phở is on the bland side and it can be a hit or miss on freshness. my feeling is always that i wouldn’t come back, but sometimes its late and i’m like ahshii ok watever. digs are clean, theres a nice ajjuma working foh, nearby the crib, might have the chance to see a couple qt pies in the plaza.

Horrible service and rude staff. I was in the Los Angeles area and decided to stop here and it was the biggest mistake I made that day. They are extremely stingy on the amount of meat they give and the flavor was very bland. Try Thank U Phở instead, it’s much better.

2.5 stars. I wish I would’ve walked over to phở 24 but I was lazy. Really wanted phở cuz I’m battling a cold. The broth is way bland, barely any flavor. But the noodles were on point, al dente just the way I like it. I got the rare steak and brisket and I felt like the meat was generous. The rare steak tasted fresher than the brisket. Not horrible but not mmm good, it was just ok

9 bucks for a bowl of phở thats open 24⁄7 across the street from gaam? Post tax and tip 11 bucks, No complaints. Place is run by koreans, so they didn’t understand when I ordered in Vietnamese. Please is REALLY clean, services is friendly and quick.

I am very basic when it comes to my phở. I just order the rare steak phở wherever I go. This spot is a few blocks from my house and consistently decent, sometimes quite good. I feel like the flavor level of the broth and the freshness of the steak and produce varies a bit. The service is mediocre, but I honestly don’t go to phở shops for great service. Just fast. And they are fast. The phở is out within minutes. I have been here at least a dozen times and will continue to come.

I LOVE my phở with lots of bean sprouts, basil, limes, cilantro and they give plenty of onions on the side. Usually I’d have to side order all that at other phở places but over here — I don’t even gotta ask. On every bite I put the onions with siracha sauce on top of my spoon with phở. It’s so good! The broth was clean and delicious and their rare steak was yummy!

Nice place to get a quick phở for lunch. Nothing spectacular about the phở. Bright side is their phở is like $ 7 if you dine in on the weekdays. not the greatest parking but that shopping mall is always packed. quick food/service. not many people inside the restaurant. the establishment is super clean though.

I will be back and will edit this review after more visits. First impression: Likes: The place is very clean. Health dept rating is A. The décor is sleek and modern. The service is friendly. Lunch specials(on the wall) are priced well. Veggies segregated on separate dishes. Dislikes: Insufficient greens included with phở. Lots of noodles, not so much meat. Overall: This is very basic phở. No frills. I felt there could be more greens included green onions, basil, and other leafy greens. The broth was good.

Came here after some recommendations from an acquaintance. I generally rate Phở Restaurants based on their quality of Phở, so here goes: The Phở: BLAND. Not very tasty and I expected much better than what I got, based on recommendations. I had to put a copious amount of pepper, Sriracha and fish sauce to enrich it a bit, but even all the spices and seasoning won’t help a soup that started off bland to begin with. Girlfriend had a vermicelli and it wasn’t that great either. Service: I usually do not complain about service at an Asian restaurant as itt is not great to begin with — but service is pretty slow here. There was not a whole lot of people in the restaurant when we got there and this is Phở after all — the stuff is usually ready to be served with some small prep. It took them 10 minutes to get our orders and another 15 – 20 to bring out the Phở. Most other places usually have the order and food process down in 10 minutes. Décor: It’s a small place. Not a lot of room to move about but it’s doable. Summary: Not coming back here again due to the sub-par food and slow service time.

It’s like any other restaurant in the area, about 10 – 15 tables. Staff was friendly, not really spoke and understood English very well. This is a Korean run the shop. Food is OK but the price is a little high for the average PHO $ 9.95. I’m not impressed and I could care less to come back… unless I’m REALLY desperate.

I was super hungover from a night out of drinking with my friends. Came here with my roommate and another friend, and it was quite empty. At first it was really empty and I was a bit concerned, but the phở was pretty decent. Broth wasn’t too over done with the MSG. The server was also super nice. Check it out! ENJOY! PS: You do need to valet, but if you can find street parking the better.

My usual phở place was closed so I had to resort to another place. The location is pretty convenient it’s across the street from chapman plaza, in the strip mall with café bleu, paris baguette, etc. The prices are reasonable, and the phở was good but had a distinct spice that was different. In a pinch, it’ll do. Parking is annoying because that area is generally crazy, and you have to valet for $ 2.

Quick service and very clean! I think it’s actually the cleanest phở place I’ve ever been to! Price is reasonable and phở is alright. Will come back!

This place is really good. I eat phở about three times a week and it definitely satisfies. The broth is flavorful and the meat is very tender and delicious.

I wanted to try this new place because looking at the picrures it looked like they gave a lot of meat. But that was just the pictures. highly disappointed. And the broth… To say the broth was bland would an understatement. I would much rather go home and eat top ramen. Their food is so bad that they are making their employees write negative reviews about the competitors.

I believe this place used to be different Phở restaurant. This was my first time trying Phở after the name changed to Phở Hanoi. I’m not sure if it’s under different owner but I enjoyed the Phở here. The broth was steaming hot when I ordered to go. There was no need to reboil the broth when I got home. The broth tasted cleaned and I didn’t taste lot of the MSG they usually put. All the garnishes and meat was pretty fresh and it’s something that you expect when you order Phở from anywhere else. One mistake I made was putting the raw meat after everything has been poured in the bowl. Make sure you put the raw meat on top of everything and pour hot broth over it otherwise your meat will stay raw.

I ordered their vermicelli with tofu and it was terrible. Tiny, shriveling pieces of tofu on top of a lifeless bowl of vermicelli, atop a couple bean sprouts. I was so sad to see it and so sad to eat it. Do not order vermicelli here. My lunch partner seemed to enjoy her phở and said it was«very clean tasting» but I think it may have been code word for bland.

late night, after a long evening of dancing me and the girls found our way to Phở. I never knew a 24hr Phở place existed until now. Service was friendly and food came out quickly, which is good cuz we were starving. Broth was good but there wasn’t enough meat.

Not much was to be expected from a 24hr phở place, especially if it’s located in KTown. — Broth was bland. Looked very healthy with almost no oil, but it’s just not phở — Noodles didn’t feel like it was fully cooked yet — Did not provide enough meat — Way overpriced for phở, let alone crappy phở If it’s late and you’re drunk and really want phở come here. If not, I would not recommend coming to this place

Bottom Line: Relatively high priced Phở with very little meat in it with broth that has very little flavor — and concrete benches? I walked in here and ordered without even realizing that this place had changed hands. I had been to this location a bunch of times before and it was mediocre at best before changing hands. For the record, my wife is Vietnamese, I have been all over Vietnam and I have had Phở in very, very many places. Im certainly no Phở expert but point being is that I’ve had Phở for breakfast in Hanoi so I know a thing or two about how a bowl should taste. Im not sure how they prepare their Phở but it has very little flavor. My bowl only had about 5 pieces of meat in it. I also ordered a drink which turned out to be almost as much as the Phở. All in all, very underwhelming… and who thought concrete benches would be a good idea? That’s the most Vietnamese thing about this place
