After walking into two other surf shops near by, I began to notice a common trend: customer service is lacking big time! I walked in with some friends and was not acknowledged in any way. There were 2 sale girls behind the cash wrap talking about god knows what and it wasn’t anything business related. Seriously??? What ever happen to good old customer service? Non-existent here. That’s a shame. I told them thank you on the way out. They could have cared less. The Waikiki location has a far more pleasant staff who are knowledgable and way more helpful.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!
My favorite surf shop in Lahaina. Must have bought 5 dresses on my last trip. Rip Curl has a good quality product so it is definitely worth the money…
Each time we went in we saw the same sales associate. I should have got her name, she was an absolute sweetheart!
Definitely a Rip Curl Enthusiast! Now I have to shop on their website… until we go back next time.

Yeah, was all right — I suppose. Popped in here whilst walking around Lahaina.
Considerably more expensive than other stores along Front Street and nothing that really stands out — unless you want to pay for the Rip Curl brand name.
Didn’t find the staff overwhelminging friendly or anything; the saleswoman greeted us as we were nearly on our way out.

I initially came here to shop for a friend, who’s a very good surfer. Didn’t really have any expectations, except to grab/go.
The associates were sooo warm, and friendly that I ended up buying a few unexpected items, including something for myself. They also have a nice selection of diverse, quality items.

In search for my 7^th bikini set and board shorts for paddling… I walked in here with a mission… sadly, their bikini designs weren’t calling for me so I checked out their board shorts… to no avail.
Alas, I saw them… Sanuk black yoga mat flip flops! It was the token one left, with no size but it looked big enough to be my size (8) and I tried it and it was love at first sight all over again.
I grabbed it… went straight to the register with a big smile — staff smiled at me and I told him I’ve been searching for these color all day long. He said he was glad they could help… oh yes =)
Anyway, cool spot for all you Sanuk fans and their bikinis/board shorts are a hit or miss depending on the season… that’s what the staff said.

Staff was super friendly, the main reason why I am writing this review is because after searching all over the island for almost 2 weeks and calling around, they were the only place that I found Zinka! The colored sunscreen from the 80’s! Radical!
