Manager was dishonest about the kitchen being backed up and completely blamed his servers for the whole situation. his negligence as a manger displayed when he came to the table… never throw your team under the bus always as a leader you assume better communication skills and stay on top of the team. Appetizers were comped… no apology… no solutions, just excuses The food was burnt and over cooked as well… Our Server was a nice guy… that’s one good thing

I’ve never had more unpleasant experiences than I have at Olive Garden. Bad service, bad food, bad business.

I don’t get to this area too often, so when my Mom and I took a trip to Total Wine, we reminisced about a delicious Unilocal event that took place at this Olive Garden in the past year. As I have stated on many prior occasions, I am of Italian(Sicilian) descent, and I lived in Northern New Jersey for several years, so I am pretty critical of Italian food. So I will not be judging Olive Garden on my usual scale. It wouldn’t be fair. Instead, I am judging Olive Garden on whether it can match the same exemplary quality of service and food that it offered the day of the Unilocal event! On that day, all hands were on deck and employees were on their game. I give this experience a 3.5. Everyone that greeted us(at least 4 people) was super friendly and interested in our experience. A manager came by a couple times to see how things were going. Our server was reasonably attentive and pleasant. The food, was not the same caliber as it was the first time we tried it. It just didn’t seem like the same level of care was placed into it. For instance, a sandwich was served with items falling out, and way too much butter/grease on the bread. I would stick with the basics on the menu that are bound to be more reliable, like meatballs, or pasta. I had tried one of the newer breadstick sandwiches(chicken parm), and it was just not something I would order again.

I hesitated to even write this review because my initial thought was that everyone knows what to expect when dining in a chain restaurant this big right? I thought so too until I had lunch at this location! My lunch started off by being ignored at the door with a 20min wait while the wait staff walked right past me. After finally being seating another 20 min wait for my menu.(Yeah I know. I probably should have left then but I had time to kill that afternoon.) I ordered and waiting again 20 min for my food which was incinerated beyond recognition. Did I mention the funny smell of rotting garbage that lingered in the air? Do yourself favor, if you’re craving OG find another location. you’ll thank me!

I really need to stop giving those Olive Garden more chances. I would hazard to guess this was the fifth time in 3 years that I have tried this Olive Garden. Each time, no matter if it is lunch or dinner, weekend or weekday, I still get lackluster service, cold breadsticks, and food that looks like the chefs in the kitchen could really not give a crap about food presentation. I just returned home from lunch at Olive Garden — I had the neverending salad and mini Fettuccine Alfredo bowl. I had to remind my waiter, twice, to do the one thing every waiter in Olive Garden is supposed to do — bring me bread sticks. I mean really, who does this? Additionally, he never volunteered to refill my water, and I barely got my glass of wine before my regular food came out. On the whole, I’m extremely glad this visit to Olive Garden cost me under $ 16. And I’m extremely glad that I didn’t go there for a date night with my husband.

I’m giving 4 starts to the dinner team at Olive Garden. The staff is friendly and the Lasagna Fritta’s(dinner staff) are delicious. You know what you are getting with Olive Garden… bottomless salad and soup w/inexpensive good portions of americanized Italian food. I especially enjoyed the Braised Beef and Cheese Tortellini. Beef was very tender and the sauce was good. It’s better than 2 stars if you remember where you are… It’s not Pasta Plus — It’s Olive Garden. For that it is worth the 4 stars for good staff, price and fast service.

Poor excuse for a olive garden. Food tasted as if it was under a heat lamp. Worst olive garden I have eaten at.

We had a great visit tonight at Olive Garden. Our waiter Marvin was superb. He was knowledgable, fast courteous and his customer service was second to none. Kudos for hiring this guy, he makes ur company shine, promote him.

Food was great. I had the Tour of Italy and the fried mozzarella with marinara sauce! It was the typical Italian fair! Nothing really spectacular. However, our service was impeccable. Ron was the funniest must engaging waiter that I have had in a long while…

It was close by the hotel so I gave it a try. Not expecting too much and that is what I got. The food was typical chain quality(no flavor and small portion but priced ok. But did get get good customer service at the bar by Monique. Happy hour specials should be extended to 7:00pm. Could use cleaning. Several employees standing around hostess station and the front doors covered in fingerprints… not good first impression upon entering a restaurant. Still there when I left.

