My friend and I have the same birthday month so we decided to celebrate both our birthdays. He really likes ribs so I decided to look up a place other than Lucille’s to celebrate and I came across this place. First of all, I was able to make a reservation for a large party. The staff was really friendly. Not all the party arrived on time and they still gave us a table which was really nice of them. Time to write about the delicious food, they give a free ¼ onion brick with a Unilocal check in and the purchase of 2 entrees. It is so good, dip the onions in ranch, bbq sauce or by themselves. Best crispy onions I have ever tasted. They also give fresh baked cornbread with butter. it was really good, I tried not to eat so much to save some room for the food. I took some cornbread home and had it with coffee the next day. The portions are huge, I shared a 3 item combo plate with my hubby, we chose tri tip, brisket and pulled pork. Both tri tip and brisket were extremely tender. Pulled pork was good too, I wasn’t a big fan of it because it had way too much BBQ sauce for my liking. I prefer when they put it on the side. My friend got the rib sampler which came with beef ribs, St. Louis ribs and baby back ribs. I only tried a St. Louis and the baby back and they were extremely tender especially the St. Louis. They fall right off the bone. The sides were good too, we got mac and cheese and mashed potatoes. I didn’t eat that much because I wanted to eat brisket. Portions are huge, hubby and I shared and still had some food left to take home. I didn’t even think of dessert because I was stuffed. Naples Rib Company has delicious food and awesome service. I will be back.

This is my favorite barbecue beef rib place. This, coming from a vegetarian mostly, I absolutely love their barbecue beef ribs because the sauce is cooked into them. It comes with a side of sauce of course, and a choice of different side dishes. As for the side dishes, I don’t care for the baked beans(they were a little too sweet), the mashed sweet potato was just kind of nasty tasting, the mac & cheese was bland, The baked potato is something you can never go wrong with, but the sautéed vegetables were prepared and cook well — they were my favorite of the sides i’ve had so far. So, all this is to say that this is a great place for a barbecue beef ribs, check it out sometime, but you didn’t hear it from this secret part time carnivore.

Been coming here for many years with family and friends and love the heck out of it, obviously. My son graduated college and Naples is his absolute favorite! I remember seeing they do catering and banquets and decided to put it go the test. I email Dave Ursini, the owner, and after a few responses it was done. Dave was great to work with and the prices were very reasonable. I was a little apprehensive because I chose to do it buffet style which never seems to come out good or stay warm, etc. The food yesterday was as fresh and hit the whole time as if the waiter just brought it out! My guests were very impressed, and for my son, we’ll, let’s just say he was looking around for a bag to take a bunch of it home in… I guess another party will have to happen. Thanks Dave Ursini! I’m sure I’ll see you soon for dinner! Dan and 40 happy customers!

Naples Rib seemed like a premium place, and the prices confirmed. Unfortunately, the actual experience did not match up. Parking is scarce. The restaurant offers valet parking — other reviewers have said it’s $ 3. We’re used to free valet in Nevada. Easily found some parking on a Sun eve a couple of blocks away. Not too busy, wait for a table was short, maybe 5 – 10 mins for the staff«to catch up with the tables». We had a couple of baby back bucket appetizers. Ribs were OK and a good quantity, sauce was sweet-smoky and the right amount. Cobb salad was good as were the fries. Blue cheese dressing was flat, But service was slow. It took another 5 – 10 mins before menus came and drink orders taken. Food came after a normal delay, but refills(lemonade) were hard to come by. We finally gave up on asking. It seems like a lot of locals love the place, and maybe it has been better in the past, or maybe we were just there on a bad night for staff. But I wouldn’t go again. Lots of choices in the area.

Absolutely one of my family’s favorite BBQ spots to sit down and eat at! The restaurant has an old Mom and Pop feel. All the staff I have encountered have been very helpful and friendly for every need. The lighting is nice and dim, the restrooms are always clean, the bar is always stocked. No complaints here! The only thing I would like to see would be a different side of veggies. The eggplant and grilled squash isn’t the greatest. Perhaps keep to the asparagus and broccoli. Would also love it if Sweet potatos made it on to the menu.

