McDonald’s

This is an extremely nice McDonald’s. It’s very clean, looks like it’s been recently remodeled with modern Starbucks-​type décor, and very attentive staff. While I was there I actually saw a male employee (dare I call him a «server»?) going around with a coffee pot, refilling customers’ cups. Many business-​type people come here with their laptops. But also many street-​type people hang out too, so it’s a mixed bag.
The staff uniforms are also immaculate and they bring the food to your table. The only down side: prices are steep…$ 3.49 for a bacon egg and cheese biscuit, and $ 1.50 for a large coke. (But that’s probably corporate pricing, not this individual franchise). Also, my biscuit sandwich had the tiny dimensions and plastic appearance of airplane food. It didn’t taste bad, but there wasn’t enough of it for the price.
I wish McDonald’s would change the scent of their hand soap, it still smells like a hospital.

This is not the 1^st but the 2^nd time I have been robbed by this McDonald’s in the last 30 days. Both times giving the lady in the drive thru a $ 20 and only receiving change for a $ 10. The 1^st time I didn’t notice til I was half way to work and then realized I only received a dollar and some change. This time around she handed me my change and without bringing my arm back in the car I told her «I gave you a twenty». She then said «I have to count my drawer». Manager steps in and counts her drawer and then tells me «the drawer wasn’t over». That only tells me this woman is pocketing my $ 10. Sad really! Wasted time I don’t have over $ 10. It wasn’t the $ it was the point. I suggest everybody who visits this McDonald’s to find another one or video record your transaction. #oldblackladyisathief

I live a few blocks from this McDonald’s but typically drive farther to other locations because the service here is so poor. This is how my last visit in the drive thru went. I pull up & im greeted at the speaker. I say hi can I get a deluxe breakfast please. The lady says ok so you want a number 2. I say no I’d like a deluxe breakfast. She says do you want a big breakfast or a deluxe breakfast. I say I want a deluxe breakfast. The third time was the charm & she finally got it right. It’s possible there could have been an issue with the equipment & she couldn’t hear me right? I doubt that because when I got to the window where they stress you should be ready with your payment so they aren’t waiting on you I was sitting there with my money in hand waiting for her to finish a conversation with another employee. So you couldn’t get my order right because you were more concerned about your conversation than doing your job right. LAZY!!!

Wow, new burgers where fantastic. Now they have hostess walking around serving and asking if you need anything.
Food was hot, not just warm like most Mc Donalds. Cashier where more friendly then the old day.
This Mcdonalds is the best I have been too, clean, good food, friendlier then most.

Friendly staff, fast service, close by CSU-​Long Beach. I will stop by again and again whenever I visit CSU-​Long Beach.

Is McDonald’s is good its real space in my school is kept clean prices are good dining

This review is for my visit to their drive-​thru yesterday morning. Wanted to pick up a quick brekkie for the hubs and I so I swung through this McD’s drive-​thru. Now, isn’t the whole point of the drive-​thru to facilitate a speedy visit? After waiting in a lengthy drive-​thru line, I get my food, and decide to peek inside as I’m exiting the parking lot. And lo and behold — they left out one of my breakfast sandwiches. So I had to turn the car around, park, and walk inside to let them know. This is why you should always CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE PICK UP WINDOW! After bringing it to their attention they quickly replaced my missing sandwich, but the damage had been done.
Additionally, when opening up the sandwiches at home, the english muffins all had charred edges with a bad burnt taste. I ended up having to rip off all the edges on my muffin slices to render it edible. Gah!

I haven’t been to this excuse for a fast food chain in years but I was offered a free burger for lunch and didn’t know it was coming from here so here is my review. The meat didn’t taste like beef, the bread was smashed and soggy, and the buns completely covered the meat so I guess they are now serving sliders instead. The fries we’re so salty and greasy I couldn’t eat more then a handful. Do everyone a favor and close. All macdonalds not just this one. You are poisoning our country with your fake food.

Came here to use the wifi and to split a flurry with the bestie. We just needed an excuse to sit there and bum the wifi to look at some show logistics that day.

My first time going to this location was because I had no more breakfast at home. I figured I’d swing by and get something to eat on the way. I was actually really excited to get a sausage biscuit and hash brown simply because I never allow myself to eat McDonalds — trying to be healthy over here. I order at the drive thru. I take my bag and get on my way. I realize as I’m almost to work that they completely gave me the wrong order. I got 2 burritos instead. They were disgusting and tossed in the trash immediately. Yeah yeah, I should have checked the bag, but that’s THEIR job. :(

Where do I begin. The only reason I go to this McDonald’s is because it is near my home. Multiple times they have messed up my order and today they gave me a stale burrito like as if they did not know the tortilla was crisp and crunch. I was extremely upset and usually I don’t write reviews but it kind of ruined my morning being that I was in a rush for breakfast. I understand people make mistakes but multiple times? Also how could you give someone a crunch burrito and not know! I knew it was bad the momment i took it out the bag and felt how hard it was! Extremely upset!

