars… a great combination of meatballs, assorted meats, and all the fixin’s…really damn good for $ 4.99 Shrimp Spring Rolls– 3.5 stars… pretty yummy, but nothing out of this world. THESERVICE: 3 stars… just average, but nothing to complain about… they seemed a little disjointed… they have some kinks to work out, but overall, everyone was attentive, NOTE: dont take too long to eat ur leftover phở… the noodles start to disintegrate in the broth… ick! enjoyyyyyy! xo– andrea

The combination of being at work and yesterday’s soju effectively destroyed my will to live as I threw up for the forth time this morning. Having nothing left in my body, my blood sugar levels were dangerously low, and my life was flashing before my eyes. It was then that realized what had to be done. I needed phở, and I needed it badly. Heading down Western(my least favorite street of all time), I was still about a mile away when I saw another Phở restaurant, one that I have never noticed before. I didnt want to go in without knowing a thing about it, but with death quickly approaching, I thought decided to throw caution to the wind and pulled in. I couldn’t tell you if the food was good or not, but I can tell you that I am alive and well, so it definitely did it’s job. The noodles were a little overcooked, but that could be from the hour it took me to eat(I’m being very serious about the close to death part). The wait staff was friendly, and they refilled my water at an alarming rate. They’ll also refill the noodles or soup if you want, like an all you can eat buffet. It’s a little weird to be at a phở restaurant that serves jjambong and kung pao chicken, but hey, who am I to judge. Especially when EVERYTHING on the menu is $ 5. All in all, a good spot with nice owners. A-okay in my book.

Their $ 4.99 special was enticing and I am trying to find a good local Phở place in my neighborhood. The Phở was lackluster to say the least. I have the seafood Phở when I should have stuck with the plain. The fish balls weren’t very rad and the shrimps were salty. It was quite fishy and the both wasn’t very good. Our server was nice but I am sorry this place needs some work. I should have known better since they also serve Chinese food as well =(

They are running $ 4.99 special on all their dishes. I think it’s ALL but don’t hold me to it. At least it’s on most of their menu items for their grand opening month. It’s best bargain in K-Town and Hollywood area.
