Exceptional Doesn’t even begin to describe the service you will receive. Got just what I asked for and more(speedy service with a smile) Try their«skinny it up» crust. It has less carbs per slice because its rolled out thin, but it still has a nice chewy texture. Loved it! I tried the fresh spinach topping and it blended so well with all the other veggies. Count on me ordering again and again.

I literally just downloaded Unilocal to write an AWFUL review about this location. I called in and dialed one to place an order and I was on hold for over 15 minutes!!! I called back and pressed two to «check up on an order» or whatever and literally in a second someone answered. I could not FATHOM why on earth to order and conduct business with them they left me on hold for such a long time. I will never ever order at this location again and I instead called Dominos who answered right away!!! Boo hiss! You’re employees are lazy and are loosing you potential sales and customers! Call Dominos people they treat their customers with more respect and urgency!

Literally the most ridiculous ordering process I’ve ever experienced. When you call what appears to be a local number it gets picked up by an automated recording that after pushing some buttons gets picked up by a call center. The first time I tried it sounded like India although they said it was Dallas, I couldn’t bring myself to order a pizza two miles away via someone several thousand miles away but after trying to unsuccessfully to find a bargain at a local place I ended up calling back. I then spent 9 minutes and 50 seconds trying to find out what it’d cost to get one large combo of some sort and a medium cheese. After continually screwing up that relatively simple order I got quoted $ 33. I said that couldn’t be right since there’s ads all over the place for $ 6 and $ 10 pizzas so she spent several more minutes researching but said no it was definitely over $ 30. Ten minutes to find that out! I gave up and hubby ran to the store for take & bakes.

No. Just NO. Go get a Freschetta or DiGiorno pizza instead. 1) says on the Pizza Hut site the Totem Lake location has gluten free crust, says right on the page in Unilocal they have it too. They don’t — I called and asked since it was not on the online ordering app and the chick who answered had no idea what I was talking about and was flat out rude. 2) pizza delivered today was RAW. Had to bake it at 425 for another 15 minutes. Still gross — no amount of ranch could fix it. 3) pizza delivered last time looked like it had been sliding around the back of a car for 15 minutes /the toppings and cheese were smushed onto 1 piece of the pizza. 4) two times ago it took over an hour to get my pizza, it was stone cold, and they forgot my cinna stix. I tried calling — no answer. 8 times. Mentioned it the next time I ordered — not even a «sorry», let alone free stix. 5) they charge a $ 3.50 delivery fee?! I’ve «told Pizza Hut» 3 times on their customer satisfaction survey but have I EVER received a reply? No. I wish Dominos delivered to my location. Too many chances, Pizza Hut, I’m done with you.

This pizza place has no beer. Don’t be fooled by the menu that says they have beer they do not. What kind of pizza place doesn’t have beer? Really? You think I was gonna bring a bunch of kids on a birthday party without being able to take the edge off? I haven’t been here in 20 years. Not coming back for at least that long.

I wish I could give ZERO star rating. I ordered a pizza online. I waited patiently for over an hour I finally call to check on the pizza and she said that it just left the door. I told her I would like to cancel my order. She tells me I can’t because they left 10 mins ago. I live 5 mins away. So where is my pizza? NEVERORDERFROM the TOTEMLAKEPIZZAHUT worst service ever! PS pizza arrived… 1.5 hours after I ordered the pizza. I will say the driver was super nice and he told me that he was the only driver tonight and he was driving as fast as he could to all his customers. He said this in a very polite and kind manner. I told him to drive safely and tipped him. He made me feel a little bit better but the lady on the phone had zero customer service or care. Also, I think they through the spinach on my pizza after they cooked it… What the heck???

We order for our work every Sunday from the Totem Lake Pizza hut and they are always SUPER friendly service and great on time delivery. Usually they find some sort of way to give us a discount which is very nice. Never had a wrong order or any bad service/late delivery. The pizza is always fresh and hot and the brownie is DELICIOUS!!! Thanks for being such a great local business Pizza Hut!