4 stars for this type of fast food establishment. If I was comparing it to a fine dining establishment then it wouldn’t rate a one star, just so you know. Context matters.
My go to, favorite McDonald’s when I’m in the area and too busy, lazy, or too particularly health unconscious to go eat anywhere else.
Cheap, unhealthy, highly processed and definitely not freshly prepared, but sometimes you got needs or cravings you just have to satisfy. As long as you aren’t eating this «food» everyday, or every few days, then you’re probably safe.
This McDonald’s is my go to one because they consistently prepare the food as well as McDonald’s food can be prepared. My favorite things are the fries and hot fudge sundaes. They cook the fries just right, not under or overlooked, and salt them well, just the way I like it. They also seem to be always the just right type of hot, not burning the roof of your mouth hot or the Luke warm or colder temperature that makes you go «blechk!»

I like coming to this specific location because of the friendly staff, comfortable (and modern) furniture and décor. The classical music that plays in the background is a little touch that makes you forget that you are at a McDonald’s restaurant!
The food here is always consistent; I have yet to receive a «wrong» order and have always had a pleasant tasting meal.
The McCafè choices are great, and always fast just right.

They just remodeled the restaurant recently. Nice clean friendly staff. I do not eat fast food but i love their mcchicken and their fish filet!!! So whenever i have a craving for either i just walk across the street and get some. I normally go when it is not busy so i am in and out in 5 minutes tops. They offer free wi-​fi

Ok normally I wouldnt review such a big chain because well… McDonalds. haha I know that doesnt make sense but basically this place has the BEST and most CONSISTENTLY good chicken nuggets than any other McDonalds I have been to.
So hot, crispy, and juicy.
No lie, I kept raving to my boyfriend about how good they were and he was super skeptic like the nuggets were that good just by chance. But time and time again the outcome is the same… hot, crispy, and juicy. We don’t eat fast food that often but its gotten to the point where we go out of our way to get chicken nuggets just to see if they fail one time but no, hasnt happened yet… and I’ve been coming here for a while now.
The first time I ordered nuggets here I swear I was in a McDonalds commercial. I ordered my food pulled up, paid, and as soon as I drove past that last window the lady had just finished folding the bag down with a smile on her face, handed it to me and told me to have a great day. If that isn’t perfection, I don’t know what is.

I’m so annoyed at this McDonalds. It should be perfect because it’s right down the street and on the way to school. But it’s not. It’s terrible.
We come for breakfast and the staff seem to be required to ask if that was the item we wanted and then explain the item in detail. yes, i know it’s the sausage mcgriddle and not the sausage and *Cheese* mcgriddle. it’s annoying cuz it doesn’t matter how confidently or clearly you state your order, they’ll make it take twice as long by questioning it back to you and other nonsense.
the other is that these workers don’t even know what they have on hand. none of the other mcdonalds in the area have a problem keeping the powerade in stock, but this one never seems to have it. the worse part is that they don’t tell us that they’re out until we have already payed the upgrade price for it. even asking at the drive thru menu is pointless, the person taking the order says yes, but once we reach the second window we’re told that there is none. people, this is your damn job. you should know what you have in stock before you tell people that yes, you do have it and then charge them for it.
hate this mcdonalds. absolutely hate.

I feel like this is the mcdonalds that likes to be lazy and not care about the customer at all. I was making a late night run at 11:45pm going through the drive through, waiting patiently for about 7 minutes and nobody answered so i called out and nobody said any thing, i drive around and wait at the window with 5 people looking at me NOT BOTHERING to address me at the window, and continuing their much needed conversation.
it just strikes me that this location in a nice area would have such bad service and employees. Definitely come here if you want to be dissapointed with all things that include social interaction cause it looks like these people dont like to help, talk, or be kind. 100% no.

Worst McDonald’s in long beach, it like they purposely try to screw up your order.
I don’t understand how you can confirm an order multiply times and still mess up this bad in just one order.
1. Completely forgot fries in one combo
2. Asked for a plain sandwich and came with everything oozing with mayo
3. Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and got crispy.
4. Asked for 3 ranches girl says okay and gives me 2. why say okay?!
It wasn’t even busy maybe 2 cars in front of me!
So dumb avoid going here at all cost and whoever was doing orders at Saturday night 12:35 am ¹¹⁄₂₃ you suck and need to go back to school.

I can’t believe I’m going to write a review for a McDonald’s, but I couldn’t help it xD
This particular location has consistently been there for me. They are FAST. I’m through the drive way in about 3 – 5 minutes. So far, they never messed up on my order, nor have they forgotten the essentials (napkins, etc). Although they are not a ²⁴⁄₇ fast food restaurant, they are open pretty early: 5am. I can also count on this place for breakfast.
They are also accommodating, which is an important aspect of any kind of restaurant. Nothing too big, it’s more of the little things. I asked for iced coffee without the cream, and they did it. One time I got hot coffee, and the cup was too hot and they didn’t have any cup sleeves so they doubled the cup. Just little stuff like that.

Typically I don’t feel like writing a review about McDonald, but the service was so bad that I just have to write a quick review about it.
Well, maybe I JUST happened to run into this newbie cashier who was pretty clumsy on my food order. Not only that, cashier also gave me the wrong amount of change.
Premium McWrap Sweet Chili Chicken (Grilled, $ 3.99) — Hmmm … I’ll stick with the regular chicken McWrap. Nothing really «premium» about it — sweet chili sauce wasn’t very satisfying.
I probably won’t come back here on Thursday night.
