I live less than a mile away. If I had known it was going to take an hour, I would have picked it up when I received the notification it had been quality controlled 20 min after I placed the order. The best part was when it finally showed up, not only was it cold, but looked like it had been dropped a dozen times. When I called the store to complain and ask for a refund, they offer to make me another or give me credit for future use… why would I want to wait even longer for another, or ever order again???

Gave it a 1 because I cannot give it a 0. I ordered a pepperoni pizza. I was having trouble finding my card so I asked the lady behind the counter if she could give me a minute. She said ok. She left the register, and went to the kitchen. When I found my card, I let her know. She was making a pizza without any gloves, tossing cheese on the dough. Then she washed her hands, and came to the register. She had no gloves on. She charged me, and went off to make my pizza. She did not wash her hands NOR put on gloves. I was so shocked. I saw her starting my pizza with the same hands she used to charge me(mind you, customers can see everything since the kitchen is all behind glass.) I called her up politely and asked her if they did not use gloves. She said«no we don’t use gloves.» I immediately asked her to cancel my order. I’ve never seen something like this before. SOGROSSEDOUT.

If you like your pizza colder than my ex girlfriend’s heart and 2 hours late, this is the place to go. You will also be called at midnight while you’re sleeping like 1990s telemarketer for leaving a realistic review. Sorry, I don’t want another shitty pizza, I just want you to know that this is why dominos is losing market share to the real pizza places in LA. For real though, if you get hungry and lazy at night, please just look for a taco truck, because my medium thin crust pizza is still sitting on my kitchen table from last night looking more like a statue than a meal.

No more chances. Last night I ordered a cheesy bread, despite having a bad experience a few months back(it was raw) just to have the same thing happen again. I was too sleepy to eat it when I got it so when I opened it up to eat today I found this problem. I called the store, a woman answered and basically told me that she doesn’t even work at that location and couldn’t help me! She also told me that I have to put in special instructions to have it made«well done» to keep this from happening again. Like thanks but I’m pretty sure no one wants to eat raw dough covered in melted cheese. I shouldnt have to ask to get a fully cooked meal!

I ordered take out last night! Great service! New management is great you can definitely tell the huge difference in the way they run now as per a few months ago! I got my pizza just in time for pick up. As I waited to get my pizza a person before me an older man was being helped and the staff was very attentive and patient with him and catered to his needs. He asked the staff if they could run the pizza again in the oven for him because he realized he wanted it well done and without hesitation the young man helping him did as he was asked. Anyone who has been disappointed in the past should definitely give this place a second chance! Iam sure glad I did because this place is great!

This location is annoying to deal with. Sometimes they just won’t even answer their phones, and I mean from 10 am to 11:15 am I tried calling and they never answered their phone, no voicemail or anything. Don’t you want to sell me your food? It’s a shame because the pan pizza and cheesy bread are really good. And of course, the one on Pico doesn’t deliver to my area. It’s a 7 minute drive??? OK…

Imagine a pizza without sauce and cheese. Now, call Domino’s and let your dream become reality! My wife and four year-old is refusing to eat it.

Update: We waited a few months, and tried ordering from here again. We have received MUCH better service the last 6 – 7 orders. Friendly drivers, decently made(hey– it’s still just Domino’s!) food, and quicker deliveries. Can’t complain anymore, they«deliver» the level of service and food I expect from Domino’s now. I hope it continues. My Advice? ORDERONLINE.

I grew to like this location over the Culver/Sepulveda store. Not anymore. I ordered a pizza and was given a super over the top sauced buffalo chicken pizza. This was my first time ordering this pizza from dominos but I am certain that the pizza is not supposed to look like that. See the image I posted. Because it was overly sauced it was extremely salty. Gross. I ended up speaking to Albert the asst. manager who ended up offering me to replace and deliver the order right then during the call and deliver it to me free. I said right now no thanks so he left a credit on my account. I call to order a pizza and a female employee takes my order and tells me my total is $ 1.09. The driver gets to my place and tells me the total is $ 4+ and I’m like no I was told it was going to be $ 1.09. He calls and speaks to the lady and instead of her realizing their store made a mistake in which they were trying to correct(hence the credit on my account) the lady proceeds to tell me all the reasons why my total is not $ 1.09 but above 4 dollars –_– Great customer service. Yet again. That’s sarcasm to the fullest extent, if you didn’t catch that. Albert and Luis(store manager) your employees should learn how to speak better to customers and better handle these issues. Highly disappointed. Yet again.