I think that this will be the last time we order from Pizza Hut. Do not believe the online delivery schedule. This pizza hut rarely delivers it when they say they will. Tonight our pizzas arrived 30 minutes after promised. If we didn’t have a house full of teens to feed I would have called and cancelled the order. Next time we will choose another place.

Truly mind boggling level of lack of service here. I got a gazillion messages in Twitter for me to try Pizza Hut, and they had their special $ 5 menu on promotion, so I was like«Why not?» Well, unfortunately I should have used my critical thinking skills to keep me from wasting my time with this horrible service, but I didn’t. I ordered a one topping pizza, customized to include spicy crust, and a thing of wings. The one good thing is that these were all delivered right on time, though the deliverer had had my receipt signed by someone else(?!) before bringing it to me, and apologized for the mistake. Luckily it wasn’t that big of a deal. Well, anyway, it was time to eat and I was super excited. Unfortunately, the pizza upon delivery was cold, and though the topping was correct, the crust was a standard crust – and was burnt. I don’t know if it’s just that I have no taste buds and can’t taste the fine subtle red pepper taste of the crust I ordered, but I am assuming they got the order wrong. As for the chicken, well, it was probably some of the nastiest chicken I’ve ever experienced. It’s delivered in a plastic, bucket-like container that is truly nasty. I don’t often complain about this sort of stuff, but I decided to send Pizza Hut a message on Twitter complaining about the service. They sent me two links through their corporate website through which I could complain. I did so, thinking that this decision would truly make things right and I would get an apology and a refund. I received a notification stating that the business location would respond within 3 days. Hm. Okay. 3 days is not very prompt but I understand how big companies work. 3 days came and went and nothing was done. I never received a single message from Pizza Hut regarding the service, the quality of product, etc. As of right now, I’m about to reach back out to them and see what they say about their lack of a response. As of right now, all I can do is tell every single person who wants«pizza» to stay clear of Pizza Hut. Support a local business or a superior pizza company over this horrible corporation. Update: well, after posting this review I finally received some recognition for my issue. The district manager reached out to me via email and phone to ask about the problem and looked into it. He offered a refund, which I declined, then gave me a credit after I told him I just wanted to see the business do better – which I sincerely do! So we’ll see if my review changes after my next order!

Place has gone down hill, customer service is better at Denny’s behind them and that is saying a lot. Parking can be problematic when they are busy which seems to be rare except for lunch. We only go there when we don’t want to cook a Papa Murphy’s. Too bad because when I was a teenager, the store was really nice.

On Sunday, October 25th at 12:35 pm, I visited the Pizza Hut at Totem Lake and I had an uncharacteristically negative experience. My waiter/waitress abruptly departed from the restaurant after providing me with a menu. I thought there was an evacuation drill in progress! The few employees in the restaurant were malcontents who blatantly neglected to provide service to me and a few brave souls who were inside the restaurant. It was not a busy day as I was essentially the only customer in the restaurant with only a few customers who arrived afterward. The employees on staff on Sunday, October 25th were unprofessional and insisted I pay full price($ 6) for a salad bar that was inadequately stocked with condiments and lettuce. I did not order a pizza because they would make it without sauce, cheese and dough and charge full price for that too! The employees have personal conversations in the work area and make no effort to clean the seating areas or serve the few customers who courageously arrive at the restaurant. The store itself was disheveled and the employees displayed an abhorrent attitude and demeanor. They were rude, confrontational, incompetent, disheveled and completely out of line towards me(loyal customer). I have not had any issues before when visiting this location. It has been several days now and I am still befuddled by how poorly I was treated and by looks of recent online reviews, this is not an isolated incident. This visit had just ruined my weekend! I’m not sure whether it’s bad policies, bad practices, bad employees, I have no idea. I don’t see myself ever dining at or ordering from this particular Pizza Hut location again!

