Tried to go here tonight with a friend for dinner at 8 and they were closed even though they are supposed to close at 9. This is the second time its happened. Not even sure if it’s worth it to try and go a third time.

There is always an excuse with this place. The menu is wrong 9⁄10 of the time. Get it together. Do you want customers or not?

Ordered using Eat24. First they didn’t have the cheesecake I ordered, so I swapped for a Strawberry Lemonade which they ALSO didn’t have so I settled for regular Lemonade. 2 hours later I had to contact Eat24 who had to call the place and then they finally told them that they ran out of chicken for the sandwich I ordered. They never even tried to contact me, even after 2 corrections to the order. Totally unprofessional. What the hell is going on over there? This place is very close to me, but I’m gonna steer clear if this is any indication of how this place is run. No thanks!

It took 55 minutes for phone order to arrive. But unfortunately both my wife and I bit in to wings that were still very raw in the middle.

Do not order for delivery through eat 24. Took 1.5 hours before I actually reached someone. The burger was not medium rare, it was cold, I had to throw away the soggy buns; luckily I had some kings Hawaiian buns to heat up. Unfortunately the kings Hawaiian buns was the only good thing.

If you want great wings and great food all together come here they are the best. They aren’t as famous as Alondra Hot Wings but just as good if not better in some areas. The place is big and the service is great it’s family owned and operated and they treat you like family from the moment you arrive until you leave. The wings are healthy size also not tiny and skimpy fat and juicy the bomb dizzle… Go check them out or you can call in for pick up… I just read some of the negative reviews and it sounds to me like they are some miserable lonely people who probably don’t like themselves. To the woman who didn’t get served fast enough take your fat ass to KFC queeny !!

This place is really a hidden gem in el Sereno! They have such an awesome décor! The picnic tables and mini tables and awesome love chairs are the best!!! The mini arcade is so cool and the Ping pong table is my favorite! The food: AMAZING!!! The pizza is hand made and the dough is hand tossed the crust is amazing!!! The wings were perfect!!! I hate undercooked wings and these were perfect!!! The also have ice cream !!! they make 1,2,3 scoop ice cream, banana splits, ice cream floats… The ice cream is from fosselman’s in Alhambra… we’ve all been there and know how good it is! Honestly I hope this place stays if you haven’t tried it please go!!! It’s such an awesome place to hang out watch the football game have wings and bring the kids!

1st unprofessional(shitty attitude, talk like their in the streets or in their household) 2nd took 45minutes+ for 25 wings 3rd the tables were dirty 4th confused on what exactly was there specialties(wings or ice cream) 5th inappropriate dress code or should I say NO dress code(leggings, short shorts, and tight shirts) My Overall experience was terrible, they don’t have a dress code to follow & I didn’t know who works there.(First impression is everything) There’s a bunch of employees but are not working efficiently nor do they know their priorities. It’s probably because there’s no management, but who knows??? From what I’ve observe they’re all family; I constantly heard«my sister». Even when mentioning to our«server» about«how much longer would it would be because we’ve been waiting for 30 minutes and customers who came in after us already received their food». The other«sister» with inappropriate dress code said«no they’ve been waiting for 20 min» with a Shitty attitude. She clearly disregarded our concern for our food and service. Personally I felt like if I had a Dick I would of got better service. After waiting 10 additional minutes after our concern we just told the server that«we would be leaving» the same unprofessional & not appealing dress code employee said«thanks anyway» with a B****Y attitude. First and last time, I rather spend 27.99 on making my own damn wings or drive down the street to Pizza Hut which is .5 miles from there or even order at WingStop which is 4.1 miles from that that location.

I’m sorry I keep giving these local businesses a try. I really hope they can get their act together the place has so much potential. We really need to have good places to enjoy in the hood without having to go to Alhambra or Pasadena

Great selection of Buffalo wind sauces, sure there was a wait but what pizza & Buffalo wing restaurant that’s good doesn’t have a wait. they all have you even see persons waiting outside for a table!!! that’s normal for great Pizza & Buffalo wing restaurant. I recommend you try it and, I guarantee you will love it. I support small family owned business, they all are the hart of Los Angeles. your truly, Tobias V.

Not sure why people are giving such low ratings. Yes, the wait is long. Always has been… Even when they were on Eastern. BUT to me that wait has always been worth it. Call ahead if you’re that hungry. You would have been waiting that long standing up at other wing spots anyway. I visited their new location recently. Brought my cousin, nieces, and my son. We ordered a medium pizza, 12 pieces of wings, craft sodas and strawberry lemonades, and eventually some fried oreos(*drool*). Pizza was bomb. It took long but very much worth it. Wings are way meatier than the other chain wing spot on Main(hehe) and their chili lime calms my craving for the other spot’s arlene sauce. Wing Shack’s honey bbq is super good too! Their regular buffalo just as yummy! Fried oreos were to DIE for!(I wonder what kind of disaster I would make in my kitchen if I tried that… Better not!) Anyway, don’t wait to be seated. Find a bench and sit yourself. The waitresses are really cool and nice. If you’re looking to get your butt kissed though, not your spot. They shouldn’t have to either! You’re in freakin’ El Sereno(simmer down). Sometimes they are short-staffed. It’s a mom and pop spot! You gotta cut them some slack. It’s family-run. They have pool tables and games to distract the kids. That helped with the wait. All in all, I LOVETHISPLACE! Been a fan since their Eastern spot. Minus one star because they really should keep the loud construction for before or after hours. Just saying. I like to hear the conversations at my table.

