DELICIOUS — Takes awhile to get your food, but it’s a small spot, so that’s no big deal. They do take phone orders too, so that speeds it up.

Not only good food, but very kind people seeing how a purse with all our cash and cards left Very behind. Very generous man turned it in and they held until I called to check. Thank you to all.

MVP’s burgers are huge and delicious. One order of fries is enough for a few people too. Definitely recommend!

If you’re trying to grab a quick bite to eat where you get your money’s worth come here. The portion sizes are incredible. The burgers and the steak fries which Coke in both regular or Cajun are to die for.
The Shaq is probably my favorite burger because it’s a monster. Pretty much all I could ask for. The large order of fries on top of your burger can easily be split between you and one or two other people.
There are only two downsides and those are 1. It’s CASH ONLY so if you’re planning making a trip here please bring cash. They do have an ATM machine, but it has a small service fee. 2. The other downside is the seating. There aren’t that many seats available and it’s also all outdoor seating so hopefully the weather is in your favor when you swing by or grab your food to go.

One of the best burgers in the long beach area! They have a lot of choices ad the sandwiches/​burgers are named after sports greats who were MVPs in their sports. They serve big portions. I usual the shaq and mike tyson, both are monstrous burgers! Cajun fries are good as well. Only reason i gave ot 4 stars is becuase they are cash only and only have outdoor seating.

I had a bacon cheeseburger and Cajun fries, both were good. They also have a dipping sauce to go with the fries, you have to try it!

It was OK I had a sandwich and it was very flavorful but didn’t measure up to all the hype

I ordered the Mike Tyson and they got this order wrong for the second time now. If you order takeout like I do, always CHECK in front of them. Mike Tyson comes with double meat and they keep giving me single meat. Stop cheating your customers MVP. HORRIBLE. This is the second time now WTF. You lost a customer

I got a George Foreman (can’t remember which number) and we shared some chili cheese fries.
The fries: I don’t know if it’s that I hold fries to a high standard or just that I’m use to fries from back home in Sweden. There was something that I just didn’t feel wow about these but in the end they were at least eatable.
The burger: the was flavor in the sauce and overall I liked the burger but I do agree with some people here that say that the sauce had the most flavor. Maybe placing the sauce lower down or adding another layer of it somewhere would enhance the burger, I don’t know. The party felt basic and so did the bun, that doesn’t mean that I didn’t enjoy it though.
In the end I would probably come back here again for the burger and trying out some other burgers. Some days you want a burger like this, other days you want something else.

Customer service was ok lady could not hear me I had to repeat my self over and over. Burger was somewhat ok it could have used a bit of flavor fries were my favorite so was my drink I had to get a refill. Avocado was on point.

Ordered two grilled cheeses (Greg Lemond) and a full order of Cajun fries on a Saturday evening. Wait wasn’t long and parking wasn’t hard to find. Food was good, can’t go wrong with grilled cheese!

The manager in this location rejected me asking for a drink refill because my friend took a sip, wtf. I paid for my meal and all I did was share my drink with him and the manager is rejecting refill service because I shared my drink. It’s not like giving a drink refill is going to have this establishment go brankrupt. The foods here makes you thirsty so not having refill for my drink ruined my expierence.
I saw another customer buy a drink from here and shared it with his brother and when they asked for refill the manager also rejected the service because he shared the drink. The man couldn’t get a refill because he shared the drink with his brother, ain’t that some shit. This manager at this location is stingy af. Come here only by yourself cause they won’t refill your drink if you share it, or I’d suggest going to another mvp location than this one.

Pat day melt: sooo good! Love the dressing they put and the bread if so soft and crispy. Meat is tender. Great while it’s hot so make sure you eat it right away. $ 5.10
Half order of fries (Cajun seasoning on the side): great fries! They are thick cut fries and they give you so much for $ 1.60! Fries are fried to perfection!

Holy CRAP JACKS! I’ve never had MVP before, and this is the first time, I’ve ever had a burger from this place, and OMFG, it was that good! We’ve driven past another MVP while in Long Beach, but this was the first time, I’ve ever eaten anything from there.
I had the George Foreman V which was so big, when I opened the bag, after we had gotten back to his place, I was like dang, that’s one huge burger! It’s the size of 2 Double doubles from In-​N-​Out! The meat tasted good, and it was filled with a lot of good stuff, there was shredded lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, avocado, and bacon! Bacon is one of my favorite things in the world, and when you add avocado in the mix, that makes everything better!
We also ordered a half order of cajun fries! I had asked the guy who gave us our food for 2 sides of ranch, cause you know, I really really really love ranch! So now I have extra ranch at the bae’s place so if I ever feel a need to eat ranch, there’ll be some!
I finished off half of the fries, and finished ¼ of the burger. For some reason I think my eyes are bigger than my stomach, because I don’t usually finish all of my food. You know, unless I’m hangry. Haha.

Love this place! Came here for my first time. I have always heard good stories about this place so I’m glad that I finally tried it.
My friend & I ordered the «Duke» Kahanamoku”, cajun fries, and a drink to share. The burger came with pineapple, bacon, avocado, cheese, lettuce, tomato, and dressing. Everything came out to about $ 11. The burger was delicious and juicy. One of the best burger I’ve tasted! I just didn’t really like pineapple like that. But still yummy! And omg the cajun fries… It’s so goood! I love it. Just the right amount of seasoning.
Basically we split everything and I would have to say that it got me full. So worth it!

First of all, this new location is easily accessible and a good location.
It’s located near a car wash on Stearns.
There is outside seating in the front of the restaurant and the side of the restaurant near the car wash.
Unfortunately this place is cash only! that’s ok! It’s totally worth it haha.
Seriously everything is good.
I’ve gotten the George Forman IV and another time I got the shaq. The patties are juicy and they don’t scrimp on whatever u want to add to your burger. It’s so filling.
We also ordered the cheese fries. So good. Get them well done!
