What’s the point on ordering online if wen I get here I still have to wait 15 minutes for someone to ask my name and 15 minutes to get my food ready and literally make sure you write fork on instructions when you order online because they will not give you one and use that against you

I ate here because we don’t have Panda Express in NYC. Since I am a curious eater, I was encouraged to try this«orange chicken» craving that west coast people sometimes experience. I wikied«orange chicken» and it is an «American Chinese dish…». I just stopped reading after that. When someone says its«American Chinese», its an American dish. It’s as american as fortune cookie. Spoiler alert: Fortune cookies aren’t Chinese. Back to the orange chicken, it’s like general tso chicken with orange zest(Also spoiler alert: there was never a General Tso in Chinese history. But it does sound authentic right when people say that they want General Tso chicken? lol). The chicken is meh, nothing to go crazy about. You are experiencing cheap«chinese» food. The restaurant was clean and the staff sounded nice. There are better food out there.

I don’t understand why this place has so many reviews. Much better than other Panda locations. Food is fresh and there usually aren’t any long lines.

How is the food NOT fresh at 10:30am? Greasy and some items were cold and obviously stale.

Why the low reviews? This franchise is just like any other. I always come here and there’s plenty of free parking.

How can I give a fast food restaurant more than three stars? The majority of the food is good, but the meat is mediocre. It was inedible to a texture connoisseur. The chow mein is good as always. The staff is OK. I have seen reviews saying they are impudent, though.

I wish I could give this place no stars it’s has the worst customer service ever I ask Adrianna how long the food been sitting out and she said she didn’t know since she just got here at 4 which im writing this review at 4:19 after walking out since she was rude and the manager not manager was on duty was taking a break said she would talk to them after me complaining I would not recommend no one going to this location racist and rude and the food is not fresh And the management is not precessional and the people they hire shows that this place is not clean and should be close.

I knew better. I expected very little. Somehow they were able to fall short of my almost nonexistent expectations. Why. Did. I. Eat. Here. Tossed out more than half my food, hopefully I won’t be tossing up the rest later.

What can I say about Panda Express that hasn’t already been said? Not much. I first encountered this restaurant while in college at UCSD. It was love at first sight. I then went on to order endless double orange chicken meals. Eating there almost daily. I’ve expanded my taste in food quite a bit since these humble beginnings, but no matter how much I try I can’t get away from PE. This PE location has become my home base for when I need a quick meal. The lines aren’t too long and the options are generally fresh(especially during meal hours). The parking can be a pain to navigate, but it is free and never at capacity. The staff is courteous and the place is always clean.

This review is specifically about Karina who needs to go through customer service training. Since I had a «large» online order the earliest the website said the food would be ready would be 45 minutes which was fine. When I got to Panda I was 15 minutes early so I expected to wait. However, I didn’t expect Karina to tell me that I «need to put in the correct time next time.» I told her I didn’t choose the time but that I wanted it to be ready as soon as possible. She repeated, «next time you need to put in the right time.» Rude.

As far as they go, this is an okay Panda Express. The food isn’t Chinese so much as it is fast-food Chinese American food. I personally do not find the food to be healthy(a lot of oil, carbs, and sugars). But sometimes one is in the mood for not super healthy food! I like how they offer samples for patrons to try with options such as Orange Chicken, Kung Pao Chicken, Mushroom Chicken, Lo Mein, Fried rice. Here’s a fun tip… The kids meal is a small entrée and a rice/lo mein plus a small drink and cookie. All for $ 5.20 plus tax. You can find parking in the structure behind the Panda Express btw.

Came on a Sunday at 1130 and there was no wait and no crowd to order, all the food looked fresh! I ordered a orange chicken bowl with chow mein. I got 2 large scoops of orange chicken and there was more chicken than chow mein, which would have been great if the orange chicken was fried a little bit more to be crispier. I had more than enough food that I had leftovers for the next day. My tip is to come before noon to beat the lunch time crowd, because it’s less crowded I think that’s why I got more food than a normal orange chicken bowl. Not a bad lunch for around $ 6.50 if you’re in a hurry or you have an orange chicken craving like I had that day.

There are many unhealthy options here, so I try to stick to what’s best, steamed veggies & grilled chicken. Haven’t let me down yet.

I rarely write reviews unless it’s an amazing restaurant, especially for fast food. But this Panda Express was so bad I couldn’t let anyone else go there without knowing. Portions: Extremely small compared with every other panda I had been to. I paid the extra buck or so to get shrimp, and they have all of 4 shrimps and they were half pieces and generally crappy quality. Quality: AWFUL! It was clear everything had been siting on the steam tables for hours, and this was at 12:30 on a week day. Nothing was crispy like fried food should be. The orange chicken was complete mush and so was the shrimp. The shrimp had been on the steam tables for so long that they were disintegrating and the batter was falling off as the server was spoon out the measly 4 pieces i got. The chow mein was stale and hard on the pieces that had been in direct contact with the tray. I would never go back there. And to the people complaining about parking – that was the easiest and best part of my experience. And for LA street parking, that’s saying a lot! If you still go there after reading this, you know the risks…

Got here 45 minutes before they close and everything was pretty much gone and they refused to make anything fresh. The employees are all so rude! Walked out without getting anything. No one wonder the place was empty.

I go here with co workers to grab a quick bite for lunch sometimes. I order the rice, vegetables and teriyaki chicken(I skip the teriyaki sauce to cut down on the sugar and calories and add chili sauce). The line goes quickly and they usually give me enough food for two lunches for $ 6.59 plus tax, which I think’s a good deal. That being said, I was disappointed last week when I went in for the free Honey Sesame Chicken entrée. I’d told several people in the office about the deal and when we received our free dish, the portion was tiny. I think they should have called it a taste of Honey Sesame Chicken instead of an entrée. I’ll go back occasionally with co workers but I won’t buy into the free entrée and I won’t tell friends about it next time.

I’ve gone here several times for lunch during the workday. The best part about it is it’s a decent lunch and service is fast and friendly. It’s got what all Panda Express locations have — rice, noodles, vegetables, dishes with chicken, beef and shrimp plus a tofu option. They’ll offer you samples when you walk up and usually up sell you to a shrimp dish. That’s fine. The food is good to OK. Not the healthiest option. But it’s filling and cheap. Tables go quickly so take out is best.