Not very good, even for domino’s. Skimped on sauce and cheese. When I picked up I asked for cheese and peppers and they told me it would be an add extra $ 2.

That guy Luis is a total prick I ordered a simple thin crusty’s cheese pizza. When I got there he had a normal pizza I said I ordered a thin crust he said no you didn’t, I have the order right here you never said that, calling me a liar… the fact is I don’t ever order any pizza that’s not think crust. Instead of him handeling it the right way I just walked out… he was arguing. I asked who the manager was he said it was him… scumbag. I’ll just go to domino’s down street

These folks have mastered the art of creating the most disgusting two topping pizzas possible. Yes, I did use a 5.99 per pizza coupon, but does that automatically mean that I should be served the most crappy thing I’ve ever had? May be that’s what they think I deserve, but I’m not going back.

Well, when it comes to fast pizza, dominos is the place to call. The prices are good and the delivery is fast. You can also get some good discount coupons online to save some money.

This location has exceptional customer service. I ordered two pizzas and one was supposed to be thin crust but they made both hand-tossed. So they were kind enough to give me the«mistake» pizza for free & re-make the correct pizza… Which honestly didn’t take much longer to wait. THIS is good customer service. Period. Both had extra sauce exactly the way I ordered. This place got 4 instead of 5 stars ONLY because the messed up on my order… Other than that they were great!

I would give this location a zero rating if I could. I have ordered from many of the other locations all over and it is generally pretty decent for fast food pizza. My order is always wrong and the pizza is sloppy. If you ask for extra sauce, they provide almost no sauce, extra cheese is not extra cheese, and the workers can barely speak English on the phone and are always in a rush. 9 out of 10 times I order, the pizza is cold, a wrong order, not what I asked for, or overall, the worst pizza. Go somewhere else or to another Dominos.

Tried their«Brooklyn» pizza and it was an ABOMINATION!!! Blasphemy of the highest order! Soft, wet, oily crust, mediocre sauce, cheese and toppings. What disappointed me the most was the crust. *shakes head* The delivery driver was pretty rude too. This is truly the McDonalds of pizza joints. FORTHELOVEOFPIZZA, STAYAWAYFROMTHISPLACE!!!

UnilocalINSIDERTIPFROMDOREEN(AKAAZNPERSUASION): I love the plain wings here and I get them with the hot kicker sauce. ***** I love getting their wings delivered. Since I am doing NO carbs and no sugars the wings here fit the bill! I always order these! Yum.

This was hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had. Of any food. Anywhere. The person who answered the phone told me it was my fault that the pizza was cold and doughy in the middle. The manager first insults me by saying«if you wanted to eat for free you could have just said it» and then laughs at me as I’m leaving the store. On top of that, everyone now has a stomach ache. Sounds like the owners need to be alerted. I can honestly say I won’t be eating at Domino’s again. Any Domino’s. There are too many options to accept that kind of service. Thank you for ruining my party Domino’s! Went back in this morning, and was met by a young man named Rafael. This guy can’t be more than 18 years old, but had the common sense to hear me out, and offered to remake everything. He kept asking what he could do to fix the problem, and assured us that this was not a «store» issue but a particular person’s issue. He remade our pizzas, gave us a couple coupons, and sent us away feeling better about things. Raised from a 1 star to a 2 star. Thanks Raf!

Hi, My name is Erik. I’m a pizzaholic and I like this dominos. Dominos is nostalgia to me. I grew up eating this when wrestling, trying to gain weight through HS and college. Been to Tony’s up in the bay, been to Grimaldis, posto pizza, all the good NY pizzas that you may like in LA — been to 800 degrees. IDGAF! Everyone knows what to expect at dominos, nice salty, doughy crust and a lot of food for $ 6 a medium pizza? they sent a wrong pizza(maybe the guy misheard me); i wrote the store just to let them know and told them i am not asking for anything, and the manager called me and hooked it up. great customer service. thanks
