I normally wouldn’t bother to review a drive thru, but I get a drink at this one several times a week before my long commute home. The service at this drive thru is so good it compelled me to review a drive thru. As funny as it sounds, this is not a joke. They are just so nice! Every person I’ve ever interacted with at this location has been incredible. I hope their management has a chance to read this and recognize these guys.

I’ve been to many Carl’s jr in my life… Honest to god, the bear customer service I’ve seen in my life. I wa surprised at the service. Also the chicken burger was really warm and delic… And the fire were good. My fiend even for extra cheese at no cost on his burger. What a service. Who does that. :)

Typical incompetent workers at a fast food restaurant! If you can’t understand simple instructions of how I requested my food, then go get another job that doesn’t involve you interacting the general public! Oh, and my food was cold in addition to not having cheese on my cheeseburger. Nothing like throwing a cold piece of crappy cheese onto an already cold burger for sheer deliciousness! I should know better, but we had a hungry child so desperation was calling! Try del taco across the street, you may fair better!

Honestly one of the best experiences in this type of business. Clean, people are nice, and food was good … Who new?

I have been to this location a few times and it’s always hit or miss. This time, especially, it was a miss! I ordered the All-Natural burger, which I have ordered before. When I arrived home, literally 4 minutes later, the pattie was like hard cardboard. It was obvious they hadn’t made it fresh. It was also cold, with the cheese not even melted a little on top of the pattie. The QC of this particular Carl’s Jr. is not good.

the service inside the place is really good the reason why I giving this place only 1 star is because I got something to eat in my car I I was going with my bag of food to my car when the security gard intercepted me «You can only be here an hour after an hour I gonna come back and check on you» he said. wtf I can’t believed I haven’t been here for more than 15m so I don’t know what is the problem with this guy. I think that was so rude and disrespectful I won’t come here anymore and I’m leaving right know I didn’t feel like eating anymore

The food is going to be the same from every other Carl’s Jr. you go to. My review is based on the service. I’ve been here 3 times and am always greeted by the nicest guy, Shaun. If I owned a business, I would hire him on his great attitude alone. Rarely do you see such friendly people at a fast food restaurant. I really hope the managers read these Unilocal reviews, because Shaun is an outstanding employee who everyone should model after.

This review will be short and sweet. This particular Carl’s Jr is a little funky. After eating here I felt like I was going to be sick. The food definitely tasted extra unhealthy and processed, and I had to stop half way into my meal because it was that unappetizing. I’m defintely not going to pay this Carl’s Jr a visit again. To nasty eatings.

I don’t know why this location has better quality burgers than the one on Sepulveda but it does. The people also seem to be friendlier and they have never messed up my order like the one other one.

I’ve been coming to this Carl’s Jr for years… the fact that I’m still going should tell you something. It’s a quick off/on the Santa Monica Freeway if you’re headed westbound, so there’s that. Also, the drive-thru is efficiently run and often has a humorous person on the other end of the speaker, rather than a robot. That’s a good thing. I don’t review the food at fast food chains unless there’s something very special about it(good or bad). This Carl’s Jr alway provides me with exactly what I have ordered.

Carl’s Jr. is fast food so I’m not expecting to have my mind blown by their cuisine but this is probably the worst Carl’s Jr. I have ever been to. I live nearby so we have unfortunately ended up here out of sheer desperation but each time something goes wrong. The problems range from cold food(I mean it’s cold while I’m still in the parking lot), incorrect orders, missing items or NOONE taking your order. I was once stuck in the drive through between the car in front of me attempting to order and the person behind who would not back up. We sat there a good five minutes until someone finally came to the drive through window after we walked over to find out what was going on. There was one time a really courteous staff member helped us and I thought there was hope for this place. But it was only that one time. Long story short, I don’t recommend it. Horrible customer service and cold food.

Worst ever Carls junior I ordered at lettuce wrapped bacon Western cheeseburger and after I am heading to 3 bites realize there was no burger I just got bacon cheese and barbeque sauce and onion rings no burger 5 dollars unbelievably ridiculous. Then I tried to call to talk to a manager and the phone number is a fax machine. Never never ever eat there again!!!

Whenever I come to this Carl’s Jr I always do drive thru and every time I hear the same thing. «can you go around and wait for your food on the other side?» What, like I’m buying crack?! Last time I complained I was told that they did this because their orders are times and they can’t have you wait at the window for too long. Whatever the case may be I am not happy with the service here, it’s always that same annoying girl at the window that that thinks I’m trying to steal condiments when I bring it to her attention that she never did put them in my bag. Service is slow and not always friendly. The food is the same as the other Carl’s Jr, I mean it is after all a chain restaurant. I only come here when someone at work craves it. I prefer the one on Fairfax.

