I wish I could give this place one star. They always screw my order which is very simple. Last time I went(given it was 10 minutes til they close but I didn’t know that) my boyfriend and I were greeted by this mean girl working the front I put in my order that I preserved To go when I walk back to my house I eat all my food until I get to the dessert Apple empanada that I took bite out of and pulled a long black hair out of my mouth looked down out at my Dessert and the hair was wrapped around it purposely. Asked for a Boss wrap with Steak and Potato. Asked cashier if there is bacon in it or not. She said no bacon in it. I take my first Bute and thus wrap is loaded with bacon. I don’t eat bacon for religious reasons. Now waiting for my wrap. Just got a replace fully loaded steak Boss wrap. Tastes good. Staff nerds to be trained properly. Hope no one else will have to go through the distasteful mix up as I did. On top of that I’m late for work.

worst t-bell ever… and i’ve been to some real ghetto bells before. got a crunch wrap supreme here, and it was missing any meat; what i got instead was a mouthful of watery lettuce.

Constantly redefining my concept of «this is my slowest service experience». Understaffed yes, but that’s not all of it… No sense of urgency, workflow, or like they know what they are doing. Someone please step in.

This place is totally unhealthy. There are 100 other places in the area you could eat for Mexican food that are similar priced and aren’t nearly as processed. Taco Bell in general is a pass for me.

Best taco bell ever. As a franchise they are doing terrific. Ten times in drive thru. Always fast chipper and quality taco bell. Clean parking lot. No long lines that I have seen. Good cheap hang over food.

First off this is listed on the wrong side of the road on Unilocal Map. Second, I come here rarely for a snack or lunch. This place takes the cake for slowest taco bell restaurant in the chain. I once had an experience with a TB in Orlando, Fl that was as slow but they ended up giving us the food for free. I don’t know what they are doing back there. The food is normal. That cant be changed, just work on multi tasking ppl. I’ll probably be back.

Torn between two and three stars. They have a new policy for card purchases over $ 25 that you must show ID. That’s fine, and they have a sign on the counter about it. But they wanted us to write the drivers license number on the receipt. To me that isn’t necessary… you already can see that the pic and name of ID match. We declined to write down the number. Understand they have had fraud before, but not looking for a Saturday night taco run to increase identity theft risk. Seems a weird policy for a place that let’s you order by app and then just pick up. And the sign says nothing about writing down license # on receipt. Seems they don’t understand their own policy. Then again, this location has a sign about reviewing your server and maybe winning a prize… and it spells ‘minutes’ wrong…‘minuets’. Food okay. Interesting characters.

I like the workers a lot but they usually mess up my order or the freeze machine is broken or the cheese in my burrito is really weird… I prefer the vine st one better.

Just had the worst experience ever. First of all, waited in line FOREVER(45 mins total, which they said was because someone ordered $ 60 worth of food). When it was our turn to order they said they only served the black bean burrito til 11pm. Bogus, but whatever. Ordered my usual 7 layer, no cheese no sour cream. So, after our 45 minute wait, we got our food. No hot sauce like we asked, just mild. And when I got home to eat my burrito I noticed there was barely any rice and NO guacamole. Worst tbell burrito I’ve ever eaten. Don’t let people order $ 60 worth of food when it’s going to ruin the night of so, so many people. Especially people who were doing the responsible thing and paying for a ride which was only going to be $ 10 and turned into $ 50 because we had to wait FOURTYFIVEGODDAMNMINUTES. Thanks for nothing, taco bell.

I can’t give zero stars? I dont expect much from a taco bell just get my order RIGHT. I’ve been here FAR too many times. EVERY time they have managed to get my order wrong. This isn’t rocket science.

It’s taco bell, so don’t expect anything gourmet. However. there have been times when my fridge has been empty and I have had some quarters laying around and Taco Bell has hit the spot. As a vegan they have the most options for a fast food chain and they are open late. I like the black bean burrito or the bean burrito with tomato. Yeah. not exactly ideal, but it won’t kill me. My favourite thing about this place though are the ladies working here. They are so unbelievably kind. Some of them have worked here for over 2+ years. I respect that! Try asking how their day was. it’s crazy how much better you can make someone feel.

When you need a Taco Bell fix, you gotta get it. My issues with this place is that it’s always a little slow in the drive thru and the parking situation brings out the demon road rager in me. Other than that, it’s OK, but I’ve been to better. This is just closer.

I’m rating this in comparison to other taco bells; not actual restaurants. They need to have a separate Unilocal for fast food spots. That way we could just compare and find the lesser of two evils. The service is good at this one, and the food tastes relatively decent even when you are sober. So that’s a definite plus. I recommend the $ 5 buck box-it’s cheap and easy, just like …(fill in the blank).

Hungry? Tired of the other fast foods… you know bobble head and golden arch? Sometimes I get tired of that, even the red head can’t give me a fix. So I hit up the drive-thru and get that 7-layer burrito topped with a grip of FIRE sauce. It’s cheap $ 1.99 — one hundred ninety nine pennies. I know ya’ll can find pennies laying somewhere.
