Domino’s Pizza

We have a group of friends who were regulars at this Domino’s Pizza in El Sereno because we work on some design jobs near the area. But today their manager Donna R. gave such rude customer service that none of us will ever buy from this location again.
I ordered the new all white meat buffalo chicken selects and these are actually pretty good.
I also ordered the Brooklyn style pizza and they’ve done a pretty good job before. Also their other staff and delivery drivers have been nice and timely in the past.
But this time I ordered it as carry out and didn’t think to check the box until after we left and drove a far distance away.
However they made a simple mistake by making the pizza on the wrong thicker regular crust pan pizza this time instead of the Brooklyn crust.
No big deal. I wasn’t even going to make an issue out of it but we really don’t like the thicker regular pan crust.
So I called today to see if we could get a replacement with the correct Brooklyn crust since we’ve ordered many times before in the past. I even offered to bring back the pizza to prove it was on the wrong crust.
But Donna said I was too late and refused to make the pizza again so now I know how they treat customers when their own staff made a mistake. She also never even said sorry for their cooking mishap and it was like I was talking to a confrontational rude robot.
So I won’t make the same mistake by giving them our repeat business ever again.

Dominos is a good restaurant although they have messed up my order in the past. their pizzas have gotten smaller too

I always order at this dominoes. They always do a good job and get my order right !! Decent pizza.

I’m not a pizza fan (i know, I know) but I do order pizza for the office every now and then. I’m giving this place 5 stars for their fantastic service. Ordering online is so easy and I definitely appreciate the status updates (especially when you’ve got a hungry office group waiting in the midst). I’ve ordered from here twice already and both times the delivery guys were amazing and so polite!

Ok I ordered for delivery and when I got my food it was real embarrassing not for me but for the company because the delivery man was so rude he basically tossed the food at me and told me heres ur pizza and he didnt even have a pen and asked for one so rudely I dodnt even dare give him a tip… good for food bad service!!!

Pizza is great, but I felt like I was seriously interupting all 10 employees social hour. I feel ashamed of myself, I won’t bother them next time… At the time I wished I had arms like «Stretch Armstrong». my pizza was ready when I walked in since I placed my order online, but I still had to wait about 10 minutes because 10 employees were too busy, (doing nothing much more than daydreaming and socializing) to even make eye contact with me. Very rude people makes the pizza not so great after all.

I love this dominos it is awesome! The store is small on the inside so I recommend phoning in and ordering the pizza by phone or online. The pizzas are so good and so juicy. I always order my pizzas online. in fact I just ordered one right now with some hot wings: D. I really recommend this dominos it is fast and convenient i love it. Actually the pizza got me really sick in the stomach and I had horrible throw up and diarrhea I was sick for a couple of days oh my god the pain was unimaginable I couldn’t go outside of the restroom I had to go to the doctor and get some very expensive medicine I’m lucky I have PPO insurance be careful I’m not sure if the pizza got me sick though

The worst customer Service ever! The females are always rude! For some apparent reason but I wont put names I wasn’t done with my order then she just hangs up on me I call back, same girl, then acts like she doesn’t remember my order after I called back quickly I mean there’s no patience every time I call the staff is always feakin RUDE! the pizza always cold and to tell you the truth this place is cut off! I rather spend money at pizza hut love the staff there nvr a let dwn at pizza hut! Dominoes please stop hiring bored teenagers with no experience in customer service seriously get it together.

No problems yet. Its very close to my pad. I call in my order then I walk to get it. Its always ready in 20 mins or less. I always get the pan dish style with bbq chicken. Love the stuff cheesy bread with feta and spinach. The sandwichs are good if u want to eat on the run. workers are nice and always show a smile.