Came here on a whim and to fulfill my BBQ cravings one evening. Ideally, reservations are the way to go but I was really craving that I didn’t mind waiting. Hostess quoted about 30 – 45 minutes which we understood but opted to sit at the bar instead. It’s definitely different than sitting at a table or booth because you have to sit side by side and have a conversation in that manner but service was cool, especially with a game going on. A majority of the customers were there to lounge around, enjoy their meal and drink with the game on. A flood of customers came in looking for seats. There was only one but one lady helped herself to another chair and pulled up to the bar. The bartender couldn’t say much since she seated herself already, had the nerve to ask us to move over a seat which we obliged because let’s face it, we were all hungry. Our meals were coming since we begun to drink and here comes another couple wanting to slide in… for one, I’ve already been asked to move over a seat and to have another couple sit there and watch you is bothersome. How can you enjoy a meal when you have an audience just waiting for you to get up and leave? At least the bartender was kind enough to let them know the bar was at max capacity and could not accommodate another chair. The food as always was/is great. Checked in for a complimentary ¼ onion ring brick. Crispy on the outside, juicy and so bomb on the inside, added flavor when dipped in the BBQ. All just so well. Cornbread was a little dry, pineapple was a little hard, and dinner rolls/bread was/is always delightful. Tried to contain myself since I didn’t want to get full before my entrée came but it was great. The meat was so tender, rich, flavorful, juicy, and made to perfection. BBQ sauce complemented the meats as did the drinks.

Why isn’t there an option for 0 stars? I don’t care if the food is bomb. If your service is CRAP then I won’t be back. Currently waiting to pay our $ 1000+ tab while I write this review about how horrible the customer service is here. Our waiters were great however the management here is ridiculous. We have a party of ATLEAST25 in the«banquet» room and they won’t let us turn the tv on. As soon as we got here we politely asked if they can turn the playoffs on and they gave some BS excuse that the tv is broken. Uh. Okay. The red light saying it’s off is clearly visible. We waited a few minutes and asked the manager if we could turn the tv on and the«manager» rudely said no and that it was against company policy. SOWHYTHEHELLHAVE A TV in the room in the first place?! We asked if we can talk to the owner and he said no and walked away in the middle of our conversation. GREATCUSTOMERSERVICE from a so called MANAGER. So we turned it on manually and WHATDOYOUKNOW, the tv works. They came in and turned it off and told us we needed to listen to their rules. The whole room filled with multiple parties asked and they kept shutting everyone down. You would think that they would try to cater to parties who are dropping over a grand and listen to the golden rule of the customer ALWAYS being right but nah. Good food and good service from our waiters but THEABSOLUTEWORSTMANAGEMENT. Stay away from this place. You can find somewhere else that has good ribs and actually has good service to come with it.

If you want ribs that fall of the bone tender go here. If you like fresh veggies with your dinner go here! Recently I wanted a good filet or ribs. Since I couldn’t decide I walked to Naples Rib Company. I ordered to Filet & it was cooked to perfection. So tender I could cut it with a butter knife. Served with the best veggies. Pair this with a great glass of Red Wine and I could not have had a better dinner anywhere. I never thought of this place for a filet before. I will be going back for another soon.

Came on a Saturday, right before the dinner rush. We wanted to enjoy the LBC Restaurant Week special(3-course dinner for 2 — $ 40) — Unilocal check-in = free ¼ brick of onion rings(very good) — Corn bread — 1 per person — Artichoke appetizer — very tasty(served with different dipping sauces) — Entrees come with a piece of fresh fruit and side of asparagus — Sides — choose 2 sides with your entrée(beans were ok, sweet potato mash was not very good) — Beef ribs — delicious(would recommend) — Brisket — was just o.k.(didn’t taste fresh) — Cheesecake — decent(wouldn’t order again) Overall — I recommend the beef ribs, ¼ brick of onion rings and the artichoke!

