I brought in a sofa cover with stains to dry clean. It was returned to me in a plastic bag, so I didn’t inspect the cover in the shop. Back home, I realized that the stains were still there, maybe a bit lighter than before the dry cleaning. Perhaps not every stain can be removed, but at at least the shop should be honest about it, rather than simply taking the money and pretending they did the job.

Dropped off two infant dresses to be cleaned. Picked up two cleaned infant dresses. No issue. No stains. No smells. All is right in the world of infant dresses.

If you like to gamble, take your clothes here. The prices are fairly cheap, used to be cheaper and thus worth the gamble. But after receiving THREE pairs of someone else’s slacks(which I am nice enough to return) and then getting a dress back a different color(yes, I brought in a brown dress and got the dress back in — BLUE!)…I’m over it. Not worth the risk. Pay a little more elsewhere to get your own clothes back in the same color you took them.

The slide is painful to watch and I suspect a management and/or ownership change. Prices crept then leapt up. The last time I was there they nearly lost a pair of slacks. Luckily they found it, but it left me shaking my head and taking my business elsewhere.