Dropped by for lunch because I was in the mood for Italian. Restaurant was half empty and being by myself, I was seated in the bar area. 10 minutes passed with no one taking my order, asking me a question or looking in my general direction. When I got up to leave I told the host no one had bothers to wait on me. He offered an «I’m sorry» on my way out the door. I’m trying the pizza place across the street.

I had a carry out today. My first time ever in an Olive Garden because i love pastas especially Alfredo pasta. I usually eat Fettuccini pasta from cheese cake factory so thought of giving it a try at a pure Italian Restaurant. It was way below my expectation. After having the pasta I just can’t think of Alfredo pasta anymore. Cheese cake factory has the bessssttt Pasta for sure. The portion was so small like its a kids’ entrée. for that price I wonder if they serve the same exact portion at the restaurant and if they do im sure customers would definitely complaint because it was that small portion. I’m glad they gave me a small portion because I would’ve end up trashing it all like I did the small portion anyways. They did give me the complimentary soup. Surprisingly the soup was enough for 5 people lol. That was weird to get such a large quantity of complimentary soup compared to the small little entrée portion. Soup wasn’t bad and I would give 3 star for the soup. Staff at the front wasn’t that friendly and welcoming as I expected at an Italian restaurant. I would never step in to any Olive Garden as I believe it would be the same story since its a franchise. I wouldn’t recommend anybody Olive Garden’s Alfredo pasta. Save Ur money on that and try something else from the menu but still I would doubt if you would be satisfied.

This location was on my lunch rotation when I worked in Laurel. They emailed me a coupon for a cheap lunch, so I thought I’d give them another try. Disclaimer: I’ve been to Italy several times, and I’m a bit of a purist. This review covers only the salad, soup, and breadsticks. No change in the venue, two dining areas separated by a bar, same Mediterranean décor. The service was warmer, but still sounded a bit scripted. Breadsticks were better, less salt and butter on top but still made from industrial rather than agricultural flour. Salad also better, more non-iceberg ingredients and less acrid dressing but not balsamic and EVOO. Soups were not improved — weakly seasoned, not thickened at all. The pasta fagioli used to be almost a stew, savory and stick to the ribs. Doubt I’ll be back unless there’s another honking deal Like I said, I’m spoiled by the meals I paid for with lira.

I’ve never been to an Olive Garden and would never go on my own. However we had a big group and I really didn’t have any option. I had the make your own pasta thing. It was OK and did the job but then again I’d never go to an Olive Garden if I didn’t have to. Service kind of sucked but with a large party/group I guess that is kind of a given. I guess if i HAD to go I would but never again would I go on my own.

Why did I come here? Sometimes you give in to the desires of your kids. I ordered one of their 4-course meal promotions for 12.99, it wasn’t worth that. The salad barely had any dressing and the risotto was ok with hardly any sauce. The tortellini and meat sauce entrée was served luke warm and the tortellini had an uneven texture, as if it were frozen or not cooked evenly. My wife’s chicken scampi was very bland, not a good value for $ 15.49. I was horrified reading the previous reviews describing the service in this place, however our server was friendly and attentive. I should not have listened to my kids… I guess you have to give in once in a while.

I just left the building 2 minutes ago. I was seated(party of 1), and not one server after 25 minutes greeted me. So I just walked out hungry.

Hubby and I was in the area and decided to Come here for the Stuffed chicken Marsala. But was Informed that they changed the menu around. However, for 16.99 all u get is chicken and cut up potatoes– _– No thanks. Soooo, WE r leaving. The menu isn’t appealing at all anyway

I was hankering for some spaghetti and you know, once you get a craving for something — nothing else will do. The parking lot was packed. This always amazes me, but then again; it’s Laurel and there aren’t that many Italian restaurants to choose from. It’s not like we’ve never had salad before, especially this bagged variety — but, we find ourselves playfully fighting over the peppercini peppers and eating every last bit. My child, likes the salted bread sticks. Knowing that he always gets full on salad and breadsticks, he vows not to let this happen again — FAIL. We order the same thing all the time. Why mess with perfection? Our waitress is very accommodating and gives us lots of grated cheese, for salad, pasta and whatever else we want. Even though his little tummy can hold no more, he downs his fettuccini alfredo. My husband and I get the same thing, except I have sausage accompanying my spaghetti and he’s gotten meatballs. It’s not gourmet, but it’s good, filling and just an overall feel-good place to be.
