The first thing I ever brought here was my wedding dress. I was worried it was going to be destroyed before the wedding but it looked better after I picked it up! Been coming here ever since. The lady is always friendly and she lets me pick up as I need my clothes. I love that!

I’ve been coming here for a few years and This place is great! I come here weekly and they always have my clothes ready. My uniforms are always pressed and clean. Katie and her staff are very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this place.

I refuse to take my clothes anywhere else. I have been taking my clothes to _​_​Ever since I began working at Las Casas Realty in 2011 which is across the street from the cleaners. The turnaround for clothes is astoundingly short and my clothes are always done flawlessly. The clothes that I get altered come out perfectly symmetrical and fit me like a glove.

I’ve been going to this place for a few months now and I am very pleased with the service they provide. The price is typical of nearby cleaners and I’ve never experienced a problem with the cleaning of my clothes. The owner greets you by first name and always has the clothes ready by the next day. It’s nice to have the personal experience with a business instead of being treated like a number.

WARNING!!! This place completely destroyed an $ 800 tuxedo jacket and took absolutely no responsibility.
I took a tuxedo jacket to this place to get dry cleaned. I informed the owner that this is a rented jacket from a costume rental place that needs special care. I asked her numerous times whether or not she is experienced with pieces like this to which she responded that she is.
About two hours later I received a phone call from the owner telling me in a very nonchalant matter that my jacket fell apart during the dry cleaning process. I immediately drove to the dry cleaners to inspect the jacket. Upon arrival I found the inside lining of the jacket completely torn apart, ripped in multiple places, and frayed throughout. In addition, the velvet material on the buttons (which should have been covered prior to dry cleaning the jacket) was peeled off. The owner was extremely rude and basically told me there is nothing she can do. This seems to be an extremely inexperienced dry cleaning place with horribly customer service. Please be warned.

In the 4 years I’ve been going here Katie the owner has been a sweetheart and I’ve never had any problems with the dry cleaning or sewing done to my clothes. They’ll usually have your dry cleaning done in a couple of days but same day service if needed.
The place is solid.

it’s conveniently located and they have same day service. they also work with you if you need something cleaned in a rush. the alterations are par for the course, but by no means exceptional. their attention to detail on cleaning is regrettably subpar, thus the 3 star rating. for friendliness and speed i give them 4 stars, but for quality Highland Park Cleaners is stuck at a 3. still not a bad choice if it’s local for you and all you need cleaned is a few white shirts.
