The food is still good but they took out the ginger dispenser, and when you ask for ginger they only gave us two small containers for two large size combo beef bowls. We ain’t going here anymore.

Parking is a nightmare during day time. Inattentive front desk. Loud music playing all the time. Angus beef tasted like dried beef dipped in lots of teriyaki & msg. Spicy Asian wings were one of the worst I’ve ever had. I can’t imagine how long those wings have been sitting in the freezer! Their veggies are jokes. Tasteless itself, but u’ll taste the msg for sure. Still can’t eat? Put some of their teriyaki sauce over. No wonder they’ve been throwing around coupons! If only they’d put that effort on making the food quality better. Their motto should be ‘Yoshinoya — Where MSG& teriyaki sauce meet in harmony!’ I’ll avoid this location & probably avoid the whole chain

I’ve been to many Yoshinoya’s and I have to say this is the worst one I’ve been to. First off there are employees who don’t care about their customers. They are rude and seem to never smile. Second off, the food was not what I expected. I only ate once that day and ordered a combo bowl with orange and teriyaki chicken. I received my food and what I got was 4 pieces of orange chicken and chopped teriyaki chicken with mostly skin. I am disappointed and how they deceive us with the images displayed as propaganda with the great amount of proportion, and when it comes to the receiving your order it is nothing but chunks. I will never come back here.

Employees are very unprofessional. They were talking about their personal life while helping people at the register. They were also yelling and playing around like there were no customers. If they paid more attention and focused their time on getting the orders right, they wouldnt mix or mess up people’s orders like what happened to me and the other customer.

It was late one night and I was hungry, and since I live nearby I thought I’d give this location a try. The staff was polite, but my meal was prepared before I had time to put my wallet away, and the food clearly had been sitting there awhile. I’m a firm believer of you get what you pay for, but given the price I was hoping this place would be just a tad bit better then«meh.» I won’t be back.

Very rude staff, the female employee who worked in new years eve around 10 pm(12/31/2014)is just rude, zero customer service, and works with nasty attitude. I wonder if Yoshinoya does any evaluations on their employees. This kind of employee should never be working there or maybe even nowhere. Never going go go back to this location again. What a horrible way to start a new year. 2015 Such a horrible experience. :(

Everytime I go to this place, I’ll be waiting in line for about 10 minutes even when theres only one person in front of me. The food is alright, but a little stingy on the meat.

Not bad but not great either. Stingy on the meat but for the price you can’t expect much. Clean interior(post-crash) but sketchy parking.

It’s beef bowl. What else can you say about that they weigh your food before they give it to you. So you don’t get to much meat. Boo to that new system or old system they have. Before when I was in HS they did not have that but then HS was a long time ago. LOL. This Yoshinoya is close by to the house which is a plus when the husband craves it. Every time I come here the cashier is friendly and service is fast. So I go in and out and gone. Parking maybe a little hard cause the private lot shares with many other stores. You can try to find street parking. Good luck. Calm chowder is good and bad. Sometimes the calm chowder has meat and thick and some days it’s watery and nothing in it but potato. I hate that.

Walk-in location. I got one of the bowls. It was quite a large portion for the price. The chicken tasted fine, but was a bit chewy. I would have hoped it had some more taste. The rice was wonderful. Parking wasn’t horrible.

This Yoshinoya just happened to be on my way home to lovely Downey. It is not much unlike other Yoshinoya’s. I love Yoshinoya food. It’s just the right price and tasty enough if you are on a budget. It is what it is. This one has good service. The only reason I don’t like it enough to give it four stars is because the Subway next door overpowers it with their sometimes gross smell. I am not kidding about this. Parking is kind of a problem here since the place is located at a fairly busy intersection. It is a mid sized lot and I found parking easily but there really were few spots left.
