Well i ordered, when the food came it was incomplete, i called back but no answer, and it says they close at 10. Usually for close to 30 $ the orders come with like packs of soy sauce hot sauce, and well nothing just the food and forks and like 2 napkins thats all, so not ordering from here again.

We’ve been both coming to, and having food delivered from, Lin’s for years. We’ve never had a bad meal, and they are more than willing to work with us on our sometimes«designer meals.» Henry is a great guy, and remembers things way better than I ever could! Give them a try! You won’t be disappointed!

I’m not sure why all the negative reviews here. I’ve only been here once but if come back. 3 ingredient entrée was great and came with fried rice and egg drop soup. All were tasty.

Fresh, hot and tasty. I selected the snow peas w/scallops lunch special. Highly recommend it. My wife got the beef w/broc and was slightly less happy. Beef too soft for her tastes. The soups and egg rolls were really good.

We have only ordered delivery, so keep that in mind. We had chicken with green beans, chow mein and house special rice. All had decent flavor and large portions. The delivery was timely and food hot. All in all not bad for delivery.

Ever since i was little, my dad used to take me here whenever we craved for chinese food! We would always start off with the hot and spicy or egg drop soup. On the cold days, the noodle soups the best. A lot of Chinese food restaurants overpile their dishes with salt and seasoning — yuck. Right here, the amount of seasoning and salt is just right. I always crave their salt and pepper squid, Walnut shrimp and Lemon chicken along with their Thai tea! This restaurant serves PLENTY and is well with the price. The service is great as well, along with the fresh quality of food. Hers a plus, Henry the waiter is very nice and friendly! He taught me how to say thank you in chinese. You lesrn something new everyday!

Delicious food, excellent service and moderately priced! I love dining in because they serve you hot tea and crunchy noodles while you wait and some oranges once you’re done. Delivery is always fast and friendly.

I was sadly disappointed by Lin’s Chinese Cuisine. I had it delivered via GrubHub. The chicken and broccoli had an ok taste to it, but the chicken they use is over processed, and just tastes fake. I didn’t eat the ‘meat’. I also got fried wontons, thinking they’d be like other Chinese restaurant’s. No. They didn’t have much filling at all and what WAS in there was dry and tasteless, thank god for the sweet and sour sauce. Maybe I was expecting something different from the fried rice, but it was overly fried, dark, and not flavorful. So sad I used up my cheat meal on this place. I won’t make that mistake again.

I came here looking for some Orange Chicken for lunch and they directed me to some sweet and sour spicy chicken on the menu instead, fine, I settled for that with some fried rice. When I opened up my tray, I was a little hesitant cause I saw what looked to be some old thin carrot slices in between the chicken and once I tried the chicken, there was something a little weird about it(!?!) Re-fried? Old? I don’t know, maybe it was just fried in some old nasty grease! The fried rice just had egg, wheres the carrots and pea’s like other places? oh well. The worst part came after, I got about half way through my lunch and just had to throw the rest out. A few hours later, my stomach started feeling funky, I had that weird uneasy feeling at the top of my stomach. I eventually made it home later and headed straight to bed! I didn’t want to have dinner or anything. I had the runs and at about 8 pm I got that funny feeling and ran to the sink and just let out all that funkyness! Either they have some funky recycled chicken or the cook didn’t wash his hands right! Ewwww for 2 days I was sick! It took about 3.5 days for me to feel normal again. So beware of that funky funky chicken at this place. Im never going back.

I have been ordering takeout from here for over 10 years. The staff is fantastic and very polite. English is strong, but not fluent. I was surprised to see bad reviews. I don’t remember ever getting a wrong order and the food is always cooked well and tastes great. I typically only write bad reviews, so when I saw that I hadn’t written a review for my favorite take out restaurant, I had to take the opportunity for a 5 star review. My favorite is the sesame beef, which doesn’t sound sweet, but it is and tastes delicious. I have had probably 75 percent of their menu in the last 10+ years and I loved 90 percent and would order it again. The items under«House Specials» are your best bet. I don’t put up with late delivery and will drop a restaurant for lying about delivery times no matter how good the food is. I can only remember a late delivery from Lin’s once, and the driver apologized profusely and explained that it was from traffic from a special event in town. There are many Chinese restaurants in West LA, and everyone has different tastes. In my opinion, Lin’s makes the best Chinese food, that costs less than $ 75 per person.

This is the hardest negative review I have ever had to write because the staff was so friendly to us but alas the food is an insult to anyone who loves food and a greater insult to lovers of «American-Chinese» food. Yes, I know, most Chinese restaurants are awful in Los Angeles but this one is probably one of the worse. Hard to digest oily egg rolls. The Chinese Plum sauce tasted like toxic chemicals. The Sweet and Sour sauce had too much vinegar and lastly the so called«Chinese chiken salad» was ultra sweet because it came drenched on a disgusting syrup composed of mostly sugar. I am sorry for the nice owners but honestly, they get zero stars for being too lazy to fire the cook and buy a good cook book or at least do research by going to other Chinese restaurants. To make matters worse their food is incredibly expensive! Lin’s Cuisine gets a zero in all aspects of culinary skills, avoid at all cost.

I have an office just down the street from this place and I find the food to be good every time I go. I have yet to be disappointed by what they serve. If you have a larger group of people you are eating with they will let you sit at one of the big tables in the back that will provide some privacy. Their chicken noodle soup is amazing on a cold day.

Very disappointed. I was craving Chinese food so I decided to order from this place in hopes of it being somewhat delectable. They told me they would arrive in 40 minutes. They arrived over 30 minutes late. The food came and tasted disgusting. Very bland, no flavor, and they hung up on my co worker when she tried to call them asking for brown sauce! Very rude. DONOTORDERHERE!!! ONESTAR!!!

My favorite take out food on the west side, tasty and plentiful. Been eating here for a while. Known Henry, the kind manager of Lin’s, for almost 20 years.

The best wonton soup in the Los Angeles area if not the best in California. All fresh ingredients making this stand above the rest.

The employees make this place 5 star. You’re immediately greeted, brought a drink and fried noodles. The service is fast and the food is tasty. Clean restaurant and great prices. Five dollars and you ll be stuffed. My favorite Chinese place on the West side

I give it four star because the only downside is parking, they don’t have their own parking lot but there is street parking with meters which sometimes get filled up. If i don’t have my pocket change, I usually park in the back alley or go inside to ask for change for the meters. The manager there is very friendly.