This review is only for one thing at Carl’s Jr. because usually I try not to eat fast food if I can at all help it. Agreed, my iron will waxes and wanes from time to time, but I do my best. I just so happen to work right by a Carl’s Jr. and when I don’t feel like waking up an extra half hour early to make my own breakfast, Carl’s is the next best thing. I get the Sourdough Breakfast Combo with hash browns and orange juice and substitute the bacon that comes on it for sausage. It’s perfect, it’s warm, it’s delicious and it’s filling. I’ve tried Noah’s bagels and done the parfait thing(and everybody loves a parfait, right because parfaits have layers, or at least that’s what donkey says), the bagel and shmear thing, the smoothie thing, the bowl of muesli or Kashi Go Lean Crunch thing, but more often than not, I just want a warm, scrumptious breakfast sandwich that has eggs. McDonald’s egg McMuffin doesn’t cut it because I don’t want to feel like a heifer and order two just so I can feel satisfied, and I’m still lurching from Morgan’s «Supersize Me» documentary. I’m not close enough to a Jack in the Box, although I enjoy their breakfasts too, nor am I close enough to a Burger King. Thankfully, Carl’s Jr. offers me a respite from what could be a burgeoning daily dilemma. Have you ever been in a small room around lunchtime and someone commits the cardinal sin by opening a smelly tuna salad sandwich. It doesn’t matter what you’re eating because it suddenly starts tasting like tuna too and you’re silently gagging from the putrid potency of the tuna. Don’t get me wrong, I love tuna sandwiches, but I know better than to subject those around me to its potentially off-putting pungency. If you’re going to eat tuna, your little butt needs to find a bench outside or go sit in your car and stink up your air, not mine. So this Carl’s Jr. breakfast sandwich is really potent, but unlike the Tuna salad sandwich analogy, potent in a really good way. You could call me the girl who smells up the lobby with her sausage, egg and cheese breakfast sandwich and side of hash browns, but everyone who walks by, laments because it smells so good. They didn’t have the propensity to wake up 30 minutes early either, but also aren’t privy to the jackpot of a breakfast just a few minutes away. I never intended to review a fast food chain, but Carl’s Jr. has created a satisfying breakfast that I have yet to get sick of. I’ve eaten it for 3 weeks straight and my jeans aren’t any tighter or my cholesterol higher. It’s just an egg, piece of sausage and two pieces of sourdough bread. Alright, so maybe they’re buttered. Your body needs some fat after all. But really, how much damage is that really doing. Besides, I learned that you’re supposed to eat like a king for breakfast, a prince for lunch and a pauper for dinner. I eat it at 8:30am and don’t get hungry for anything until around 1 or 2pm. That’s way better than any breakfast I’ve made for myself. Give it a try one morning, and if you hate it, be my guest and continue waking up 30 minutes earlier.

Okay, here’s the thing. For my first review, at the risk of sounding like trailer park trash(not that there’s anything wrong with that), I’d like to talk about french fries. Or freedom fries, if you still think there are wmd’s in Iraqistanipan. I used to hit up McDonalds for my french fry fix, no matter where else I’d get my burger-like sandwich. I’m not kidding. I’d roll by in-&-out, pick up a burger, then roll down to the nearest McD’s for the fries, because NOBODAY beats the clown for fast food fries. But one day, while enticed to try one of Carl’s Jr’s new burgers, I got lazy. So I went ahead and took the combo WITH the fries. I was about to toss them at the homeless people when I decided to try one. A fry, not a homeless person. Suffice it to say(did I just say«suffice it to say» in my very first review?) now Carl’s is the place I get my fries. Oh, Mr. Clown, I still love your french fried potato products, but if Carl’s is closer, sorry, I got a new love. Now, to find me a cute brunette or redhead who loves fries. Okay, blondes too, but only if you love fries. (Public service announcement: Oh, and I have since bought some extra food from Carls and shared it with people who could use it. It’s not really that expensive to buy an extra sandwich or a drink and share it. Try it every once in a while. The Gods will smile on you down the road.)

Coming off the 10 at 3am after 10 hours of work and seeing that shining star is a beacon of hope. I don’t have to go to sleep hungry because I’m too tired to cook. Pull up to the drive-thru… WTF it’s 3am how are there 3 cars in front of me! So it takes a little longer than I’d like to get my grub at night but it is always good and has yet to be wrong(cross fingers). The people working at night are usually nice too. During the day I have also gone and the food is spectacular still(for fast food). The problem during the day is the staff. While they still serve up tasty food I don’t think they like white people. I went with my friend diego a few weeks back and they didn’t like him either and he’s Mexican… maybe they don’t like anyone.