Ordered the pulled pork sandwich. The meat was nice and tender and the bun was perfectly toasted. It came with 1 side and a slice of cantaloupe. The pomegranate margarita was okay. I loved the corn bread with butter that we got before our meal. We also received a free ¼ onion brick with Unilocal check in. Or service was exceptional as well!

Naples Rib Company catered our wedding And we couldn’t been happier with the service. First of all let me say that the costumer service is great. Dave was awesome and always replied to our emails and/or calls right away. The day of our wedding all his staff was super friendly and attentive. They took care of everything food and drinks related. Our guests LOVED the food. Everyone was raving about how good the food was. Although we only had little time to eat during the wedding we finished all of our food. Dave also helped us with ordering heaters for the wedding. He made this process painless; which is good since I was already freaking out a bit about the fact that it was going to be raining and cold the day of the wedding. We definitely recommend Naples Rib Company for any catering services. And we will definitely use their catering services again on our next event.

Went for ribs and also tried the grilled swordfish. Service was excellent. By checking in got free ¼ brick(fried string onion rings in shape of cube) good but alittle greasy. Rib lunch special $ 15.99 with 2 sides very good price. Also got swordfish(fish of the day special) which included 2 sides. You are also given hot and fresh corn bread to start off with. Swordish could of used alittle more seasoning in my opinion but was good. Side of chili was my favorite out of all. Once your done with food they bring hot towels to table to clean your hands and face. If in the area I would go back.

BBQ tri tip and spicy sausages are my favorite. This place melts my heart. One of my favorite BBQ spots to go too. Good portions. A little bit on the pricey side I would say but it’s worth it. I love the corncake! :).

Normally this place is fantastic. My family have been dining here for years s a tradition. Last night not so much. Food good. Service poor. Waited a long time. Worse though, our experience(which was in honor of my father who passed away… he loved ribs) was poor when we asked for coffee and dessert. «No more coffee.» Huh? Isn’t the correct response to brew a fresh pot? It’s so easy and fast and inexpensive. Waitress came over a bit later with the check in hand and asked if we’d like to see the dessert menu while placing the check on table. I was offended. We were all made to feel quite unwelcome. And awkward. It was 830pm. Not 10pm. It would not have been a big issue except our guests clearly wanted coffee and dessert and the occasion was a serious one. Very disappointing. Side note: bathrooms filthy! No TP anywhere, very very dirty that day.

Decided to try this place for Dine LBC, so excited! Our first issue was trying to find street parking, we had to park 10 minutes walk away! Oh well, made for a good after dinner walk. We had a reservation and had to wait about 30 minutes longer. That didn’t make me too happy. I appreciate their apology though. I bet they were just busy because of Dine Long Beach. I wish there were more places to sit. I had to give up my seat to some old ladies and I ended up just standing next to the podium awkwardly. What we ordered: Artichokes– loved it! They served it with all 3 dipping sauces, and the OCD/indecisive eater in me was loving life. Perfectly cooked. 3 meat combo with brisket, baby back and beef ribs, side of garlic mash and macaroni and cheese. Loved all the meats, I loved the beef back and baby back. Brisket was good too, there was just too much sauce for me, and we’re more of rib people. Garlic mash is a MUST, but I really disliked the macaroni. It just tasted like it had been sitting out for a while, it was kind of coagulated. Ew. They also gave us two corn breads which I appreciated, fresh and heavvveenly with the butter! The ice cream bar with Oreo is a MUST if you have the space in your tummy. Amazing! The Dine LBC basically just gave us a free dessert, but sharing a combo allowed us to not over-order. So I appreciate not having to be rolled out of the restaurant. Overall, would come back and make a couple changes to my order. A long beach staple!

