Seriously KFC, can you atleast have customer service be as good as your food. I ordered two drums and mashed potatoes, they gave me the $ 5 fill up and then when I said I didn’t order the cookie or the bread they just snatched the cookie from me and asked if I wanted any sauce. I didn’t and she left. I look at my reciept and saw she charged me for the cookie and bread. I just would like to have been told what I would get but I had no idea.

Great location. Nice and friendly service and staff. Other locations are either closed or lack both. The fill up combos are a great choice. My favorite is the chicken strips. The biscuits are always tasty, I always get extra!

Sometimes you want the reliable taste of Roscoe’s Chicken & Waffles. Other times you indulge with Craig’s Meldman Honey Truffle chicken. And then there are times you want no frills Kentucky Fried Chicken. Yes, I know our tastes vary-and expand-as we get older, but I really can’t be disappointed here. This time around, I get the $ 5 fill up with the bowl, cookie and drink. I even ‘splurged’ and went with an additional side of cole slaw. Meal was right around the $ 7. You probably figured out I’m a potato-monster(in addition to a cookie one) so their potatoes are a longtime favorite of mine. Minus the truffle or olive oil, wasabi, or any other unnecessary ingredient, they’re just pure GOODNESS with gravy. And yes, even that cookie was good. As for their location, I hear the people complaining about the drive-thru, so I parked and went inside. Order and pick up downstairs, then the seating is upstairs. As for the service, very pleasant here, I had a nice female cashier and then a man-possibly manager-came out to greet me as he joked around with her good-naturedly. The only thing missing from my bag was their famous spork(unless they use real forks now; it’s been a while) and napkins, but I was heading home so no big deal. I normally don’t travel ‘east’ on Sunset and beyond, but now I have a reason to venture out over this way onto Western, where I know I’ll leave satisfied.

This location isn’t great and there is hobos and it’s super empty in there and the workers and not nice but the go cup was pretty good but it’s only gonna get three stars because of the service and the condition of the whole building so yeah it’s not the worst but not the best

Such an AWKWARDDRIVETHRUWINDOW… The window where you are suppose to pay/get your food is weird. You would have to drive FORWARDSTHEN drive BACKWARDS(there is a sign that tells you this and you actually have to do it). If you just drive forward, your window will not be close enough to the window. I drive an SUV and I found that there wasn’t enough space for me to back up to properly align myself with the window and not hit the wall behind me. If you have big SUV or a truck, just be safe and don’t hit the wall. Exiting was just as awkward. You have your own exit lane but there’s another exit lane right besides yours. Just be safe if there’s a car exiting like you. Another driver tried to make a left the same time as me and almost hit me.

the employees don’t understand or speak english well and the bathroom is filthy with buggers all over the urinal wall. they don’!t know the meaning of customer service and how is this kfc more expensive than all the others! the pics include drinks with the meals but they charge 1 extra. isn’t this illegal since the pics with prices include the drink?

I ordered a large portion of meal for the company lunch. When I came back, my order was missing 2 pieces of chicken, 6 biscuits, no condiments whatsoever. I called after 10 mins and the person who picked up the phone was giving me an attitude saying that she is the one that handled my order and she said I was lying. After like 10mins phone call, that woman just tells me to come back and they’ll give me the rest of my order and took my name down. When I went after the work ended, Nobody was aware of my situation and the manager had to come in. No apology, still no condiments and napkins when I went to pick it up for the second time. Very disappointing for a big franchise company.

This KFC seems to always be out of what I want. Came here a few weeks ago for a doublicious sandwich. Didn’t have it. Came here tonight for the new loaded bowl. Didn’t have it. I don’t blame this KFC for not being prepared, I blame corporate. They obviously don’t know what KFC’s popular items are. There’s no other KFC close by, so we went somewhere else. Step your game up KFC!

Order the kfc original chkn sandwich and it was nasty. Real nasty taste like shit. Like that crap you get at 7 – 11. Like two days old. Nothing like the original kfc. No juice. Dry hard garbage. Don’t get it.

On the way to Cinespia we needed some snacks! Fried chicken and mac n’ cheese was the best choice. The location had dedicated parking and there was no one in line inside. The cashier seemed to be busy — not sure with what. But she eventually took our order and boxed it up. The chicken was good, moist, and crunchy. The mac n cheese seemed to be a different recipe and tasted a little weird. If you need a quick bucket of chicken, stop on by. If you want the best quality, this might not be the best option. The chicken strips are actually pretty good though. Don’t forget to ask for extra sauce because they give you enough. Guess fast food restaurants are starting to skimp on the free sauces.

Count your change and your chicken pieces. Especially when in buckets of 10 or more. There is a dark hair full sized latina cashier with sticky fingers that will take a dollar from your change and a piece or more away from your order. She just doesn’t care if you notice it or not and won’t apologize. The chicken is fine. Like any KFC

Standard KFC fare. What this place has going for it is the large dining area on the second floor. The soda is a bit syrupy at times. Upon walking in, you’ll notice Colonel Sanders on the bench. He looks a bit creepy.

wOw! It really makes a difference where you get your chicken! It’s KFC, the FRANCHISE! So why is it my mouth waters for this locations KFC, and hesitate at the thought of the other KFC’s by my house(Alhambra)… This is one of the original KFC’s — and they really live up to the name! I gave it 5 stars when comparing it strictly to other KFC’s. This is hands down the best KFC joint I’ve ever seen, tasted, and enjoyed! Staff was wonderful and patient, food was freshly prepared, place was neat and cute!

The space is awesome — run down — but awesome. Oh yeah the food is OK also… its KFC what did you expect. have to rate it fairly high, after all, it is a good fast food place. the food taste like fast food, but again. what did you expect. it IS a fast chicken food place with a secret recipe. Who cares when you are hungry, its cheap, fast and plenty. KFC will never win a gourmet food contest, but that is not why anyone goes here anyway. Staffs friendly and willing, but always changing. but again, what did you expect. :-) I will be back when I get hungry.

It’s ridiculous that I’m even taking time to review a KFC, but like many others before me, this is a neat place. The food is KFC food… nothing amazing. It’s fat food, it’s fried chicken with mashed potatoes. HOWEVER, the building is a two story building with stairs and an elevator. The seating at the top is normal, but then there’s the balcony so you can just look out and enjoy the city life. It’s a nice little escape if you’re ever near hollywood or driving down Western Ave and can’t choose a place to eat.