Update: It’s been five months since we last ordered from this Pizza Hut(see my previous review), and with some friends over last night I went against my good judgment and decided to give this place another shot rather than going with Papa John’s and Little Caesar’s like we’ve been doing. When the driver showed up, he apologized due to part of the order being missing. They’d forgotten our wings. He asked if he should go back and get them and I said yes, please. After he left, I had to call the store because I noticed they’d forgotten my extra marinara sauce as well. The driver showed back up ~30min later, after we’d finished eating, with the wings and marinara. After my previous review, the new district manager sent me a really nice and apologetic message stating that he wished to make it right, and that he’d like to get in contact with me. I didn’t see the message until today(five months later), but it’s the thought that counts and his message is appreciated. He also mentioned that he had hired completely new staff at this location. Unfortunately the new staff seems to have not made a difference. Here we are, five months later, giving them another shot, and they still can’t deliver what is ordered. Store credit and apologies are professional, but really I just want to know that when I place an order, I’ll get what I ordered. This Pizza Hut is unfortunately unable to do that. It’s sad because every time I talk to someone there, they seem nice and apologetic that mistakes were made. So whether it’s bad policies, bad practices or bad management, I have no idea. But I don’t see myself ever eating eating at or ordering from this Pizza Hut again.

Ordered a pizza and wings online from here at 11:30am on a Sunday morning(they opened at 10:30), and it told me it would take 2 hours to arrive. Had I known that before placing the order, I would have gone elsewhere, so I tried calling to cancel it, but nobody answered the phone at the store for at least half an hour, leaving me to just wait. I finally got my order at the scheduled time, but it was cool/barely warm. The delivery driver explained that he was the only one working today(so I don’t blame him, he was a good guy and apologetic), and he suggested that I call to ask for future credit. I did and explained my situation, and the manager offered me a whopping $ 5(for a cold $ 40 order). I got stern about how that wasn’t nearly enough to make this right and he offered $ 10 and started getting a bad attitude, saying that was the best he could do. I’m sure that’s not the case – you do whatever you need to to keep a customer happy. $ 10 still is barely enough to get a pizza(and not equivalent to the one I asked for). Do yourself a favor and skip this location – it’s a shit-show run by amateurs. The only reason I went here instead of Pagliacci was because they didn’t started delivering until 4pm today. I could have spent less money on hot food from a number of other places.

Though they’ve messed up my order a couple times, they always make things right and offer great customer service! They messed up on 3 pizzas and not only made 3 new ones but they let us keep the ones they messed up on and gave me a store credit on top of that. Great great service here. I would recommend to check the pizzas before picking them up to be sure it’s all correct.

This Pizza Hut sucks… I have ordered from here every once in awhile for years the pizza was great but has gone down over the years. When I tried to place an order here tonight they picked up the phone 15 min before their closing time of 11:00pm and told me they were closed and that they wouldn’t accept anymore orders. Fairly annoyed I decided I won’t buy pizzas from here again period. Thanks Pizza Hut you lost another customer to the competition.

The past few months, delivery from Totem Lake Pizza Hut has been dismal. Whoever is running this shop needs to know that they make most of their money on delivery and they need to hire drivers accordingly. Today I decided to give them a chance again and what a mistake. Cold pizza, 30 min after the already ridiculously long wait time(1.5 hrs). And the guy got lost. I don’t really blame the driver for being possibly new, but I blame the manager for lack of training and hiring on their part. Shame on you. You should learn how to staff a store. I will now be going somewhere else for pizza. I’m thinking Flying Saucer Pizza. Their pizza is always delicious and they DELIVERWHENTHEYSAYTHEYWILLDELIVER. What a concept! I’m never ordering from Pizza Hut. What a poorly run store. I hope Pizza Hut Corp knows this shop is making the brand look horrible.

Major disappointment… felt like ordering a pizza tonight. I ordered through the mobile app on my way home from work at 5:15. Pizza arrived half an hour late and to make matters worse, ITWASCOLD!!! I called management and they couldnt care less! Will NOT be reordering.

Great bang for the buck especially if you have kids! Kids will give it a 5-star rating every time! I recommend thin & crispy and if you don’t feel like pizza get pasta.
