I ordered a pizza and got there eight before they closed but they locked the doors and wouldn’t let me in. Worst service ever. Shut them down.

DONTORDERFROMHERE. I ordered a pizza they said would arrive in 30 – 40 minutes. An hour later, still no sign of the delivery guy. I called to make sure they were open, the woman lied and said the delivery guy left«a few minutes ago»… A Half hour after that, another woman said he left«a while ago». Two hours later, no delivery guy, no order. At least call ahead and say it’ll be late instead of LYING. I canceled the order anyway because I didn’t want a cold pizza if the delivery had really left an hour ago. Never again.

I had some Papa John’s Veggie Pizza takeout the other day. The Veggie Pizza had Pineapple and Green Pepper toppings. The pizza wasn’t good. The pizza lacked flavor and seasoning.

Called around 11:30pm to order a pizza and was put on hold for ~7 mins before I hung up. Drove to the store to make an order– the door was locked(they were still open) and the four employees inside pretended they couldn’t see/hear us knocking. We went home and ordered Domino’s and it was delicious. 5 stars for Domino’s! 0 stars for Papa John’s. :(

Good deals. Large 1 topping pizza $ 7.99 carry out. I always get that one. Pizza is ok, nothing special. Often really slow service. I could see my pizza laying there and they wouldn’t give me t because they were all in the back doing nothing? Delivery is fast though because I live just up the street. UPDATE. The guy making the pizzas couldn’t give a fucks about how to handle them. Basically threw a ready on onto the shelf. –1 star

How is this extra cheese? Isn’t it easier to get the order right so you don’t have a customer complain, remake the pizza, redeliver and have them wait another hour for their dinner? Or just not want to go through ALL that and just write a bad review. Come on people, it’s PIZZA! How hard can it be to get an order right?

The dough had the texture and taste of flavorless chewing gum or taffy, and the garlic sauce was solid, not liquid. I have never tasted a pizza so weird. I know it’s not a michelin star restaurant, but I would assume that they should satisfy one basic requirement of cooking a pizza, which I assume is leaving it in the oven long enough so that the dough is cooked? I return the pizza, and the manager says they are having a «dough» problem lately. She also explains that most of her customers like«tough, solid» garlic sauce, and I tell that I am used to used dipping sauce that is liquid, not solid. Again, I know its cheap pizza, but I think they should cook their pizzas long enough so the dough is cooked and the sauces are liquid, not solid?

Terrible service. As long as you’re not super hungry and can deal with long delivery times and possible online order cancellations, this is the location for you. Ordered online and someone from online services, Russell called to let me know that no one at the store was answering the phone, and that I should re-order. That’s it. Oh yeah and a cursory«we’re so sorry.» Which totally makes up for the complete lack of customer appreciation. I guess this location opens and closes whenever they feel like it… Won’t be ordering from this location ever again.

The absolute worst pizza I have ever had. The cheese was hard and barely any sauce. We each took two bites and wound up throwing the rest of the large pizza out. I emailed Papa John’s and they emailed back saying the store would email me back in 1 – 5 business days. This was May 21 and still have not heard a thing. Needless, to say I will never but from Papa John’s again. Horrible food and customer service!

What is their slogan again? Better Ingredients? Didn’t know it includes a third of an inch FINGERNAILS! Unfortunately, I didn’t just see it on the pizza, I chocked on it! Fucking disgusting! Never going there again!

Its Papa Johns… I understand but this franchise owner needs to control his employees. I agree with all the other Unilocalers who complained about the service. The pizza was mediocre but we all know that a pizza is a pizza at a chain spot. I just felt the need eat this again after a few years being absent from my diet. But I went in because it was a carryout and they had it ready in 20 minutes. The in the counter was straight out rude. One can be apathetic but to act as if you are better and snicker/roll your eyes is not ok with me. I am in the service business and if one of my guys did that, I would thank him for working for me and let him go. I know good help is always difficult to find but it is not worth loosing customers.

The carryout special is a good price at 7 $. Don’t expect much from the people that work here. We ordered a half veggie pizza and they couldn’t figure out how to cut the pizza. I tried asking questions but I was blown off and the guy was rude. It’s official… this place cuts the cheese. I won’t be back, there’s way too much competition on this side of town for good pizza.

I tried this place out despite the so-so reviews. Considering the deal I got was $ 6.99 for a large with 1 topping, it wasn’t bad at all, but the pizza was still kind of average and oily. Would I get it again? Sure, if I was in the mood for pizza. Just giving 3 stars since the place is average.

Called to make sure they were still open Friday night, when we got there the doors were locked! Called again, the guy says they only do deliveries now and if they bring the pizza out to us(we were literally outside the door) we’d have to pay the delivery fee! NEVERAGAIN.

Hey, it’s Papa John’s! Whatever you read about it, it’s still a chain pizza place. Location is pretty good, its down the street from my apartment and it shares a big parking lot with a Vons and a bunch of other businesses. The storefront is basic. There are two small tables for you to wait. I’ve only been here twice, both for carryout orders after I ordered online. Both times, my order has been ready before the estimated pick up time, so I totally love that! Their $ 6.99 «Hot and Better» 1 topping large pizza is a pretty good deal(since there’s no Little Caesar’s around for their $ 5 «Hot and Ready» deal). I got the pepperoni and they’re generous with the toppings and you get the garlic sauce. I ordered their $ 9.993 topping large pizza deal last night and was disappointed. Toppings were definitely skimped on and the jalapenos were canned, not fresh. I think I’ll stick to the $ 6.99 deal if I ever have a Papa John’s craving again.

Worst pizza ever got food poisoning and keep vomiting every two hours. Skip the agony and don’t spend here, the sauce tasted like cheap tostidos salsa, gross. Thanks pj now I’ve missed a important meeting and for what??? Will never come here again
