Big ups to the new manager that is doing a great job of running this place. The food is good. Although I just took a star off because the green burrito menu portions/​sizes are a joke. The ½ lb burger is legit. The service has gotten alot better. Even when it’s not the greatest of customers that come in.
Keep up the great work!

So my boyfriend and I were craving some late night chili cheese fries and decided to come here. I always get chili cheese fries here but the drive through lady said they don’t serve them anymore in like this REALLY rude tone of voice like «we don’t have it. We don’t have chili. LIKE WE DONT SELL THEM ANYMORE.» I felt so offended. They have giant advertisement posters with their new chili hot dogs. They have CHILI and FRIES so I don’t know what the problem is. They should have better customer service and be polite because that lady was a real mood killer. I went to Wienerschitzel instead enjoyed it.

All i gotta say is i work with costumers every day n i always give them positive attitude and trust this was the worse service ever… the food was nasty and the wait was just horrible but the worse part is still getting the order wrong .i got no recipt which sucks cause i wanted to do a survay how rude they are and how slow they are and how nasty the food was maybe it just taste nasty because the service was horrible waiting for 45 minutes for food and from rude people made everything bad. first time going there and last time i give them no stars .im one to walk away and just dont care but man this place really got under my skin… especially that they wasnt all that busy… some advice is keep a positive attitude and have some team work cause i know for a fact they all just seem to be frustrated with eachother if u guys work on that the store will improve but ur rudeness and ur slow ass paste its just making ur costumers not come back again… this is why i cook at home but today i decided something different and i regret it… wish i can just grab all this food and throw it at everyones face and get my money back but anyways. .#venting worse service today no napkins no ketchup and no hot sauce after asking for some

I am usually really impressed with the quality of this fast food place’s food, but this location left much to be desired. I tried the all natural burger, and was left wishing I had gone somewhere else. The meat was dry and cold and totally unappetizing. I wasn’t thrilled with this location at all. The service, however, was quick and friendly. I may give them another shot at some point.

WORST Carls Jr all around! First of all their Dr. Pepper machine was not working. They didn’t have cup holders as well. This is 4 drink I’m taking in my hand. They took my order and took like 1 hour to make the food with nobody in front of me. They messed up on my order and also were talking about me in spanish. Which they wouldn’t of known that I’m a spanish speaking guy. Will say stay away from this Carls jr.

If I could put 0 I would. The SLOWEST fast food chain ever. Unless you have an hour to wait for your food do not come here!!! Before I even ordered I waited in the lobby for 5 minutes before someone took my order and there wasn’t even any customers ahead of me. My friend also went to this location and got a burger which had a cockroach inside it. She returned to the manager and was told they can exchange it for another burger if she wants. Absolutely terrible service!

BIG SHOUT OUT to their newest employee, kevin! He was really nice and helpful! He helped me decide what dessert I should get and was really fast with the service. Definitely coming here more often :)

I Love This Place! In my opinion its the best Carls Jr in LA County, all the other ones mess up your order and have rude cashiers, i always see the place clean unlike some of the other Carls Jr in different areas that ruin my meals with there trash still laying on the tables, This Carls Jr has the Best service and Real helpful employees!

This is the best Carl’s Jr. I’ve EVER been to. Ashley is so incredibly friendly every time I stop here for breakfast and has always made sure my order was right (and I always ask for something to be changed). I have never had to wait more than a minute for my food and I actually look forward to stopping here! These are the employees that deserve $ 15/​hour so please, if you’re a manager checking your Unilocal site, take notice to the incredible staff that makes your restaurant what it is: AWESOME!

Great customer service and the food is amazing!

This is the place to go for a nice big burger. I go there whenever I can. The guacamole burger is so good without the new baked buns. I take it as the old buns are way better in my opinions, fries there are also good.

This is one of the best Carl’s JR’s I have ever been to. They are the hardest working & even since they added the Green Burrito menu they work even harder. As for the homeless, yes I do see them there sometimes but they have never been rude to me & from what I have seen not to any others. As for the cleanliness every time I have been in there it is very clean and if you think any different then just go to either Micky Dee’s or B-​King across the street from them to see what filthy really is. I do think that it was not as clean before they did the remodel some time back to the new look that it has now.
I mostly go there for the Six Dollar burgers as some of them are my favs. What I really miss is the Memphis Burger as it is right next to Spicy BBQ Burger topped with Texas Toothpicks that they had years ago that was awesome. Well now I tried their new Super Bacon Cheese Burger which I think they named wrong & it should be their Bacon Lover’s Cheese Burger which is another great Six Dollar Burger. Now I did try the Jim Beam Bourbon Burger and even though I like Jim Beam’s Bourbon second to Buffalo Trace I was not as impressed with the taste. Maybe they should of gone with Beam’s Devil’s Cut or Jacob’s Ghost. Another one I like is the Teriyaki Burger.
As for the manager & staff, all I see is an older Mexican woman who is always working hard & to my surprise sometimes late hours and a well tuned machine of staff with a younger black girl who seems to really goes way out of her way to make sure that customers have everything they need. If you really want to see how this team works, just come in around lunch time with as busy as it gets along with refer delivery trucks & the restaurant going in full swing!

this is the closest to our home and the little ones love chicken stars. well just going in there feels gross, there are usually several people just lounging around the dining area (they look like they are gonna go nuts any minute) several homeless people coming in and out and filling their empty cups with soda. The dining area is always dirty, in fact I took pics of the soda station because I tried to reach the district mgr for a recent problem and was going to send them to her but she never answered my call. They always get something wrong and always ask you to park so they can look like they have a good turn around time in the drive thru… needs a good cleaning and staff need to be nicer.

I stopped by recently and there was a homeless guy proned out asleep right out front, in plain view, and inside there was another one harrassing the employees, demanding a new hamburger because the first one didn’t live up to his standards. I’ve never been here when it WASN’T super-​busy and in need of a thorough cleaning. The food is good but they need to work on the atmosphere.