Let me start by saying that I went to Naples Rib Company in a group of 15 people who decided just days beforehand that this would be the venue for the birthday celebration. That being said, it was for Saturday night at the end of Dine Out Long Beach Restaurant Week 2.0 and we didn’t have a reservation and the restaurant was already quite booked. I called to see if there was a chance to fit us in, and Dave(one of the Owners) promptly called me back. There was no hemming and hawing. Dave simply said that he had moved some things around and would be able to accommodate our party, and did give us an ample window of time before he needed the tables back. Awesome! Please note that I don’t recommend nor endorse last-minute reservations for large groups like this. We simply got lucky that Dave was so accommodating. Most of us had already been here before and loved the food. This time was no different. From baby back ribs, beef ribs and prime rib to salads and onion bricks, everyone left happy. Portions are pretty sizeable and anyone with anything less than a big appetite is likely to be leaving with a doggie bag. The staff was very friendly and competent, and had no problem managing a party of our size. The ambiance is quaint and cozy, but also bustling with activity at the same time. Perhaps the only disappointment for some was when our server told us that they couldn’t serve the chocolate-dipped ice cream bars because the ice cream had become too soft to dip… probably because there was a long line of people at the take out window just inside ordering them and the freezer was most likely constantly being opened. Nonetheless, there were other dessert alternatives just as satisfying like their giant chocolate-dipped bananas(apparently they don’t thaw as quickly as the ice cream melts). The restaurant has Valet parking for $ 3.00, which isn’t too bad. If you’re willing to walk a little bit you can find street parking within a few blocks as well. All-in-all it was another great experience and three birthdays were happily celebrated. We will be back!

I was really looking forward to eating here because I’ve heard nothing but good things. Alas, I was disappointed. Appetizers Cornbread with honey butter: Cornbread was hot. Butter was yummy. A+ Grilled artichokes: There definitely wasn’t enough meat on them. And the hearts themselves were super tiny. Grade C Onion brick: This was delicious. Super crunchy and fresh. B+ Sides Garlic mashed potatoes: Nothing to write home about. B BBQ baked beans: This was yummy. B+ Main Course Baby back ribs: This was good, but nothing to rave about. I’ve had better ribs at both Lucille’s and Chili’s. B Beef brisket: This was pretty yummy. There was just the right amount of sauce on the meat and it was pretty tender. B+ Pulled pork: This was not good at all. There were 4 of us eating here and all 4 of us thought it was not good. Waaaay too much vinegar in the sauce. Could barely eat it. D Dessert Plain cheesecake: It was good. Again, nothing special. B Experience Our waitress was pretty attentive. She refilled our water glasses when they needed refilling. I love how they charge only $ 10 for a corkage fee!!! Yup, only $ 10. At the end of the meal, they gave each of us a very hot wet washcloth to wipe all the bbq sauce from our faces and hands. Very cool!!! I wish more restaurants would do that. What I didn’t like was that they put all 4 of us in one of those half circle booths. Very tight for 4 people with all the food and everything. Also, it would have been nice if the waitress came and asked how everything was. Perhaps she could have switched the pulled pork for some other dish. B

We love this place. I’ve had their baby back ribs, prime ribs, and tri-tip…appetizer onion brick… all the sides awesome that I’ve tried as well. Best and sweetest service all around. You won’t be dissapointed at all. There’s always left overs to take home because we always get the full portions ;) the bbq sauce is amazing and can’t wait to go back! Love it.

Been here a number of times and they serve one of the best baby back ribs. The sauce is sweet savory and finger lickin’ oooey gooey. Especially love their onion blossoms dip it in their sweet savory sauce and I’m good to go! The restaurant has been here for years, so it does require a tad bit updating. Parking can be a bit of a hassle being that it’s at the tail end of 2nd street. You can find some street parking. Naples ribs is a must try.

We absolutely love coming here. The food is delicious and the service is always amazing. Never once had a problem. Complimentary Italian ice for our son . Did I mention the food is delicious ? From the Tri-tip, ribs, chicken to the prime rib. We made reservations via Unilocal and was seated immediately.