I’ve heard nothing but good things about this place so I decided to give it a try. They’ve been open for several months now, but the place looked like they were still unpacking. Nobody greeted us. There were no signs letting us know what to do or where to go. You couldn’t tell where the register was or where the kitchen started. An employee called us over and handed us some menus. They have a lot more on the menu than they had at their first location. I liked that the menu was all about this community. But how do you not have the main ingredient? They ran out of ribs at 7pm. I ordered what was called chicken and veggies. It was pricey! But I figured that should be enough to feed my 6 kids. Chicken and veggies, you can’t go wrong. We waited about 30 minutes as the employees stood there disagreeing with each other about what to do. We went home, spanked the kids, replaced the fluids in the car, pet the cat, went back and our food still wasn’t ready! We waited, in total, over an hour for some wings, 2 carrot sticks, and 3 celery sticks. We ordered 25 pieces of chicken. The amount of what they call veggies was stupid! Plus the owner was hanging out in the alley with some druggie looking chick. What a mess! I think this business is too much for them to handle. We weren’t given an apology for the wait. Nobody seemed to care. They just handed over the food without even making eye contact. I will give them another chance someday. I hope they were just having a bad day. I hope I get the opportunity to give a better review!

I would give this no stars if it was an option. When I went in with my bf the sign says please wait to be seated. Well we waited practically for 10 mins I was about to leave then the lady finally came and greeted us. Showed us a table and sat. Got our drinks orders and left. It took almost another twenty mins for her to come back for our drinks then asked us of were ready to order. We order pork ribs sandwich with fries and 6wings with fries, well she said OK it’ll be about 20 – 25 mins for the food to be ready. Mind u I was already in a bitchy mood cuz I was starving. So we said fine. Omg she wasn’t kidding took us a freaking half of hour and she only brought his sandwich out first. And said my wings should be coming out soon. I was STARVING… I tried some of the sandwich it was good. When she did finally bring me my wings I notice that it was 5 pieces instead of 6 I was already starving so I just ate but I was NOTHAPPY. She barely came to check on us, then took forever for the bill. This was my first and last visit they only get a star cuz they have arcade games and 2 pool tables. Service sucks food stinks. Don’t come unless u have patience.

Ok, so I was excited about there being a pizza and wing place in El Sereno u til I went there. Everything started out good. The waitress was friendly and attentive and she went over the menu. NOBEER. We ordered an small pizza and some wings. You figure it should take about 20 minutes to get your order, wrong, 35 minutes and they weren’t even busy. So the food finally comes out and the pizza looked like a frozen pizza. The dough wasn’t cooked all the way and the taste was kind of bland. Very skimpy on the toppings. Now the wings, the wings that came out had a little funky smell and taste so we asked for a new batch, they were a little reluctant and defensive but did agree to bring us a new batch. When the new wings came out, they were actually pretty good. So I’m glad we ended on a good note, it’s probably the only reason why I gave 2 stars. Also, they have crafted soda which was really good. Try the root beer.

I am absolutely in love with the Wing Shack! The dine in area is so welcoming and gives you a taste of El Sereno! The customer service was great! All the servers were so friendly and helpful when it came to choosing something on the menu. They also have pool tables, an arcade, jukebox, and a TV! Super chill and relaxing environment. I thought the menu itself was so original and it was absolutely hard to choose just one thing to eat! I recommend the strawberry lemonade or their crafted sodas. The Spicy Pig appetizer was super yummy! I think some people expect so much out of it but overall, it’s cheap, it’s delicious, and I guarantee you it’s worth it.

I am writing this review after finishing my food today and from a first impression! This is really a gem in our town el sereno. Very nice atmosphere very big and clean space and great for all ages The staff here is very friendly and helpful They have crafted sodas and the sweet tea is delicious! I ordered the pulled pork and garlic fries($ 1 extra for garlic) and its worth the extra so yummy! The pulled pork is great but I recommend for those to have cole slaw on the side it tastes great it’s just a lot of food! I had to eat it with a knife and fork. No problem though! Overall the price was great we were a party of 3 and all got food and drinks and all under $ 40!!! YOUCANTBEAT!

We ordered a few things for delivery 20 minutes before closing. I was quoted a 45 minute delivery, but we didn’t get our food for an hour and a half. Now if the food was on point I could live with that but one of the pizzas was burnt to a crisp. Now i prefer my pizza on the crispy side but the whole top of the pizza was blackened. The crust was burnt and the bacon on the pizza was so overcooked it tasted like beef jerky. Now we were starving, and at this point the restaurant had been closed for about an hour so we had to toss a whole pizza away. Now everyone burns a pizza everyone in a while, but I have a problem with someone seeing how burned that pizza was and making the call to put it in a box and send it out for delivery. The one good thing i can say is that the guy they sent out to deliver the pizza was very nice and friendly. This place looks great I just hope these guys get it right. Check out my pictures for proof.
