McDonald’s

I’m sure that as most of you, we’re used to and almost expecting mediocre service when coming to McDonald’s. For that reason I’m taking a couple minutes of my time to give this place a well deserved 4 star review.
This is the only McDonald’s that I can think that has continued to give me great drive thru service time and time again. Even when the lines are long, they can still manage to get my order right in a timely manner with a smile on their face. How many McDonald’s locations do you know that can effectively execute that?

Can’t believe I’m actually leaving a review for McDonalds… worst service and food quality ever. I only eat McDonald’s when I’m hung over and always get fries and a cheeseburger. My fries had no salt and my cheeseburger had no pickles =(. Also the drive through took like 30 minutes… if I wanted to wait 30 minutes I would have went to in n out… Sincerely, cranky and hungover

Just came to get a smoothie and cookies the worker in the drive threw «Justin» was a great young man very nice and even helped me out with my order thank you Justin !

Closes at 1 AM Per the posted signs and per the male employee who ran out to the drive thru intercom to tell us for a second time that they were closed. Time: 12:58 am on a Saturday night. There were 2 cars ahead of us at the window. A car behind us. We had to reverse from the drive they lane, and when we asked what time they actually closed at, he said 1 am but that the kitchen was not taking anymore orders. Lastly, he told us again they were closed.
There are not many open Mc Donald’s in this area at this time, but to close early on a Saturday with people technically there ready to order before they close is annoying. Especially annoying when you are with a pregnant person. –_–

The worst. They need better headsets too cuz you literally gotta screams for them to hear you. Be ready to scream what you want at least a dozen times and then get the wrong thing. I’m NOT loving it.

Brought my son for a happy meal after school. Everyone very friendly! From opening the door for us to taking the food to us when it was ready!
Spores try it’s a new service. They now take the food to your table! Awesome!
Place is clean and service was fast!

Super friendly drive thru staff during M-​F morning shift. I’m here at least 3 times a week to grab my iced or hot coffee. Always greeted with a smile and a «hey there!» as if we’ve been friends for years. I love that! Its a great way to start your day! Definitely gonna keep coming back to the Mc D’s on Willow and Long Beach Blvd! Great job AM drive thru staff!!!

Do not pay unless you see the correct total on the screen. This is the second time they tried to «over charge» me on «accident». The workers think they are sneaky. They add on 1 – 2 dollars at the window or say they *forgot to put the coupon in. In the afternoon, they will tell u to drive to the window for the total. Having been a restaurant manager, I know the red flags. There is a very nice woman who works in the morning drive through window. She is the only reason I added a star to the 1 star review.

I just went to Mc Donald to get my son happy meal. barbecue souce was not good it was expired. My son tasted it was telling me I didn’t taste good

I’m not usually one to leave reviews but I think its time I put this place on blast! I have been going to this Mc Donalds for quite some time now and for the most part. every time I go there… something isn’t right. Some people might say why go? Its a convenience thing for me since its so close to work. I’am allergic to pickles so each time I order, I simply ask for no pickles and what do I get??? My order wrong. No sense in trying to argue with this people because each time you complain they go down the chain and the further you go the dumber they get. Sorry for such a bad review just had to share how ignorant they are!

I am here almost once a week just for their breakfasts!
This location is great! Across the streets are Starbucks, L&L Hawaiian BBQ, Flamebroiler, Subway, Rite Aid, Carl’s Jr and much more. Quite big inside, their drive thru also has a line that wraps around the store.
Other than that, they have the same here as with any other location. The Willow Blue Line station is across the street from here so if you’re craving that Sausage mcmuffin after or before your ride, here is your pit stop!

I’m so used to this McDonald’s since I live near it. They always know how to take care of their customers. The staff are great especially the drive thru!
If the supervisor from McDonald’s is reading this, I give major props to your drive they team:)

Pretty good. One drive thru worker, very rude man. They also NEVER give me the sugars and creams I ask for!
I usually get a simple one dollar sandwich from here. Only when I’m in a huge rush with only four quarters to spend. That’s all McDonald is good for.

I must say, the thought of reviewing a McDonald’s sat kind of funny with me. first, admitting I occasionally eat at McDonalds (I like their breakfast sandwiches. Don’t judge!) .and then the basic thought that they’re all the same, right? Wrong. This is the only McDonald’s location I have ever been to in my 30 years of life where I have not once had a mistake in my order, nor have I had to put my car in park and wait for even a moment. Their drive-​thru service is ALWAYS fast and perfectly accurate, and their staff really deserve some kudos for that. Keep it up!

3^rd time here previously received average service, but the cashier was SUPER rude today. I have literally had such rude service once in my entire life, it caught me quite off guard.

They are always out of something and tonight was apple pies before 9pm on a saturday night. They were out completely. Losing $$$$ on sales because they can’t meet demands.

DRIVE THRU IS OPEN ²⁴⁄₇. The interior is very fancy. Never had a mistake in my order, staff is generally nice. I heard that this location is family owned. But yeah this McDonalds gets the job done. ⁵⁄₅ #elwoodforelite15

What can I say? This McDonald’s definitely got the job done on a leaving the club drunk kinda of night! Drive thru moved rather quickly I was a bit impressed! My food was fresh and great service was provided! What else can you ask for from McDonald’s! The hot cakes and sausage were wonderful and the 2 sausage egg and cheese mcmuffins are always recommended because they are only $ 3.33 for two! Good job Mickie Dee’s!

Honestly, nothing great food was acceptable, service feels rushed, and the lines are long.
I feel for the workers tho, they manage keep things flowing and to get people in and out as soon as possible.

I wanted some old school comfort food Mickey D’s hits the spot everytime,
Well almost every time.
Cheddar beef burger
A beef burger with white cheddar cheese and grilled onions it was a bit dry the onions were too dark and visually unappealing and it wasn’t very flavorful the white cheese made it tolerable for a value meal price I would order this again adding mustard and pickles to kick it up a notch.
Filet o fish
I ordered a fillet o fish with extra sauce but they shrunk it so much it was laughable.
I only ate a little but the filet o Fish hit the spot. Fantastic as always.
I ordered the new wings a 3-​piece it wasn’t seasoned well they were overcooked and a bit too dark. The wings were tiny and at 1.00 a wing one order is really a cut up wing, I don’t think so.
Save your money $ 2.99 for the wings was ridiculous!
They are so not worth it in this case leave the Hot Wings to the real experts Wing Stop. Perhaps…