I called to order in a delivery and a girl co-​worker picked up. She couldn’t find my address for 10 minutes, I asked if I could speak to someone else, and she said she was the only one there. Then a guy co-​worker finally comes in and she gets him to take the call. He finds my address quickly, apologizing to me that she is a NEW worker (so I don’t know why she got left by herself).
I’m trying to make my order alongside with my older brother and I tell him «Hold on really quick» to ask my brother about specific toppings he wanted and I heard the co-​worker say «I swear I’m going to kill her». I addressed it to him immediately and he said he was talking to a co-​worker who asked for keys to the register. I don’t understand how asking for keys would make him want to «kill» his co-​worker. And the previous girl co-​worker told me she was the only one there plus he came in unexpectedly so I wonder who else he could’ve been referring to when he said «HER». Rather than apologizing for the miscommunication (if there was one), he quickly brushed off the topic by re-​reading my order back to me. I know I was being a little wishy washy with my order, I could tell he was frustrated, and I think he thought my ear was away from the phone and I wouldn’t hear the rude remark.
I’ve always loved Domino’s better than pizza hut because the quality is better and the service is friendly. But after today, Domino’s is a no-​go for me even though I’ve been a loyal customer of Domino’s for more than 10 years.
One crappy service ruins it all guys. Beware.

Dominos is dominos. It’s takeout pizza, so you can’t expect thrilling pizza. What you can expect is a pizza that is appetizing on a budget in a small amount of time and in the comfort of your own home.
Let me just say that I have ALWAYS gotten my pizza on time and sometimes even early.
The delivery guys have our dorms figured out and will deliver to your door as opposed to having to meet them by the mailboxes in the driveway.
My go-​to pizza here is the make your own pizza. I get a thin/​crispy crust with normal sauce and light cheese, spinach, tomato and feta cheese. Light and delicious.

Easy ordering online, driver friendly and food good as always.
Would order from again soon.

My mom was nice enough to order me a pizza tonight and put it on her card. Unfortunately when the driver showed up, he couldn’t give me the order because I didn’t have her card. Mom was pissed, gotta order elsewhere, never ordering from this Dominos again. JP had no problem with this.

I like the service they r always polite and they r fast love their thin and crispy pizza and their coupons deals

So rude! After receiving our pizza we noticed a hair on the pizza, we called back and they were rude about it. Didn’t even receive an apology. Pizza Hut wouldn’t do this!

Ok. I know its the rainiest day we’ve had in a while and maybe there’s lots of delivery orders or maybe the app isnt working right but after 1 hour the tracker just barely showed that my single large pizza was going into the oven. So much for convienience…

I haven’t had any problems with Dominos in years. This one and the Alhambra store are the two I order from most. I always get my order on time and done right. I use the internet to order. It takes a while to set up your account, but from then on its easy. They can’t get it wrong. You can take your time to look at all the choices without holding them up. It’s worked out good so far.

Tried preorder delivery. Old man was 45 minutes late, didn’t bring plates, cheese, napkins, only chili pepper he found in the back of his seat. I asked, he said he was busy delivering and forgot all the necessary items to enjoy 2 pizza and wings. I ended up sharing the box as a plare with my friends. Im going pizza hut next time.

Very disappointed. What a treat it would’ve been to have delicious hot pizza delivered to my door… So sad this experience was none of that! Both pizza’s (1 med. pepp with green peppers, 1 med. double cheese with pepp, plus bbq wings) were COLD!!! and Gross. No one should have to pay for this service! Wings tasted like they got them out of the freezer and just didn’t defrost them long enough. ;(I will never waste my time or money here again. I was so upset, (and still hungry) that I decided I’d call the store to at least let them know they possibly lost a customer. I waited on hold 3mins and 29 seconds before anyone came to the phone and then when I explained my experience, all they could say was «I don’t know why everything was cold… it went straight to your house from here» — ok. Thanks anyhow. Bye. :(so sad bc this was my cheat day!!! I ttly wasted it on garbage.

Will never order from this place again, Manager treated me like crap told me i was wrong several times and even got my order wrong. Pizza was cold and service sucked. I suggest to go to store and buy a pizza and make it yourself.
