I absolutely love this place. Fresh yummy food. The staff is so friendly and nice. They are so patient with us when we order and ask so many questions.
Two thumbs up I would highly recommend their food, their great service, and an always enjoyable experience.

I dont mind paying extra when I ask for avocado or extra chicken, but to pay .25 cents for a container fee when wanting the veggies on the side is absurd. To top it off they charged me $ 1.50 for extra veggies when I only asked for them on the side, since what I was ordering already contained veggies. Not happy with this Waba.

Didnt made a mistake when I went here. Waba did great on their food, totally authentic and they have their own style. the chicken was good, it seems a little overcook (take note, i am a chef) but that’s okay, there’s no such thing as perfect cooked food if you are in a fast food.
They also maintained a great deal of cleanliness. I like this part because as a chef, I do recognize clean place and I would love to come in that kind of place

This location was very clean & organized! The staff was friendly & the food was prepared quickly & well cooked! The food itself was good, overpriced but good. It’s a rich mans Yoshinoya… The teriyaki sauce is delicious, Enjoy!

It’s fine. Just fine. I’ve had better at other locations.
I got a Chicken Bowl w/​brown rice… alot of brown rice.
Stingy about the sauces, but I’m sure people have abused the self-​serve system.
I would say it’s on the lower end of the average chain restaurant.
Could have been a bad night as well. I would be open to giving it another try in the future.

I have probably been to this location around 10 times and let me say. The food is always fresh. The half and half bowl is perfect if you’re a chicken and steak combo lover. The building is always clean and there’s always a place to sit. I really appreciate how friendly the employees are! Highly recommend, especially if you don’t want to be heavily weighed down.

Great service with a smile. The cashier recommended the modifications of what I always get. Chicken Steak combo with brown rice and avocado with teriyaki sauce on the side. Will come again after my Griffith Park hike.

I ate my boyfriend’s side salad that came with his teriyaki plate, it gave me some pretty decent FOOD POISONING. On a scale of 1 to 5. 1 being an unpleasant poop and 5 being accidentally drinking water in the Philippines, this would be a solid 3. My boyfriend also got food poising. He had a couple bites of salad but it could have also been from teriyaki plate. DO NOT EAT here. And yes I’m writing this review at 430 am because I’ve been up all night with horrible food poisoning.

I came in for a chicken and veggie bowl today. Michelle was my cashier today she was of very much help and sweet. I liked her customer service skills she noticed me as we entered the restaurant and greeted me out as we left. Very professional and courteous.

In addition to the healthy (and cheap) food, this particular location is extremely clean, has a gigantic plasma on the wall, huge parking lot in the back –which almost warrants an automatic 5 star rating because LA parking blows ass!!- and the employees are so sweet! It almost doesn’t feel like a chain store, feels like a mom and pop shop.

This is one of my favorite places to grab a quick bite. Everything is very well made with no fat, oil, and anything extra added. The flavors are solid and the teriyaki sauce is very well made.
It also doesn’t hurt that they have marinated carrots for free. The service is consistent across all the chains.
